Found that Ernest Garver had the best reviews. You must understand that buying a car out of state and not going out to look at it is a process. Trust was built with Ernest to inspect the CPO car for cosmetic items that the warranty would not cover. He was honest and fair ... we were able to get the BIG items fixed before making the deal. He express small items that just were not going to be fixed that the car was priced as is for those and it would be my responsibility to fix. If you have to buy a car and you're not able to hire or go there to inspect it I recommend asking for Ernest. Let him know that Thomas from Greensboro recommended him because he's honest and will go the extra mile!

This service department is horrendous. I had my car towed there 3 weeks ago today. Took several…read moredays to get a call to tell me my battery was dead. They originally told me the battery was fine upon arrival. Wanted to charge me $850 to install a battery. My friend and I've got a battery. He took it out there and installed it in my car for $250. Same battery. I needed a J hook for my visor. Service advisor tried to sell me a brand new visor for $300. They also wanted to charge to the tune of $4100 to replace a bad sensor for the rear differential. Upon attempting to pick up the car, the service person was not there and the other advisor was purposely less than helpful. My friend then asked for the service manager, who was the only person who seemed to have any sense. They made my friend wait telling him the service technician was gone to lunch, and the car had to be reassembled. Reassembled for what they have not done a single thing to fix my vehicle. When they did decide to give me the quote for $4100 they called my friend and the dude never even called me. Will never return to Voyles for anything! Do not waste your time or money with this dealership.
