When I informed them the card reader was not working, what appeared to be the manager on duty took a attitude with me. Then proceeded to ask the person behind me if he could help them. After finally purchasing the token, he asked me if I could be nice. Terrible customer service and obviously does not know how to n manager the store nor his staff. I will never set foot in this store again. I will also let others know that the customer service is some of yhe worst I have ever encountered

Well I need to have it done today , as I have to have the window fixed. I said I wish you would have told me when I called, I would not have to drive 15 minutes for nothing. Poor customer service. However, at selected stores, they offer knife sharpening - which brought me to this particular location. Apparently, the knife sharpening machine is an infrequently used options - as the called associate needed some guidance on how to use. Also, there are size limitations, as my cleaver was too large for the machine. While I waited for the sharpening machine to work its magic (8-15 mins approx), had an opportunity to look around. Emphasis on the amateur backyard BBQ'er. Large spice section and a solid options for grills. Store is small, but I gather there is an emphasis on a more boutique home improvement experience. Price for knife sharpening was approximately $6.99 per knife. Staff friendly and store pleasantly laid Out. Home improvement: 3.7

This one is conveniently located to me and was frequently visited right after I moved here. It's very hard, almost impossible, to see from Strickland Road. It's behind the Cook Out restaurant, between Food Lion and Home Depot. BB&B has more than bed and bath stuff - nearly anything you could want for your bedroom, bathroom or kitchen can be found here. Other items are available like iHomes for your iPods, picture frames, wall art, patio furniture, humidifiers, fans and even some As Seen On TV gadgets. Most of them time, particularly with the kitchen section, it can be nearly impossible to figure out where you might find something -- items aren't always where you'd think they'd be. BB&B has a Wedding Registry also. The prices are fairly high though; I rarely visit BB&B without one of their 20% off coupons which arrive in the mail every so often. I've been looking for a while for a replacement filter for my humidifier I bought from them with no luck. This past weekend I was on the hunt for some deep dish stoneware, also with no luck. I recommend visiting here -- with the coupon. Otherwise, try another store where you'll get more bang for your buck.

They have designated parking spots for pick up, you call the number and they ask for your last name. I pulled into the loading zone in pouring rain and she came out and quickly loaded my trunk. In and out in under 3 minutes from the time of the call. Superb service! I got all my boxes neatly packaged. One of my glasses has a defect but I'm Positive when I call tomorrow they will find a way to resolve it. Nothing beats their designs and quality.
