As far as the folks who work there are concerned....if you are there to make chit chat or have someone cheer you up....maybe you should go stand in Home Depot or Lowe's wait lines and talk to the folks there that can barely make change. Not only are they awful anymore....it's so bad that Lowes and HD know it as they now have automated checkout where you don't even need an actual Human Being to check you out. Talk about depressing.

He even sent his associate to a neighboring town to get a part. He just wouldn't give up! Finally, at 6:00 that evening I saw him outside of his store and he said, "I have very good news--we fixed your phone." I almost burst into tears! And it only cost $100. I said, "Are you sure?!" He said they don't take advantage of people. So...they had my phone ALL DAY, fixed an almost impossible fix and charged me a mere $100. I can't recommend them highly enough. It states on their websit that if the patron cancels it is a $20 fee to reschedule. I absolutely had to take the class that day or forgo a job offer. I also had a death in the family and could not take the class on the first daye offered after the cancelation. Did they give a refund? No. Did they give at least a $20 refund. They don't have that much integrity. Call the American Heart Association. They can send you to honest people.
