This was a pretty good Reasor's. We came here after my flag football game to grab some steaks. This store has good selection of quality items. The inside was for the most part clean. There was a little bit of jam on the floor at the check out aisle though. The only down side was the employees just didn't seem in it. They were all quiet and looked kind of sad. Despite how terrible Reasor's in Jenks has gotten since the sale to Brookshire Bros., I went in to get a few things today. I had my daughter with me, who is a smaller child, not a toddler, but sat her in the basket portion of the cart to keep her close to me so I could shop without worrying about her proximity. I was approached by a "store manager" that told me she was "too big to be in the cart and needed to get out". It was so odd, I thought he was kidding at first. This child weighs 52 lbs and is still very short. I always keep my kids very close to me, and I was just shocked. I got her out of the cart but it made me more angry by the minute. I was going down another aisle and saw the same manager staring at me because she was now standing on the handle end of the bottom of the cart, holding the handle. Riding between me and the cart. My child was being very well-behaved, she wasn't rearranging the shelves or touching merchandise, she wasn't being loud or throwing a fit. She was simply sitting in the cart and stacking the groceries that we were purchasing in the cart for me. She's still young, so she was a little upset and embarrassed by the fact that she seemed to get "In trouble", even though I assured her that she was not in trouble. I decided to find the store manager after I paid. I asked him if there was some specific policy on weight, age, or size of children that are not allowed in the cart. He said no, but he's just noticing that if a kid is " big enough to walk by themselves and they don't need to be riding in the cart". I've seen people with their stupid dogs into the grocery store, and I've seen very large children in the carts, and I'm unsure as to why we were singled out and approached when I'm just trying to keep my kid close to me. I told him that if weight was the concern, she weighs less than a couple of cases of water so I don't think that is an issue. This manager admitted that there is no written or posted store policy regarding riding in a shopping cart. He did not apologize and maintained that he was in the right and has been trying to get onto people who he "sees with their children riding in the cart" that he deems too large or too old to be in the cart. Again, we were peacefully shopping, my child wasn't being loud or obnoxious or touching things. She was contained in the cart and happy. He made us both uncomfortable, and I told him as much and I told him how other mothers would be upset if they were approached and told that their children that they're just trying to keep an eye on and watch would not be allowed to ride safely in the cart within reach in this day and age. I concluded with telling him that I won't be back to shop and then I would be making it very known about how I was treated in the store. I also told him that their producing meat have gone considerably since Brookshire's bought the store, and the quality and variety of decent food items has diminished . read more

You have to be aware that products offered by Reasor's, discounted with Reasor's Rewards, may not scan properly with discounted prices or as buy one-get one free offers. After years of "catching" offered products scanning with incorrect pricing at the register I once again found the BOGO bone-in sirloins did not scan as buy one - get one at the register. When I commented the employee responded "Yes, they (sirloins) didn't scan correctly yesterday either" and she had to extend the discounted price manually at the register. That mis-scan was worth about $45 to me. The employee added, "Yeah, a lot of people don't even check the price discount, they just pay and walk away." If mis-pricing products in the store's favor happens sporadically it's probably an oversight. If it happens frequently and especially on pricier items, it's intentional! read more

The meat they sell is not edible. It has no blood and it looks like they're mixing something in the beef. This has happened multiple times. It doesn't look right, feel right, cook right and most of all it doesn't taste right. Come on Reasors you can do better. Quit feeding us scraps. read more

When it comes to local grocers, we find Reasor's to be the best! They have the largest food selections; not to mention, an in house Deli, Bakery, Floral, Meat & Seafood Dept! Be sure to check out their own product brands, Best Choice & Red Bud Farms. They're just as tasty as the national brands, but at a lower cost! You can also save money at the register by using their Reasor's store card! Your card accumulates points with every purchase which can be used at other specific businesses, such as QT for gas discounts! Their stores are super clean and the employees are helpful, when asked. Maybe I'll see you in the produce dept! We appreciate the wide variety of fresh fruits & veges offered! read more

I called yesterday at 3pm for a deli order pickup for today at 5pm. I was told they couldn't take my order cause they needed 24 hours. I let him know I'm needing it for tomorrow night and he said still can't do anything. I let him know this is within 24 hours and he said no it's wasn't. They lack customer respect at the deli; charge $3.50 for a small container of gravy, will give you about 1/3 for free but to fill it is $3.50! Then the manager says they will give you more but try to charge you at least $3.00 for addition food. No "reasoning" with the folks at "reasors"! Notice a tremendous amount of debris on the floor around produce and salad bars. In lunch area, many tables are not clean or wiped down; going downhill - go to Walmart or anywhere. Won't take your calls to allow you to express your concerns. Find a store that wants your business and respects you as an individual. I could not give zero stars :( read more

They have everything from groceries to flowers to liquor. One stop shop at great prices. Wish we had this store in L.A.

This is my local Reasor's - it was moved down the street from its original location in a new building. This is one of the new model Reasor's: it has the coffee bar (Java Dave's), hot food, and a salad/olive bar. The prices are more than a typical grocery store (and certainly more than a Walmart or Target) but I prefer the quality and assortment of products. For example, they have protein bars and a high protein ice cream that I prefer. If you are picky about food, they have a lot of specialty foods. You should also check out the self-serve snacks (nuts, candies, etc.), florist, and bakery. We always find new stuff to try and have yet to be disappointed. Reasors is a great grocery store with decent prices. This location is always really clean. I shop at this one often because it is on my way home. They have a nice selection of Organic and Gluten Free options. I'm especially impressed with the amount and quality of organic produce. And 9 out of 10 times they are cheaper than WF. If you aren't picky about your meats they have a great selection, however in my house we like to stick to grass fed beef as much as possible and organic chicken etc. But if I'm watching my budget...this is my choice! I would much rather shop here and pay a little more than Wal-Mart...don't have to worry about door dings and drug deals! read more

We travel from Okmulgee to Jenks to do our grocery shopping! Reasors in Jenks is awesome & well worth the drive!!! I love this store

Great location...love this Reasor's! ...the store is conveniently located on the south side of Jenks. The parking lot is spacious and well lit. The customer service is great. The inside of the store is very nice, kind of an upscale type shopping experience for a grocery store. I give this Reasor's location an A+. read more

This is my favorite grocery store in the area. I drive out of my way to get here and I always enjoy the experience. They have all kinds of things I can't find at any other store. It's a good middle ground between Walmart and the expensive organic type grocery stores like whole foods or natural grocers. It's also a much more laid back environment than Walmart or Target. Also, I've found even if specific items are higher priced here, I still spend less than I would at Walmart because I don't buy a bunch of stuff I don't need. Maybe I get less for my money but I also stick to my list and that is worth it to me. read more
