Had walked out a long distance from the hotel to some watering holes. Wanted to hit one more right next to the hotel prior to coronavirus closing hours. No Uber or Lyft to be had. Called this place up. Seemed like a one man shop. The guy told me he would be there in fifteen minutes. Waited thirty when it was clear would no longer get last call at the desired destination. Guy never called to say he was running late or needed directions. Total kick in the sack from a stranger running a business who supposedly caters to people looking for a ride? Hammer is angry thinking about it.

I called them two weeks in advance, we agreed on the date, time and pick-up location, but 10 min. to pick-up time they tell me their driver hit a deer and there's no back-up plan. You know, they should've thought of a better lie, instead, and even had the nerve to suggest rescheduling the ride on a different date when I was supposed to get to the airport on that day. I will certainly file a complaint with every police station on a 500-mile radius, city halls, transportation boards, travel agencies and even the IRS to check'em up thoroughly, as I bet their finances aren't legit either, and make sure no one else in this country or broad will ever do business with them again. It's dangerous to have such bast"e"rds operate near colleges & universities having a significant number of foreign staff, students and visitors. I certainly won't forget this negative experience or forgive them for that matter, and I hope I am the last person they screw over this way.
