The people that came were wonderful, especially Kellsie, and my parents immediately took to them. They did a wonderful job cleaning the apartment, were conversational with my parents who were in desperate need of exactly that, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. We continued to employ them afterwards because of how much my parents like having them around. My mother recently passed and a few days before it happened, we knew that the scheduled cleaning wasn't going to be necessary. I explained the situation and their response was prompt, compassionate, and filled with well-wishing's. Later that same day, we received a beautiful Edible Arrangement from Clean Co with a sympathy card attached. Our entire experience with them went beyond customer service. Their work was exactly what they promised, exactly what was needed, their bedside manner was perfect for my parents, their warm conversation was as welcomed as their efforts to keep the place in good condition, and their generosity and thoughtfulness is not something we will soon forget. They were prompt, reliable, and communicative and stuck to the estimate- though the labor was way more than they anticipated. I'm very happy with the deep cleaning and paint work that they did, and will use them in the future for hood and grease trap cleanings. There was a lot of grime, smoke staining, and general nastiness to get through- and they got through it! I really appreciate their thoughtfulness- calling us ahead of time if running a little late, keeping us updated on progress, and we did a final walk-through together. Our kitchen looks SO much better, and there is no way I could have done such a good job on my own. It would have taken me a month to do what they did in a few days. Jamila and her assistant arrived while I wasn't home and only cleaned the exposed carpet. My fiancé happened to be home and moved the coffee table out of the way so they would clean that area. The assistant made it clear that he would not move the furniture. When I called to complain, Marc told me that "there was probably just dust under there anyway!" Which wasn't the point. I asked for a carpet cleaning and was promised the full carpet would be cleaned. Not for a lazy one swipe with the machine. The part they cleaned looks great. But it was a half-assed job and not what I signed up for. Update, just got off the phone with Jamila and she hung up on me instead of listening to what I had to say. Never in my life has a company made me feel so disrespected and angry. I'm a reasonable person and my fiancé had nothing to do with the misunderstanding. The misunderstanding is fully on Aladdin's end. Mark was ridiculously unprofessional and Jamila's employee lied about the exchange. You should be able to book a job with details laid out, and get that job done the first time correctly. Not have to endure accusations and rudeness from the co-owner and be offered to have the service done again on Friday so the carpet is wet all weekend. Whatever response Jamila might have for this review, it's to attempt to save face and cover up the fact that they provided bad customer service and did the job incorrectly. It amazes me that a business that is run in this manner has been around for this long.
