While driving home the other day the engine light came on. I got out of my car to check the engine oil and coolant only to discover the reservoir coolant cap was missing. I called RJS for a couple of days to no avail. Finally, when I reached one of the mechanics--who refused to give his name--he told me they don't touch the radiator fluids and had no reason to remove the cap. This explanation didn't make sense to me, because my coolant reservoir cap doesn't just disappear on its own. Since RJS Quick Lube was the only place that had worked on my car recently, it raises serious concerns about their quality of service and accountability. Not only was I left with a missing coolant cap, but when I tried to resolve the issue, I was met with avoidance and a dismissive attitude. A responsible business should stand behind their work, address customer concerns, and provide at least a basic level of honesty and professionalism. I'm very disappointed with this experience and would strongly caution others to think twice before trusting their vehicles to this shop.

The guy didn't screw it back on correctly and I just noticed the entire front of this cover has been dragging on the cement for who knows how long. It's been a few weeks since I was there.... I avoided the dealership (Suburban Ford on M59 after what they recently did to my daughter - see my review on them before you go there!) but now I HAVE to go there and pay for this F'ing repair because of these guys. This place was a dump, they barely spoke English, they were cheap, but they were near my house. I made a mistake and now I'm paying for it, literally. When I asked the attendant why the price was higher his answer was "the owner charges more for labor at this location" $79 For an oil change and tire rotation is the highest I have paid since moving to the Waterford area. There are plenty of other options for the same services-I will not be back.
