I got a lightly used tire for my 2013 Ford Escape (haven't had time to bring in for my insurance claim) for $65. Discount Tire wanted double, don't get me wrong, they are nice at D.T. as well, but I got two tires for the price of one there. I am always in and out of there within 20-30 minutes tops. They hustle and get it done. I have never waited over 30 minutes. Can you say you have ever been to a tire or car place and been in and out in less than 20 minutes? I sure havent... Thanks guys! I was able to watch my vehicle be worked on through the window. The young gentleman got the lock lugnut stuck in his impact socket and threw the socket on the floor in anger. It appeared he was rushing and had somewhere to be. After about 20 minutes my vehicle was ready. I worked on my brakes about a week or so later and when I had one of my wheels off I heard something rolling around inside the tire. I took it back to the discount tire to have them look at it. I waited about 2 hours for them to finally get my vehicle in, and finally they tell me it just needed to be balanced again and it was fixed. I asked if they figured out what was rolling round inside the tire and was told that they didn't notice anything wrong. Okay fine with me if you say so... The following day, as I was driving, my TPMs sensor light turned on my dash, i figured it has to be that one wheel so I took my tire off and sure enough! It's still in there! I go back to the location and wait another 2 hours and they finally admit it was a TPMs sensor. Nice, they do it for free, everything is good, right? No!!! I then noticed the SAME wheel they did the wheel weights are missing! And on top of that it looks like they aggressively used a wire brush wheel on my wheel and left deep scratches. Seriously, don't come here. Go to a different location, this place doesn't deserve more business for the quality it serves.

Warning: Predatory and exploitative behavior…read more Date of service: Dec. 15, 2022 Visited the shop at 8am for an inspection (very basic, to have a car used as an Uber/Lyft vehicle). Called ahead to confirm -- they said just bring it in, and that it was $25. When I arrived, I was greeted rudely by the guy that turned out to be the manager on duty that morning. He then informed me that it would be $30 rather than $25, and that he has to charge me for two inspections, for a total of $60 (note: when I later took it somewhere else, they confirmed that the only extra work required for the 'second' inspection was about 10 seconds for their mechanic to sign the second pre-filled form). Side note: the inspection criteria is basically making sure everything works, and confirming that the tires and brakes are good -- both of which had been replaced by Belle Tire in the past six months. It gets even better -- when I questioned it, the guy went back and grabbed my key, aggressively handed it to me, and said "this isn't worth my time," and told me to get out. Done with Belle Tire, and I wouldn't go anywhere near this place. The guy at the counter should also probably be in the back, not anywhere near customers, and definitely not managing a store.
