I walk in and see them sitting around on their phones and circled up talking. I wouldn't care if I didnt get dirty clothes back repeatedly now. Mind you, they packaged it up and gave it to me like they washed it and didn't say anything. I finally got fed up and recently had my husband come and ask them bringing the clothing items back and they said it was due to the dress having a safety pin holding a piece of the dress together. If they couldn't do it for that reason, when I picked it up the first time I should've been informed and received a credit. It took my husband going and asking about it before they explained why it still smelled dirty / wasn't washed and they finally provided a credit. I'm convinced they don't actually clean a lot of the items. Sometimes things still have stains on it, then I clean it at home and the stain comes out. I don't recommend this spot, might be cheap but the service and quality is lacking. I've also paid to get something sewed together since they offer that service and that part of the dress came off the next time I wore it at an event.

I needed to have a long wool coat dry cleaned. I was quoted a price and given a time frame to stop by and pick up my coat. I'm not familiar with prices, but I was quoted $27 for a full length wool coat and a week turn around time (just wanted to give a reference, in case it's helpful to other people). I didn't mind the long turn around time because it wasn't really an urgent matter for me. There were no surprise charges or extensions on the time for the service. My coat came back and is as expected. This location was super clean and organized the couple times I have come in. The lady, Jenny (spelling may be incorrect), that is there was really friendly and approachable. I have also observed her interact with other customers, and I've only ever witnessed pleasant interactions. There is ample parking. The location is also in a safe area close to George Washington University Virginia Science and Technology Campus. There are restaurants and other shops and services nearby. They offer alterations as well, but I have not had any need for this service. Should I use it in the future, I will update the review. I will most likely continue to use their services when I need it.

First, they had wrinkles in over 5 of my shirts. I needed them for a trip so by the time the manager called back (which was days later) I had gotten them corrected. They DO NOT have the ability to give a refund (which is completely ridiculous). So he gave me credit for the next order. On the next order, I brought in two outfits for my wedding. They said this was "High Fashion" and so it would be $18 per piece! The manager was upfront and said some of the items on one piece would fall off if they dry cleaned it but recommended to just get it pressed. I asked how much and he said $3.60 per piece. I just got my receipt and they charged me $15.69 per piece just to get them pressed, not even dry cleaned! I argued with him and he now said it was $36 a piece and I got a great deal. Then he said it was 20% off, then 30% off. No matter what number he pulled out randomly, he was very rude, dishonest and refused to honor the rate HE quoted a day ago! Again he "could not" give a refund and wanted to lure me in for more jacked up prices by offering me a $10 credit which was not even close to matching what the up charge was for 2 peices. So, I see this dry cleaner with amazing offer and decided to go for it. I also requested a quote from them and the owner replied back quickly with an answer. Turns out, it's pretty wonderful! After going there 8 times, I never had my shirt returned to me. I spoke to three managers and they all did nothing but give me the run around. Instead of going the extra mile and picking up the shirt from the person they "accidentally" gave it to, they chose to ignore me and do absolutely nothing. Finally after 30 days and my eighth visit, I return and I speak to another manager.
