Seriously so frustrating and annoying that she was acting like that towards me while i was in uniform. I was just trying to buy gifts for Christmas but nevermind, I'll just take my business to another store! 0/10 customer service.

It's too much stuff everywhere…read morealthough I love the gap and was told this store is comparable! had to get out today to pick up dog food! The weather in oklahoma is a cold flurry mix and if I didn't love my dog soooo much, I wouldn't left my home today! The old navy is next door to petsmart so I decided to stop. The store is practically empty with the exception of three customers and myself. The staff are working (talking to each other) and never greeted me or even turn a head in my direction. That's cool because I wan to look quickly and get out. I find a shirt and go straight to the cashier. Someone is ahead of me being rung up and another cashier is working on clothing he looks directly at me and looks down without a smile or word.. I just wait patiently for the cashier to finish with the customer ahead, she finishes I step up she turns her back and starts taking clothes out of a bottom bin and talking to the other cashier. At this point I'm still standing with items to check out and haven't been acknowledged. Oh well, I leave the clothes at the register and walk out. What's with people now a days. I'm the customer I shouldn't have to ask to spend money or be acknowledged at your business. Bad customer service. When I say I will never enter this store again, I will never ever shop here again.

I paid just under $2,000 for a sectional couch and specifically pointed out damage on the floor…read moremodel while in the store. I was assured that the couch being delivered would be a brand new piece, not the damaged floor model. When the couch was delivered, it had damage in the exact same location as the floor model I had pointed out. I was told the couch they delivered came from the Tulsa location. I was skeptical so I asked the delivery driver where he picked up the couch. He picked up the couch at the Okc location. On top of that, the couch arrived missing 8 of the 16 legs. Replacement legs were later delivered, but those were also damaged. I was told a replacement couch and legs would be ordered and delivered within three weeks. Three weeks passed with no updates and no replacement parts. Each contact was initiated by me and with each inquiry the communication consisted mostly of being told the parts were expected "any day." I was offered a floor model, which I declined since I paid for a new couch. After weeks without a proper resolution, I finally submitted a credit card dispute. Interestingly, right after that I was informed replacement parts had suddenly "arrived," which raises questions given the timing. Very disappointing experience. I generally love supporting small businesses, but this situation is a reminder to document everything, every time. I work long hours away from my family to be able to afford purchases like this, so it's incredibly frustrating and disheartening when something that should be straightforward turns into an ongoing issue that feels rooted in dishonesty.
