I recently had 13 items with hems that needed to be altered- (May 10, 2023). I am short and I found some pleated pants that look like skirts from Alexander Elite Fashions - (8 from there). of the 13 items, I am missing one item that is very unusual in that it had an attached top that tied at the neck - return for pick up May 19, 2023). In fact the owner and tailor of the shop remembers this item and even advised me to wear a tank top if I didn't want my back out. Again, I am grateful that she recalls this item rather than claim she never received it. What's interesting is that I asked and received my remnants, but there are no remnants to support this item was even worked on and it would have needed an inch to two inches taken off. I've not had one garment altered incorrectly and that is a good feeling, knowing there isn't going to be a problem.
