They have a washing and sanitizing station when you arrive, a questionnaire, temperature check, and a plexiglass partition for the receptionist. Both the Doctor and Hygienist wore masks. I found the office to be gorgeous and incredibly comfortable. Fashioned after a Whistler lodge, it is woodsy, clean, and totally unique. I could have hung out there all day. Most importantly, the work that they did on my teeth was exceptional. When having work done, they create an estimate of what insurance should pay and what you will owe, and when the work is done, they ask for payment that day on your share. This office is convenient to my home. Making an appointment was easy. The waiting room was very cozy and welcoming. I visited for a regular cleaning and it was the most comfortable visit of my life. I didn't know it was possible to not be clenched an entire visit at the dentist. I had a great conversation with both the hygienist and the dentist and appreciated that they had such fantastic bedside manner.
