They all used google earth photos. We scheduled the paver sealing and they arrived on time and had all of their equipment. They worked as a team on washing, sanding and sealing our pavers. I was literally sweeping up pales of concrete sand every month.. situation was getting dire. I didn't know if my house was unstable and I imagined it was going to cost a fortune to fix. In the process of prepping the area, they buried the water meter with soil. Then they covered that soil with a weed barrier, and finally the gravel was poured over all of it. I called Justin a few days after the install, to inform him that the meter was no where to be found, and obviously buried. He told me he would be back out by the end of the week, to help locate the meter, and re-expose it. Justin never returned. He stopped answering my calls and never responded to any further text messages. The City had to get involved to mark possible pipe locations from the street, and I had to purchase a metal detector to start digging holes and eventually pinpoint the meter. People make mistakes all the time, but for a business owner to make a mistake, which creates additional hardship for the homeowner, then not return as promised, and stop answering all phone calls and TXT messages... That illustrates pure lack of integrity.
