She has a fantastic eye for detail, carefully fixing and crafting every frame to ensure every backdrop fabric fold, prop, and even fingers and toes to be in place. Our photos came out beautifully (8 print outs on high quality, matte Fuji film, a wooden frame which holds the pictures interchangeably, and a USB with the picture files), and it all came at a really decent price (considerably lower than other studios we had looked at). Our photos were touched up to exactly thrle right level so that they look perfect yet still realistic. We're so happy with how our photos turned out, we already plan to return as baby grows older. He was…read moregetting rid of his equipment (probably closing his business due to lack of sales--the store was empty when I entered, and I found out why later). We agreed on the price, and I decided to drive an hour to his business. When I arrived, the owner suddenly changed his mind despite our agreement. The difference was just $30. I couldn't believe he was haggling over such a small amount. The owner clearly doesn't care about other people's time and gas money. Thanks to him, I wasted 2.5 hours of my precious time and gas money for nothing. He told me he wasn't selling his equipment for what we agreed on and started giving me a lecture on why he was backing out. His wife then joined the conversation, insisting the price was already cheap (for reference, the equipment was broken and in poor condition). It made no sense, and I decided to leave as these people clearly lack communication skills. He was bluffing that many people had contacted him and he could get more than what we agreed on, even though his ad had just 12 views (he obviously thought I was dumb enough to believe him). Stay far away from this business and this shady owner. Google other printing shops. Stay tuned. I will be posting my review on other sites so others don't go through what I went through today with this inconsiderate couple.
