I needed to print a couple of 2-page docs on a Sunday night and everything was closed. I dialed Dussault Diane's phone number around 7 pm not really hoping for an answer... This small of a printing job is way too small of a scope for them, since they specialize in graphic design, and printing hundreds of copies of high-quality marketing materials. BUT: having talked to me and understanding my need Diane asked me to email the docs to her, printed and bound the docs for me, had them ready to pick up in 10 minutes and charged nothing. Very few businesses out there will go out of their way and solve a tiny client's problem sacrificing some personal time on a Sunday night, but these folks did. For which I'm very grateful. If I need graphic design, Diane will be my first call.

Other printing companies I've tried in the past would rush me and didn't seem to care just because I wasn't ordering huge quantities of stuff. Avi came to my workplace to meet with my manager to follow up on a quote that we received a couple…read moremonths back. He came unannounced and without an appointment. My manager is a busy man and is on the road quite often so obviously he wasn't here. A considerate person would call in advance to made an appointment. When I told Avi that my manager is not in the shop very often and it's better to call him on his cell as he's on the road a lot, he spoke to me very condescendingly and asked if my manager never comes to the company, to which I replied that he does but leaves by 10:30am. He proceeds to very rudely tell me that I can tell my manager that he (Avi) stopped by to look for him. I understand that it can be frustrating to follow up with prospective client who is hard to reach but there was no need to be rude and condescending to others. One of my company's owners was in her room and overheard the conversation and it has left a very bad impression. The reviews to this company are top notch and pictures of completed works no doubt show that Sign Source is very good at what they do, but the poor attitude is just so off-putting and uncalled for.

I ordered a beautiful wooden canoe paddle and wanted the gift-receivers name engraved on the bottom. I popped in with the paddle, told them my vision and it was perfect and ready for pickup within a week. About three days after dropping it off, they sent me a few options to choose from, and it looked *exactly* like the one I chose. Now that I know I can laser etch things with such ease, shit around my house is getting monogrammed. Because, again, LASERS ARE COOL.

The other staff are friendly, sincere in their interactions, helpful and really kind about explaining the processes even though it's a busy place. The first job I brought here was done perfectly. I was also grateful that they were willing to take a small job. The second job got kind of messed up. Delivery of the end product was late and I ended having to hand cut everything because the precision wasn't there. There was also a lot of waste of the material. The owner didn't really seem to care about that and I didn't want to get into it with him.
