Usually, I was one of 4 or 5 RV's staying overnight. Had no problems at all & was able to get all my shopping done too. I had a beautiful view of the mountains all around me, so gorgeous setting. She also yelled at another employee in front of us and then yelled at us. We were simply trying to purchase a toy that had already been placed on hold. We were not being difficult or asking for anything unreasonable, yet she treated us like we were a burden for needing assistance. Helping customers is part of working in customer service. If assisting people makes Lynn this irritated, then she should not be working in a position where helping people is literally her job. Customers should not be made to feel guilty or uncomfortable for asking an employee to do what they are there to do. Her constant sighing, glaring, yelling, and disrespectful attitude were completely unacceptable. GET HER FIRED!!!!!

Based on other reviews, this isn't an isolated incident--it's a pattern. The drinks? Fine. But nothing special. We had far better cocktails and actual customer service just down the street at 51 Below Speakeasy, tucked beneath The Miners Hotel in Uptown Butte. This grocery store is weird…read more Every time I walk in here, I feel like I'm being watched. There's just a strange vibe here. It's not just me - other locals have expressed the same feeling. I don't know what it is, but being in here makes me uncomfortable. They have a good selection of some niche products - if you've got to get your Kombucha fix in Anaconda, Stokes is your place - although overall selection is...pretty good. I mean, it's a smallish store. I am quite glad this place exists all the way out here, and I'll keep shopping here for sure. There's just something...off...about it. Oh, the pharmacy here is great - very friendly and VERY fast service. The weird Stokes vibe doesn't apply there.

Some of the prices also aren't clearly marked on the shelf and I had to bring items up for price checks before deciding whether or not to buy it. Overall an ok store, but definitely a few issues that could be fixed.

I saw they had huckleberry lemonade after I ordered, so I might try that next time :) The two people working were so nice and friendly! Small, but nicely curated.
