If you want to take a chance with this service, be sure to call for making/confirming your booking - do NOT trust the on-line booking form. On top of it we were visiting from out of town and were the sober part of party and they were kind enough to help us figure out where to meet them. The roads were closed and they were patient and gave us detailed directions and even waited for us even though it took us about 15-20 minutes to get to them. The drivers were courteous and kind and went above and beyond to make sure all of our party was taken care of and safely in the vehicle after a rather crazy night on the town.
