New fave place for wings. Only thing is I wish they explained the sauce flavours more. So far ive tried two flavours and they were both a hit! Raptors on the ranch was mild bbq wings with ranch sauce on top. Messy sweet heart (I could be wrong) was medium bbq with garlic sauce(?) drizzled on top. The prices are very fair. read more

Ordered from Town wings on a random Wednesday night. Wasn't sure what to expect as some of the reviews are mixed. We used Uber eats to have our order delivered as we had a promotion to use and figured the fries at least would come soggy. Nope! We were wrong! The wings are breaded (didn't see an option for non breaded even though that's what we prefer) they are larger wings, tender meat and very flavourful. Had to order blindly because the menu doesn't tell you what the sauces are, but both we ordered were delicious! Fries came still crispy and the salad was very fresh. Definitely will be ordering from here again as our new regular spot! read more

Anyone else tired of cooking 3 meals a day everyday? Town wings came to my rescue on so many late afternoons when I stepped into the kitchen and thought, "hmm...here we go again!" The quality of their food has improved 1,000% since my first review and I must say, I am a little bit addicted to their wings. Their wings are crispy without being too dry and we usually get our wings with the sauces on the side. They have a great deal for 3 lbs of wings with a basket of fries and a garden salad for $39.95 and if you ask them to substitute onion rings for the garden salad, they are happy to oblige. I am certainly grateful to have these guys so close to home and their wings will be in our meal rotation for a long time to come. read more

I'm not sure if it's a common thing with the wing places around this area but no one ever picks up the phone if you're trying to put in a pickup order. Determined to get wings, we showed up and they are definitely open. We put in an order for a Mama's Deal and we were quoted a wait time of about 15 minutes. It's in a good area since you can get some grocery shopping, banking, or errands out of the way at some of the neighbouring establishments in the plaza. I'm don't know if it's because I just haven't had wings in too long but these were pretty great. I like when a wing is still fried and crunchy underneath a ton of sauce. That's exactly what I got. All of the flavours we got were also very tasty. We were able to pick 3 with the deal that we got. Of the maple chipotle, dill parm, and all in dry rub, I received 1 votes for the dill parm, 2 for the maple chipotle and 1 for the dry rub being the favourites. The deal that we got also came with fries, garlic bread, and Caesar salad. When we were ordering we were made aware of another deal that they had that was the same price but with onion rings instead of salad. The salad was a good attempt at being healthy but there was a lot of sauce on it. The fries were extra salted and came with a side of gravy. I liked them but I could see it being a bit too much for other people. The garlic bread was topped with melted cheese making it even better than just normal garlic bread. The final verdict...well with more than 100 flavours I suppose I'll have to be back! read more

One of those places with a kazillion flavors, that serve chili fries or whatever you want to call them. Similar style and taste to others, but one thing I liked about Town Wings was their fast service whether its in person or delivery app. Wings are of a good size, flavors are there, and you don't feel bad after eating them cause its not overly greasy. Its fried wings you really can't go in depth its either good or bad this place is good and has been consistent for me. Updated Verdict on this place: I've ordered from there many many times ;-) My original biggest complaint was the lack of spice on their wings. Well they now have a secret sauce that is not published on their menu. It's called "Lankan kick" named after Sri Lankan spice which is very hot (I'm Sri Lankan so I know). Its amazing. Not as hot as St. Louis "hotter than hell" but hotter than their suicide sauce. They also add little bits of onion and green chili which adds a bit of fresh crunch. The key is to pick it up as soon as it's made so it remains crispy. The amount of spice is perfect for me. Also the Town spicy fries are amazing. They put raw green chillies which adds an amazing extra kick. Give this a try...you won't be disappointed. Verdict on this place: Meh Had the Indian and Devils Ranch flavours and they were ok but not great. Ordered the wings to be picked up at a certain time and when we arrived we had to wait 15 mins. The wings were not crispy but maybe that's because they were sitting in the take out container for the ride home. I prefer St. Luis wings over this place. The wings here are bigger but not as crispy as St. Luis and I was looking for spicy wings which this place did not deliver. If you want spicy wings similar to St. Luis suicide then maybe get sauces much much hotter than Indian or Devils Ranch. read more

Best neighborhood place for wings!!! I'd go as to say it's the best in TO!!! Orders the three pound deal with fries and onion rings. With this you get two choices for the sauce and there are over 50 to choose from. The price was a very reasonable $40. We had to wait a few minutes longer than normal but the owner was nice enough to put an extra order of town fries for free!!! They were fantastic! The wings, fries and onion rings were great!!! I ordered 2 lbs of wings. One dry rub and one wet. The wings were hot but both pounds were bland. The BBQ dry rub was utterly tasteless. The other pound honey/mustard was just a mess. I live in the area and have been driving by this place for some time now and finally today I decided to try it out after also debating on the other restaurants in the plaza. Had a small craving for poutine so I opted for this place. Staff are friendly and the place looks really nice. Also nice to have a wing place similar to All-Star Wings just 5 minutes away. Poutine - I ordered the teen special and upgraded my fries to a poutine and to be quite honest, the portion is actually quite generous for the $3 extra charge. Not bad. However, flavour was lacking. The gravy could definitely use more flavour, at least more salt. Good thing is though is that they use cheese curds - if you specifically order it, though. 2.5/5 Garlic Parmesan Wings - Size of the wings were pretty good. It was however, too dry. If the cook had maybe fried the wings 2mins less, it would have been juicier. Yes, it had a nice crisp but it was just too dry to my liking. As for the garlic parmesan flavour, it tasted anything but. Also, the wings are pretty greasy. Service was awful. It's just a little place designed for take out. I ordered wings and mushroom caps. Took forever to make and about 25 minutes later they were ready. The order was up and they took forever to grab it even though they had two workers at the cash, one not taking any orders lol. I heard my name being called and they just assumed I wasn't there! I had to ask was that order under my name and then they were like oh yeah that's for you, like it was a hilarious joke. My mushroom caps were without the ranch dressing, thank you. The wings were good but it's going to take a lot more for me to come back here again. Last experience was much improved. Ordered take out and the man at the encounter was very helpful and helped me with my order with a list of different wing flavours. This was much different than my last experience as you read above. Truly a hidden gem! I can't remember life before town wings, the flavour is truly something else. My go to place when I want to indulge in savoury goodness. Mexican wrap and Mexican fries are a real delight. Not a lot of people know about this spot, so I hope more people get to experience it. I went here for dinner, and the wings were just okay. The fries were just okay too.. the prices seemed expensive considering i was still starving after eating 1.5 pounds with some fries.. maybe it was because...the wings were small. Furthermore, the spices were like no name spices from nofrills and the sauce was sparse. The chicken wings here aren't too bad, but are quite expensive given the quality. I also found the blue cheese dressing to be very cheap, watery and lacking in flavour. The fries on the other hand are fairly crispy, well seasoned and are provided in good quantity. The chicken sandwiches are OK but nothing to write home about. My assessment is that this restaurant currently fails to meet its raison d'etre, given the lack of flavour and meat quality in regards to its wings. read more
