Somehow, they got my mom's phone number and called her at 11:45 pm, the one person I absolutely did not want called. My mom then had a stroke, I knew she would be upset, I needed to be the one to tell her. When hospice sent my aunt to The Neptune Society, they said she had a pacemaker, she did not. Hospice listed her cause of death wrong; they obviously had the wrong person, they tried to blame The Neptune Society for their error. This was added stress we did not need at this horrible time.

I was billed for a full session, but really I talked for 2 minutes, we discussed a med for 1 minute, and the next 7 minutes was me trying to give her my pharmacy information which she was having a hard time understanding. It was a 10 minute initial intake and I was prescribed medication that gave me brain fog and made me have to urinate frequently. I work as an emergency nurse and it decreased my job performance within weeks. But she didn't know my job or anything about me because she didn't ask anything. Just wanted to prescribe me what works for her. I cannot recommend her services.
