It's a waste of time and money. I spent a lot of money doing "stress tests" and two office visits and all was just sales pitch for selling a "treatment plan for over ten thousand dollars. Staff are rude and ignorant. The Doctor was so annoyed when I stopped him in the middle of his sales bitch to say I thought this second session for $300 I would at least get some adjustment or treatment he kept saying that's not how we work. Any good kinesiology would Start with muscle test, first session I just talked and he explained the procedure. Then stress tests for $150. Then a $300 session to review results and give me a plan that costs $13 k! No muscle testing no treatment no adjustments were planned. I stopped him and asked are you doing any of that this session and that's when he realized his sales pitch is going nowhere and got frustrated and gave me a wrong bill so insurance doesn't cover it. The bill I received is also wrong, I called to fix it before submitting to insurance and the doctor insisted it is right. The date is wrong, the service is wrong and he says order or date etc doesn't matter. Don't waste your time and money and peace of mind. Update: Now "the doctor" Greg Olson is bulshit making accusations of staff not feeling safe. The o my thing I told his staff was I'll leave a bad review if they don't appologize which they didn't and that I'll report their malpractice for intentionally making huge errors in my bill. Now, surprisingly, he is accusing me of making the staff feel unsafe. How immature and irresponsible! This alone should suffice to make you decide if you'd like to proceed with such a doctor or not. Instead of being honest, taking responsibility for mistakes, taking corrective actions he follows up with more lies. What on earth made him come of with this is beyond me. To Greg, "the fake doctor", you are supposed to be a doctor, not a sales man selling $10 k + packages, to patience who come in good faith, you need to stop making up lies and lying and take responsibility for your and your staff mistakes, there is no reason for your staff to feel unsafe, the only thing I mentioned was I'll leave a bad review and report you for poor practice cause of your dishonesty about the bill. I did leave a bad review as promised and next is reporting which I will :) where is the threat and feeling of insafety in any of that to your staff? Please do grow up and act like a doctor. Fake it till you make it. I was actually too kind and patient with you to ask you to correct your mistake and ask your staff to apologize for being rude. Instead you took the lying route. That is just terrible for you and anyone who falls for your lies. Update 2: Greg, your lie and allegation didn't work and now you're changing your comment again with new method? Everything I mentioned is FACTUAL. You know it. :) you're terrible at lying. To all: the only reason for his other five stars is that as soon as you leave their office they send a servant begging you to rate them 5 stars. And as you can see when one leaves a poor comment the Response from the fake doctor himself is allegations, lies, accusations. Lying about things not being factual . Trying to force the reviewer to delete their comment. Call and ask about their prices and deny the package he tries to sell you. It's actually written in their forms.. You'll have the same experience. Fist visit $100 no treatment, then stress testing $150 no treatment, then $300 for Greg, the fake Dr, to sell you a package that is $10+k again NO TREATMENT. If you deny they become rude, if you leave a poor review they start allegation and accusation to intimidate you and make you remove your poor comments or discredit your comment. I have never seen any other response to review comments by provider like this. Ask yourselves if you have. That should be enough for you to save yourself from this childish drama and an expensive mistake. read more

So I have been debating a review because I wanted to like it here but I have to say that my experience was not great unfortunately. At first we went over a plan which was good it was detailed and I understood everything. My first treatment day came "in office visit $400.. I told dr Olsen that I need to look into the care card he suggested because I can't afford his treatments right now and don't want treatment today just a visit to discuss my labs and supplements.. he said that was fine and just discussed my labs and supplements... in addition Greg said he wanted to see something and told me to lay on this bed where he held a device to me to detect possible intolerance. I didn't ask for this he just did it. When I got to the front desk he charged me 400! What?? I literally just told him I can't afford the office treatment visit and then he charged me for one anyways without the mental health treatment I originally was going to get.. I'm very upset that I got charged a treatment visit when I didn't even get any treatment...... his response was that he spent an hour with me???? Yes because You said you wanted to see something and did some kinda test that YOU wanted to do that took up more time than I even wanted. I honestly feel hackled.. I specifically told Greg to just talk to me about my lab results from my other dr and my current supplements to know if I was on the right track.... I also didn't get any advice on a game plan on where my labs results should be as a goal and he forgot major information including that when I had a pregnancy loss that I was not medicated for hypothyroidism at them at time. He tried telling me I shouldn't be on any medication and I had to remind him what happened to me from the start all over again.. he said "he never knew that" and I was kinda ticked off because I absolutely mentioned everything and I'm so frustrated that he forgot very important information plus was acting like I don't need my medication when I absolutely do... my labs were so off when I started my meds and I gave him a copy of those results so idk what Greg was thinking telling me I'd be fine off them. He told me he guesses that I do need meds after me reminding him of what happened to me. I proceeded to ask what I Should expect out of his care plan and if I'll get off meds. He said you might be able to get off meds or at least be on a very small dose... I'm already on a very small dose!... so your saying I'm going to be the same after spending 7,000 on your program? I feel like instead of focusing on making me better he just wanted to do too many different tests all at once that I expressed I can't afford and he didn't seem to want to address my main concerns first. The 400 office visit was so unfair though and I honestly feel robbed from that visit.. I got absolutely nothing out of it besides him telling me to ditch my vitamin D and to buy his instead and telling me not to take certain ones which apparently my body reacts badly to pet his opinion... my last visit was not 400 worthy at all. The 400 office visits are suppose to be treatment visits and I told him hold on treatment and to do a regular visit and still got charged.. not cool at all. That really messed with me financially and is why I'm not proceeding. Plus I got zero treatment it was just a chat about my blood work. read more

Dr. Olsen takes so much time and care listening to me and my health concerns, daily challenges, as well as really taking an interest in the changes and progress I am making. I have never written a negative review to anyone and since there is so much money involved I feel obligated to let people know what CAN happen. Dr Olson seems very polite, capable, focused and knowledgeable. His office is clean, looks organized and has many different machinery/therapies to offer healing. Initially, I signed up for Dr Olson's six months program for continued healing from my Hashimotos Thyroiditis, IBS, some arm and back pain. I felt enthusiastic and encouraged due to some friends' experience and feedback. I am a Christian and was excited to hear Dr Olson is a Christian, too. I saw him between the months of October 2019 and February 2020. My six months program lasted roughly two months (I signed up late October and was out of town end of November until middle of December), after which I was told I had run out of visits (beginning of January 2020). I felt very surprised and cheated. During those passed two months, I asked Dr Olson every visit when we would be decreasing the 3 times a week visits to twice or once. He never decreased the frequency of visits even though he said he would do so when I signed up. Some appointments lasted 3 hours due to waiting. He kept assuring me that I wasn't ready for less frequent visits. I felt very unseen and unheard and I wanted to trust him, which is why I kept going. On top of the $6,000 you will be recommended multiple supplements that you will want to get, wanting to be a good patient, which will cost you anywhere between $35-$100 per supplement. Furthermore, when I came in for my initial consultation, which was $99, I was advised to get some further testing done to see what is going on. After the test was performed I was asked to pay $200. This happened twice (once, I brought my son in and he did an eye test for him which he failed to tell me cost $99) and I watched him do this to other patients, too. It would be most helpful if future patients were told up front that testing will cost them and how much. When I started crying because of my surprise, the front desk person Lauren, had a chat with the doctor and they decided to waive that fee for me. After I ran out of my visits for the six months program in January 2020 (remember I signed up late October and was gone end of November through mid December), I was offered 8-10 free Neurofeedback sessions (this was included in the initial package). I was explained very little and the hookup seemed to not work very well every time. One time my scores were very low and he checked the hook up and it was very disconnected, but then he said that my scores are just very low today. He further joked about me being his guinea pig which didn't make it seem like he knew what he was doing. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to Dr Olson, he did offer me 4 more free visits. I politely declined because I didn't feel listened to nor did I get any lasting results from seeing him. My back and arm pain came back shortly after I stopped seeing him. I'm a health coach who graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. I know how to advocate for myself and my needs. I know a lot about diet and exercise and how relationships, career and spirituality all influence healing or disease. Some of the sickest people have the most dysfunction or trauma in their past. I believe a doctor who makes you depend on him is not a good doctor. The goal is to be patient centered and God dependent, not doctor centered and dependent. I have since seen a spiritual counselor and God has done more healing through that. It costs me $75 per 90 minutes twice a month. A lot of money doesn't always equal a lot of results or healing. Dr. Olsen has been caring for me a little over a month, or two. In the short span, I have noticed a major change in my overall health, thanks to his approach. I've seen a few chiropractors prior to him and they focus on the classic popping and turning you loose technique. I came to Dr. Olsen because of chronic headaches and upper back tension after a long career in front of a computer with bad posture. I had a daily headache for 8 years and spasms in my upper traps. Unlike the many other chiropractors I had seen who had not helped, he concentrated on my muscles because that was where the real problem was due to chronic tension from bad posture. My headache went away and the spasms disappeared. It felt like a miracle. But when the headaches started to come back, I felt discouraged. However, Dr. Olsen has many ways to help. He began to investigate whether my headache had an emotional component. We started NET and worked on trapped trauma in my body. I had a traumatic childhood and I had suppressed trauma causing anger, tension and some distorted thinking. Believe it or not you can survive a bad childhood but you rarely grow up with a healthy sense of self esteem and lack of suppressed anger. The NET Dr. Olsen performed on me not only removed the headache quickly but I began to also let go of paranoid thinking and anger. It sounds weird but I feel like a different person these days. I had dropped into a depression prior to the NET and that is also gone. I purchased a groupon for a massage from this office months ago. I attempted to schedule an appointment, but found that their office hours for a massage was inconvenient for me (I think it was Mondays only from 9-5pm). Having a massage person one day a week during business hours doesn't seem like the best availability for a full time working professional. Not only was that difficult to schedule, an initial exam was necessary to schedule too..prior to the massage being scheduled. The hours for the initial exam were Monday-Friday from 9-5pm as well which again, was inconvenient timing for a full working individual. I politely requested to speak to the doctor to see if I can bypass his initial exam since I didn't need any chiropractic services and only purchased the Groupon for the massage. I told him that I have done the chiropractic exam and massage deal over 15 times in the past few years and am positive that I did not need any chiropractic services as I did not have any issues that needed to be corrected. I told him that I would hate to waste his time with an exam because that is what it would ultimately result in. He was inflexible and stated that I still needed to come in. After several attempts of him trying to "selling" me on his services (with no regard to my history and what my needs were)... he got defensive, unprofessional, rude and ended up being completely dishonest. I attempted to call groupon to get a refund from my terrible experience with Dr. Olsen and they claimed that my coupon was marked as "used" when I never step foot in that office. The receptionist stated that I never used the Groupon which was correct. After I let a few days go by, I called the office back to schedule an appointment. I called the office several times and left voice messages that were never returned. Quite unbelievable how unprofessional this business is run. Once I called from another phone that showed up as a blocked number, low and behold they picked up the phone! I attempted to schedule an appointment and the front desk lady stated that the doctor did not want to honor my groupon because it showed up at "used" on the groupon system when the front desk lady confirmed that I never used it and I personally never stepped foot in that office. I don't know how this man can sleep at night knowing how he can uphold a lie. I stated that they can look up their files and will absolutely NOT find my profile in there because I wasn't even able to schedule an appointment (let alone step foot in that office). They responded with, "there is nothing we can do and you will have to take it up with groupon". This was the worst experience I have ever had and would absolutely NOT do any business with Dr. Olsen given his dishonesty, inflexibility, and unprofessionalism. It is moments like these where I spend my time sharing my experience so that people like you (on yelp) will not have to experience the terrible service I have received. Good riddance! read more

This chiropractor is so much more than just a chiropractor! I have been to many different types of therapists including chiropractic, spinal decompression, massage therapists, acupuncturists and other types of muscular therapy, but this doctor is something special! He really listens to what his patients are saying, and goes above and beyond to heal them. I initially went to Dr Olsen for bone spurs in my neck, and he's helped me feel better all around!
