Who" in their right mind would think of taking a picture at a wake with all the emotions of loosing a loved one suddenly and people coming in to extend their condolences! Then I was told they usually take pictures before the arrangements go out , but that day they "didn't because they were so busy. The only way they could help me to make it right was to bring a picture of it! When dealing with the previous owner I never had a problem. This was my first order with the new management and my last.
