Whenever I call, he answers right away, is polite and thoughtful, asks the right questions, and in the end, produces the best arrangements at a great price. Horrible considering my son paid $100 for these dead flowers, then they are never delivered, he had to keep complaining and then to get dead flowers. I would NEVER recommend them, and anyone who says they are good, there lying. This is the second time I received dead flowers from them.
