I've made several attempts to find out if the check was mailed and have gotten excuse after excuse then they said that a refund of $90 was mailed on April 6th. I am having some pretty extensive work done (to me at least) and they are up front and honest about every step in the process. They make sure that I understand everything that is going to happen and that all of my questions are answered. After my first extensive visit I received 2 phone calls to make sure everything was OK the following day. One from the office manager and another from the dentist herself. I put a lot of emphasis on customer service so believe me when I say that they get it. They also control the pain level and ask you often if you are comfortable. If not, they will stop and make sure that you are comfortable before continuing. You never feel rushed or as if you are just a number. What more can you want from a dentist.
