The store manager went out of his way to help me in opening my accounts, as there were some unexpected glitches that arose. I'm so glad I chose this as my new neighborhood bank. They have two drive through teller windows and one drive through ATM lane. They have one of the automatic coin counting machines (member use only) that doesn't charge a fee for turning in your coins. One of the best things I like about NC SECU, it's the little things like this that count. Staff was helpful. I visited midday so it wasn't super busy. At this branch I just turned in coins and made a deposit so I can't comment on any other services. No ATM inside so if you're just here to use the machine then head for the drive through.

The following day I noticed a loan that was opened that I never applied for, nor consented for, nor signed for and I was never contacted to verify. The money was transferred and now I'm being told that I'm responsible for paying back the loan. Corrupt employees, stealing information and money and Navy Federal Credit Union dies nothing about it. This is how we treat our veterans? I work for the Post office and I will be telling everyone to stay away from Navy Federal Credit Union.
