Wonderful memories. Eastern 2/3rds of the US. And an exposé of Canada to boot!

As a CBD Distributor, I am often on the road. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service. It started with Linda, Alex, and Ben at the front desk. The excellence continued onward to Angie, the breakfast cafe specialist. She was Aces! And the mural in the breakfast cafe area was wonderfully thought out to boot! My stay here was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend staying here! Feel free to email me at moonscapeCBDatoutlookdotcom if you want verification of how wonderful this hotel is!

Room is small but will fit for 3 adults. Provide free breakfast. Receptionist, Jazmin is very helpful and nice.

The only word that succinctly describes this Marriott property is: Shabby. And NOT shabby chic by any stretch of the imagination. The location is decent and easily accessible off of the I-90 and we enjoy the Internet TV Marriott offers, but the positivity stops there. Let's talk price first: $250-some dollars for a night's stay in Billings, MT or 20,000 points for Marriott members (we used points that were excessive for this property). First my husband and I didn't want to take off our shoes as the carpet was filthy: spots everywhere, dirty looking and just worn. The dresser between the queen beds had drawers that would slide open on their own. If you closed the top one, the second one would open and then the third. We got painters tape from the desk and had to tape them shut to avoid running into the edges in the night. The furniture is just cheap looking and not well-maintained; it looks like it was all purchased at an outlet furniture store and has been banged up in the years since this property opened. We did not use the small, but efficient, kitchen since the room did not make us feel like it would be well-cleaned. The bathroom sink area is so small that we could not fit out toiletry bags on there. But the towels are what really gave me the shudders: They were also shabby, thin and with cotton pulls throughout. Seems like they needed to be replaced a couple of years ago. We passed on the paltry breakfast offerings. And, finally, the front desk staff in the morning during checkout was unpleasant and we were quite thankful to get out of there as quickly as possible.

Marriott just knows how to provide consistent great quality rooms and service. This hotel is simple and perfect for our family quick trip to Billings.

Nice hotel with a kitchenette included. This place is fairly new, so it's modern. I'm not sure if they have much going on here, as the receptionist didn't give me a rundown of hotel activities. They do have a gym and a pool. Also, there's a delicious pizza restaurants in walking distance.

You receive a Hilton goodie bag with 2 water bottles and a Hersheys chocolate bar when you check in if you're a Hilton Honors member. I stayed for a few days and wanted a relatively quiet room away from the elevators. The receptionist helping me accommodated by putting me up on the 4th floor towards the end of the hall. Rooms are all suites here with a built-in mini kitchen with a big fridge + freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Comes stocked with plates/bowls/utensils/cooking instruments. You can even borrow a pot and hot pad for free from the front desk if you want to cook in your room. Super convenient if you want to avoid spending money eating out. Bathrooms come with large containers of shampoo and body wash in the shower, so you don't have to worry about awkwardly asking for more mini bottles of shampoo if you have long hair. Lots of lighting provided in the room, no matter which corner or area you are in. Plenty of desk/counter space for you to work. My room even came with a mini conference/dining table that you could roll out from under one of the counters. Free breakfast served from 6-10am down in the lobby. There's coffee and tea directly across from the continental spread. Juice (apple, orange) and water (flavored, plain) are available to the right of the food options. The options are very nice imo. There's cold cereals, hot oatmeal, fresh blueberries/blackberries, granola/nuts/dried fruits, microwaveable scrambled eggs, breakfast burritos/sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, greek and regular yogurts, milk, bagels/bread/donuts, DIY waffles, and a variety of spreads. Indoor pool and gym also available on the 1st floor if you are interested. There's an outdoor fire pit to the left of the front doors if you like to sit outside and chill during the evenings.

They had just finished a remodel on the top two floors and were still finishing the first floor. The hotel was nice looking and real clean. There was five of us and we had two queens and a sofa bed so that was plenty of room. A couple of things we noticed, though were that there were no tissues in the room and there was no lotion. And the most annoying thing ever was that they now have put clear transparent shower doors so if someone showering, there's no way for someone else to come and use the toilet without being able to see them naked. Now for a married couple, that's probably not a big deal but when you have teenagers and tweens it's a real big deal, especially when you have five people to shower and everyone else has to wait. For that reason alone, we will not be coming back to this hotel. I asked the desk guy if he had a shower curtain or something like that down there and he said no. I asked them Why would you put transparent shower doors in? Well, I know he personally didn't, the guy down there working at the desk, but I let him know how we feel. They do have a pool here although I did not see a hot tub and their breakfast is from 6 to 9, which is a little early. I like the hotels that go till 10. Anyway, we are still here now, but hopefully eventually everyone will get showered and then we can all use the bathroom. Also something that I did not like was that the air conditioner, which was absolutely necessary to keep the room cool, was also blowing directly on the bed where my feet were, making them freezing cold. You can't even change the slats to make it blow a different direction, like up would be better. Instead, it blows directly on the foot of the bed. Bad design!

We arrived around 9:45-9:50 pm, just before the kitchen closed at 10. Abby, our waitress, could not have been more welcoming. She got us seated right away, recommended the fries (which were incredible), and made sure we had everything we needed even as the kitchen was winding down. Special thanks to Chef Joe, who deserves a big compliment for putting together such fantastic food at the very end of service. The wings were amazing, the burger was excellent, and the fries were so good that I actually finished them, which I almost never do. That says a lot. The atmosphere was fantastic lively but not overwhelming, with a party still going on since the bar stays open until 11. I haven't even seen the room yet, and I already love this place. Between the service, the food, and the energy, this stop turned into one of the highlights of the trip. Abby and Chef Joe both deserve a shout-out for making it happen.

While inconvenient, I understood and patiently waited in the lobby for about two hours until the issue was resolved. When they finally checked me in, they handed me a room key and room number. I went back to my car, grabbed my luggage and my cat, and went upstairs. My key card worked perfectly--but when I opened the door, I walked into a room that was already occupied by two guests who were in bed and completely nude. I immediately shut the door and went back downstairs. I felt awful for the guests whose privacy had just been violated, and I was honestly shaken myself. This isn't just an embarrassing mistake--it's a serious security issue. If the hotel mistakenly gave me access to someone else's room, what's stopping them from giving someone else access to mine? As a young woman traveling alone, that realization made me feel completely unsafe staying there. I asked to speak with a manager and was directed to the owner, who barely acknowledged my concerns before handing me off to another employee and walking away. The only solution offered was a different room. By that point, I no longer felt comfortable staying at the hotel. I was not proactively offered a refund or any meaningful compensation for what had happened. After a stressful day on the road, I had been looking forward to relaxing and enjoying my evening. Instead, I left feeling upset, unsafe, and extremely disappointed. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds to those mistakes matters just as much. Unfortunately, both the security failure and the lack of accountability afterward fell far below what I expect from a Hilton property.
