All communication dropped off for more than a month, at which point I had to ask for the status of my project. Andy's replacement was somewhat responsive to my inquiries, but he did not share status updates with me unless I reached out first. There were repeated periods of radio silence lasting weeks. Phyleo didn't even let me know they had finished the project until I asked what was going on. Our signed contract indicated that Phyleo would produce a final report, but the firm did not do so, even after I asked about it. I reached out to Phyleo's owner, Dave Abdo, repeatedly by phone, and mentioned in my messages that I was dissatisfied with the service I received.
