She noticed that I was somewhat irritated as to having to wait so long. She said she was sorry but that was just the way the Dr was, meaning Dr. Toby Kirkwood. I told her it was unacceptable and I'm not going to tolerate it. She apologized and said that she would check back in with me in a little while. 5-10 minutes later, she came back and said the Dr would be another 5-10 minutes before he would see me. I told her no ma'am I'm not going to wait another minute and I walked out without seeing anyone today. I told her this is the last time I will be back to this clinic. I had another appointment next month but on my way out, I stopped by the desk and canceled it as well. I did receive my co-pay back that I had paid for today. I refuse to wait over hour half too 2hours to be seen. My time is just as precious as his......POOR SERVICE!!!! Watch your time!!!!
