Let me give you the facts: 1) the air filter: there are two hex bolts to be removed and there are four fasteners(hinges) to be undone. Labor: 50.00 dollars Air filter; 35.12 dollars On Amazon: air filter- 18 bucks- I picked the most expensive one. 2) Corrosion on negative battery: this is a good one as I have done work on my own before using a batter terminal wire brush. All you to is twist the brush clockwise and counterclockwise a few times to remove the corrosion. Use a vacuum to suck up the mess. Labor: 125 dollars Parts: 37.16 dollars(using Amazon: CRC terminal protector cost about 18 bucks for the WHOLE can. What did I get?- a few squirts here and there. 3) Brake flush: I actually done that my self- it was not easy for me. So, I will not complain about this service, but I feel IMHO that the charge was on the high side: 386.50 dollars. 4) the driver side windshield wiper blade; I am just stating the facts here: In the early morning there was heavy dew. I used my wipers and they performed as normal. And I was watching them closely for abnormal streaks-none. I get a report that the driver side wiper was ripped apart. I decided to replace it myself as I carry spare wipers in my emergency box. I had to ask for a quote for replacing the blade. I cannot imagine what the dealer would charge for labor and replacement blade. Victor was a very professional and courteous as I brought up labor work/charge on cleaning the battery terminals. I deducted one star for labor prices.
