The fur was no longer luscious instead it looked fried, tangled and messy. The size of the coat also shrank to the point where I can't even wear it. Given it was a third party who cleaned it I didn't write a bad review for them last time. This time I sent in an intricate sweater for dry cleaning and when it came back the length of the sweater was uneven. The back was noticeably longer than the front and the sweater lost its original shape. Also the male owner pulls price out of thin air. He'll charge whatever he feels like that day.

The place is cleanish although I didn't use the bathroom. when I walked near it, it smelled bad so I just didn't bother to look. It was pretty quiet this early in the morning. So I'm guessing you should come before 10. Ok, you need to come early try to avoid the crowds as well to avoid the heat. I don't think there's air conditioning. Both doors are open and there are two large fans blowing. There are a lot of washing machines and dryers and they all look fairly new, which is great. There is an attendant on duty who also washes for people so I guess if you would rather avoid the work she'll wash and fold for you. Score. Not sure how much it costs. She's also there to make sure everything is running smoothly so that's also a huge plus! She is helping someone, who obviously has never been to a laundromat before, work the machines. She's very nice. The washers go from 2.75 for the tip load ones you'd have at your house to 8.75 for a 4xloader. Drying time is 5 minutes for a quarter. I might be back, but only early and when it's cooler out.

The items were returned today, but not as handed over. Some items were washed, some were not, and the best part was the unrequested dye job, NOT. Many of the items have fond memories attached, and now they are ruined, no warning phone call to say, "Hey we screwed up". Very irritating. If I could give minus stars I would. Won't recommend or use this service ever again. I get sh*t happens, but you have to own the sh*t when it happens, and you failed miserably.

So, a first time user will be super confused. This isn't helped by the lack of staff on site. They have a secure Free WiFi and a TV that's on sometimes - though the channels are not my taste. There were brooms around to allow you clean up after yourself. Helpful. They also have a soap, bleach and softener dispenser on site (at extra cost). Along with a snack and soda machine. Just pray it doesn't steal your coins. I can't recommend the business because in addition to a few issues above, the owner is a little inappropriate or disrespectful in attitude when they do show up. Not a good thing considering the laundry is located in a religious Jewish neighbourhood with families.
