Don't waste your time calling this folks, and, if your insurance company does, request someone else.
Geico contacted this company after I hit a deer and went off the road. I was, literally, 15.3 miles from their address, although I didn't know it at time. I was given an arrival time of 2 1/2 hours later, 4:25 pm, by the insurance company.
At 4:15pm, these folks called me, and started asking questions. When I explained that I was off the side of the road, they asked Me to send them pictures. They then told Me that they would have to get another truck to handle it, and would let Me know when they were coming. I explained to them that I was stuck on the side of the road.
At 6:35, I started texting them again to ask if they had a new ETA. No response. I called the number they had called me from earlier. No answer. I texted again 15 minutes later check if they were still coming. No response.
At 7:05 pm, I called Geico again, and told them that I had been waiting on the side of the road all that time. They apologized and said they would send another company.
At 7:15 they sent Me the new company's name, and by 7:50 pm the new company was there with the flatbed, and working to get My car pulled up.
At 8:04pm, this company decided to start texting and calling Me to let Me know they were on their way.
At 8:11pm, the driver from this company texted me they were on their way, and 15 minutes out. I texted them then and told them the insurance company had sent out another driver, and he was loading the car onto the flatbed.
By the time they got there, the other operator had the car loaded up and was getting ready to head out. read more
