A little after the 2-hour mark, I called to check in. The guy I spoke with was nice and said they were busy and it would be another hour. I told him no problem. After waiting another 2 hours, I called again and got sent straight to voicemail. I called 9 more times, all spread out about 10-20 minutes apart, with no response. After waiting over 5 and a half hours total, they finally told me they weren't able to do the job. I don't know if this was a one-time issue or not, but I personally wouldn't rely too much on this company for timely or dependable service.

They quoted me a price, and told me that it was a 30-45 minute wait, which was no problem, and about 20 minutes later, they called and said they were only doing police calls, and would have to pass. My wife & I have been AAA members for 20+ years. When we have needed roadside service (almost…read morealways for a dead battery that needs replacement) RAAM has responded to provide AAA service. We have been very satisfied with their service. In fact as I type this they are just now leaving my residence where they replaced a faulty battery. The nearest crew to be dispatched to me to jump and test the battery (which had a bad cell and needed to be replaced) did not have the right size battery for my truck in their vehicle, so they called another nearby crew finishing up another call who did --- and brought the battery to them so they could complete the job. Their crews were very professional & polite and - from the moment I contacted AAA, they updated me on their ETA via text message and cell phone calls, and they were very communicative when they arrived on the scene, diagnosed my problem, and then called another truck to deliver the battery I needed. Based on my experiences I would highly recommend them. I find it strange that all of their reviews here are either Five Star or One Star reviews - given that I have had multiple experiences with them over many years and would rate all of them at "Five Stars."
