A woman answered the phone and was patient and friendly with all of my questions. When I arrived at the shop later that day to test ride the Trek Madone SL 7, she remembered me and was again so patient and kind in answering all of my questions. She even installed my pedals on the bike so I could take it for a proper ride around the neighborhood. The bike felt amazing. When I returned, she explained the slightly different versions of the Madone so I could better understand whether I might want a different model. She was not pushy at all--just very knowledgeable, attentive, and informative. She also gave me space to think about the purchase. I made sure to ask her name so I could write this review--Jeanna Lee. I had such a great experience with her and with the Ventura Trek store in general. The whole staff was friendly, the shop was spacious and well laid out, and they had the exact make and model in stock so I could try it. I was visiting Ventura with my two teenage daughters, and he made all three of us feel instantly welcome and comfortable. He took the time to explain the bikes, gave us awesome local tips, and genuinely made us feel like we were hanging out with a friend who just happens to run the coolest eBike spot in town. My daughters couldn't stop smiling the entire time. The bikes were amazing--smooth, easy to ride, and perfect for exploring downtown and the harbor.
