My kids started playing golf and wanted 4 seater golf cart. My golf cart is street legal and it has been hard to find trade with club car onward 4 seater. I was going to settle with club car villager but Mark suggested it will be better to have onward for our case since we live across street from golf course. What a customer service he provided!! Do you ever go somewhere and wonder if you are going to be taking advantage of? I had no idea if my golf cart was going to cost $100 to fix or $2000 to fix. I thought I had a fairly major problem and I was completely trusting these guys to have integrity. I got a call two days later to come and pick up my cart. What I thought was likely to be very expensive came out to be a charge of around $50. They offloaded my cart and loaded it back into my truck, they gave me great advice and showed me how to do things on it, their attitudes were wonderful. I cannot wait until I break this cart and I get to go in and buy a new one from them! It's nice to know that there are still people out there that do business with integrity. read more

I have to disagree with all the good reviews. Took my electric cart here for repairs after speaking with Mark. He promised to check it out but after not hearing anything for two weeks. I called and went in person to check and nothing had been done. Again promised they would look at the cart within two weeks, after two weeks again nothing. A third inquiry and yet another empty promise. Finally after two months was told they weren't going to check it out because they were afraid they couldn't find parts. That would have been nice to know within the first two weeks instead of two months later. I was told they never looked at it when I picked it up to take to a real mechanic. Yet the battery cables were missing as were the six batteries. Mark said he could rent me six batteries which I disagreed with. They gave me six dead batteries in various sizes to return as cores so I could purchase new ones. So beware what you take here for repairs, it''ll probably be returned to you in a worse state of disrepair and minus parts from your cart. I will never return here and neither will I recommend them. I have taken my cart to a real mechanic who won't steal parts and make empty promises. Someone from Coast Cart responded to my review with many false statements, if thats how they do business, it just reinforces my review of very poor service. I never stored my golf cart at their business, they kept telling me they were working on it when they actually weren't! read more

I recently bought new batteries because of a diagnosis I got from these guys. They installed them and did my brakes. They checked all my little extras and gave my cart a nice wash. AAA dropped it off and they delivered it back free of charge. When I had an issue after the fact they came to see it and took it to their shop. It was fixed and brought it back very timely. This place is awesome! I bought a really nice but used golf cart off a friend to cruise around the beach here in Ventura. Love it! (Definitely recommend you buy a golf cart if your thinking about it and definitely check this place out, they have a large inventory and some really cool carts!) Anyway mine stopped working last week :( I started to panic as I fell in love with it and so I got right down to researching what could be the problem. There is so much more to these carts than I thought. So I turned to yelp for help! Haha, you like that?!? I got a hold of Chad at Coast Carts, thank God! This guy is really nice, very knowledgeable and super helpful!
