Toyota Arena is a solid venue for concerts and live events in the Inland Empire. The venue itself is clean, easy to navigate, and the sound quality is generally very good. Parking and exiting can get a little hectic, but overall it's a good spot to catch a fun live show.

My family and friends visited this venue in order to watch the CIF division II basketball championship game between Bishop Amat High School and Hesperia High School. The venue is a large when you consider that all high school are played in much smaller high school gyms. The employees were all very friendly and helpful, restrooms were clean and provided easy access and the parking lot is huge and all spots were within close proximity to the main doors This visit was especially memorable as our high school basketball team won the game and were crowed CIF Division II Champions

A decent little place for entertainment. We had booked to watch the Empire Strykers indoor soccer league play. It was a fun experience. Parking was $15. Not bad when there was ample parking. Upon going in, it wasn't super crowded anywhere. We decided to get a hot dog combo for $30 - 4 hot dogs, 4 soft drinks, 4 bags of chips. We found our set up top and found ourselves surrounded by no one. Restrooms were empty and clean. There is a restroom on every corner. Security and workers in this place were sweet, friendly, and welcoming. I'd definitely comeback to watch a hockey game or something. It was a fun, well kept place.

IMPECABLE SERVICE! I'm always impressed with the professionalism and commitment of the Toyota arena staff. I went to the "Fuel" concession area and ordered the BEST arena chili fries I've ever had! The gentleman at the counter tweaked my order after I asked if they served shredded cheese instead of nacho cheese on my fries. He wasn't sure at first, but he surprised me and found shredded cheese! He was AMAZING, sooooo friendly too! Parking was smooth, there's construction right now so parking is slightly limited. However, the arena has excellent crowd control. Parking is $15 per vehicle.

Hockey game review: This was my first time at Toyota Arena and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it is. The arena itself is clean, well-kept, and definitely one of the better AHL venues I've been to especially compared to AHL team stadiums I've visited. However, the food options were terrible. I know arena food is pricey, but $38 for one beer and two cherry Cokes (no alcohol besides the beer) felt excessive. On top of that, the popcorn was stale with a really off taste, and the nachos were honestly horrific the cheese tasted like a watered-down Tostitos version. The game itself was fun and the atmosphere was great, but the concessions definitely need improvement. If you plan on visiting, enjoy the arena and the action but maybe grab food before you go.

We saw Morrissey & Social D here and it was the easiest concert going experience we've had. Big Al's is located just north and walking distance to the venue and is open until midnight and it's a great place to get a drink or meal before a show and also after...so do whatever you want with that info. We sat in section 217 row A and it's really dark right there. There's no lighting on the floor or under the seats and I witnessed 3 people either fall or trip when they were coming down the TWO steps to the row. Please use your phone to shine a light on the floor and see how many steps are there. One lady straight up fell with a beer in her hand and spilled beer on me and I was two seats away from the steps. She thought she broke her ankle and she was coming over between sets to visit her friend who was sitting in row B. She sat down for a few minutes and said she was ok to walk. I think because it's a smaller venue, the traffic getting out of here and even into here is not nearly as bad as seeing a concert in Los Angeles. If you're local to the area it's even better. The venue is located off the 10 freeway so it's one or two street lights and you're on the freeway in no time. There are so many restaurants, fast food places, gas stations, hotels and stores that are walking distance from the venue. It's also 5 minutes from Ontario airport. I would come back to see a show here again, it's almost too easy since I'm familiar with the area.

I recently visited the Toyota Area for an event and it's much further eastbound than I thought. Traffic for weekend was unexpected bumper-to-bumper heading to inland. While the venue have vast parking and lots of food stall surrounding the stadium -- selling overpriced beers at $19 a can and other appetizers. The arena itself is fine overall, there are definitely some areas that could be improved. The space is clean, and the staff is friendly, which is always a plus. The steep staircases going to level-2 is narrow and could be dangerously hard when the crowd all wants to leave and some patrons had one too many drinks. The main complaint are the seats were a major drawback. They're quite small and uncomfortable, making it tough to enjoy the event for long periods. I found myself shifting around a lot, trying to get comfortable, which definitely deducts from the experience. The venue is great in terms of location and the events they hosted, but the seating really needs an upgrade. If you're attending a longer event, be prepared for some discomfort and if your neighbors like to swing his/her arms be knowing it's not intentional to rub elbows (good grief!)

Home of the Ontario Reign - a hockey team affiliated with the LA Kings. I'm not sure if this arena is used for anything else, but I came here to specifically watch a hockey game. The tickets were actually a gift and they were really great. They were pretty much one row behind the actual glass. Definitely a fun time to watch a game here. The crowds aren't as big and the space isn't as big as a Staples or something like that, but still a great time. I noticed that during the breaks people would actually walk laps around the arena for exercise in the common areas. Parking was pretty plentiful and easy to find close to the arena. We are pretty much able to park right away and have a short walk. As with all supporting events, leaving, got a little crowded so me and my buddy just went to a bar next-door or across the way to grab a drink to wait the traffic out.

Toyota arena is a nice cute venue with outside patios to hang before your event. What I have experienced there is a lot of sound issues. This weekend was my second time going through that. First time was with Jhene and second time was welcome to the west. For Jhene the side speakers did not work so we couldn't hear anything it sounded like I was listening to them outside. For welcome to the west floor seating the speakers had no bass at one point and there was a loud humming sound that was irritating. I love this venue but please fix the sound.

Awesome seats for a hockey game. Right in the action of it all with flying pucks hitting the glass. The high paced game was intense and invigorating. Took a stroll around the arena to see what eateries were available. Game food, snacks, beer & coffee. Rugged coffee co serves up some great options. Stairs lead down to the floor seats. Suites don't have private entrances or restrooms, it's all on the same level as the food vendors and main seating areas. There is a vip lounge and outdoor courtyard. Parking fees are not included with your ticket. Pre pay for parking prior to arrival or at the gate. Friendly and helpful service by all the staff.

We come here for hockey!! Go Reign go. This place was chill but now things don't work the same as they use to. They got rid of their fountain drinks and sometimes the Jumbotron doesn't show the penalty minutes during the hockey game. They use to have better deals too but now it's like they don't care about the fans anymore. Some of the bartenders and seat attendants are really awesome though. They make this place fun.

Came for a reign hockey game and had a lot of fun, staff was friendly. Had beer sales on Friday and a small place to check out gear and memorabilia.

If the parking lot is full where is the best place to park?

    Big Al's

Do disabled placard owners have to pay for parking?

Yes everyone pays for parking but you get closer parking

How is UBER? Is it worth it?

It is not very busy to Uber to or from the Toyota Arena. The pick up and drop off is located on the Northeast curb off of the property. I used to do Uber, easy in and out.

Is VIP parking worth the price for a concert?

I would honestly say it depends on who you go to see. I went to a Christian concert on 2/18/22, arrived 30min after gates opening, 30min before show started, and there was no problem finding parking. I had prepaid but you can also pay at entry with… Read more

How far in advance do you have to get there to get tested for covid?

At least an hour, the line often runs all the way down the front steps. Then, you have to wait for the results. Better have at least $45 per test per person too.

Do they require the negative Covid results on paper or on our phones? Or either one is fine?

Proof of vaccination or negative test required but they did not seem to actually check every one.

Do kids 2 years of age really need to get COVID tested. Our event is today and we just got an email last night stating that they will need to show proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID test?

It's absurd but they require it for entry.

    Can I bring a stroller?

    Strollers are not permitted.

The parking lot is free? You need to reserve the parking?

Depending on the event. We had to pay 20.00 for the TSO concert

Is Parking Cash Only Or Do They Accept Credit Cards?

They accept credit cards for parking at Toyota Arena for the Ontario Reign games!

    Parking at Ontario mills?

No there is Parking At arena and across street on Ontario Center Lot F as well . They have 2 Very Large Lots

    Is it hot inside?

It's nice and fresh! On hockey games, you should take a sweater.

Are they super strict with bag/purse size?

No their not, just have it ready to have it searched. Oh and no food can be brought in.

How early should I arrive before doors open?

30 minutes. You don't want to stand in line too long.

Has anyone sat in section 112 row c for a concert it looks centered but far?

You get a better view of the stage but you are far.

    Is there a bar inside?

During events there's plenty of kiosks all around, no waiting in lines 👌

What good concessions are there? Food

Avoid the hot dog stands especially the Hot Diggity Dog vendor. They just aren't really worth the price. There's a barbecue stand that is really good that has pulled pork and garlic fries. The garlic fries are actually better than the ones at the… Read more

However, the culture of the staff is absolutely different in a bad way. Typically, giveaways with the 66ers in San Bernardino were plentiful and joyous. Not here! I arrived for a Rancho Jersey giveaway and the staff stopped passing out jerseys after a few minutes after the gates opened. There were loads of fans who didn't receive a giveaway item. Meanwhile, staff stored boxes of jerseys away, I saw a dude take some to the back! What?! I absolutely hate when staff store things for themselves. It felt more like a slap in the face when they started distributing tons of rally towels instead of the jerseys. This was planned, this team's front office are cheap penny-pinchers. I arrived early before the game, I know how these events work. This was one of the worst sporting experiences I've encountered. Staff were standoffish and condescending when we asked them what their deal was? I was polite and professional, I don't like these Rancho Karens one bit. At this point, this is a betrayal to the Angels brand. I never have this happen at a major league game. Yes, I know resources vary but this is rude customer service. Only Tremor and Aftershock were chill, this team needs to cool it. I won't be coming here till people fix this mess. PS: Hey Quakes, you had all this time to revamp your merch and we're still selling Dodger blue memorabilia? What the what?! Lame.

At one point, he joined in with a group of kids who were taking their shirts off and cheering from another section. He couldn't figure out how to get up there, so he joined in from his own seat. A staff member immediately told him to put his shirt back on because the kids in the other section were supposedly "protesting something." My nephew wasn't protesting anything. He wasn't causing a disturbance, using inappropriate language, bothering other fans, or doing anything other than acting like an excited 9-year-old at a baseball game. What really bothered me was the explanation I received afterward. When I questioned why my nephew was singled out while the larger group continued doing the exact same thing, I was told it would be "bad PR" to stop them. So let me get this straight: it would be bad PR to address a larger group, but it's okay to single out a 9-year-old child who was simply having fun? If there was a rule being violated, then it should have been enforced consistently. If there wasn't, then my nephew should have been left alone to enjoy the game like everyone else. Instead, a child was embarrassed in front of the people around him because he was the easiest person to confront. He's 9 years old. He's from Nebraska. He loves baseball. He was excited to be there and wanted to be part of the energy in the stadium. That's it. Angel Stadium should be a place where kids can make memories, not where they're singled out for doing the same thing everyone else is doing.
