I visited this arena for a freestyle concert and had a great overall experience. The arena is located in a convenient area and was very easy to find. Getting into the parking lot was simple, and I prepaid for general parking, which cost $45. I made a point to park near the exit, and it definitely paid off because leaving after the concert was quick and hassle-free. Security was efficient and well organized. Bag checks were conducted quickly, and the lines moved smoothly. Once inside, the arena was easy to navigate with clear section signage throughout the venue. There were plenty of restrooms and food and beverage vendors conveniently located around the building. The arena feels modern, well-maintained, and relatively new. I was seated in Section 112, and the view was excellent. The interior layout is well designed, and it seems like there really isn't a bad seat in the house when it comes to viewing the stage. The stairways are wide and not overly steep, making it comfortable to move around before, during, and after the event. Overall, this is a great venue for concerts. Easy access, efficient operations, comfortable seating, and good sightlines made for an enjoyable experience. I would definitely return for another event. read more

Ok I think the Toyota Arena is my fav. I came here many of times but never done a review!!! The parking is easy and if you got vip parking lot it's really accessible. I had a great time at the R&B tour and I had really good seats!! Parking is good and they have decent food!! I like the seating here as well and the workers are pleasant!! My family and friends visited this venue in order to watch the CIF division II basketball championship game between Bishop Amat High School and Hesperia High School. The venue is a large when you consider that all high school are played in much smaller high school gyms. Toyota Arena is a solid venue for concerts and live events in the Inland Empire. The venue itself is clean, easy to navigate, and the sound quality is generally very good. Parking and exiting can get a little hectic, but overall it's a good spot to catch a fun live show. read more

A decent little place for entertainment. We had booked to watch the Empire Strykers indoor soccer league play. It was a fun experience. Parking was $15. Not bad when there was ample parking. Upon going in, it wasn't super crowded anywhere. We decided to get a hot dog combo for $30 - 4 hot dogs, 4 soft drinks, 4 bags of chips. We found our set up top and found ourselves surrounded by no one. Restrooms were empty and clean. There is a restroom on every corner. Security and workers in this place were sweet, friendly, and welcoming. I'd definitely comeback to watch a hockey game or something. It was a fun, well kept place. read more

First time at this location. I came from the OC so it's a little further then what I would usually drive but it was easy to get here. The downside is charging $45 for parking esp a Christian concert is just ridiculous! Especially since we can't park anywhere else. The venue inside was nice and doesn't look too large by any means. I think any seat here would be decent. Lines weren't too bad but we were about 30min early. Overall, I would go back again if there was something I really wanted to see. read more

IMPECABLE SERVICE! I'm always impressed with the professionalism and commitment of the Toyota arena staff. I went to the "Fuel" concession area and ordered the BEST arena chili fries I've ever had! The gentleman at the counter tweaked my order after I asked if they served shredded cheese instead of nacho cheese on my fries. He wasn't sure at first, but he surprised me and found shredded cheese! He was AMAZING, sooooo friendly too! Parking was smooth, there's construction right now so parking is slightly limited. However, the arena has excellent crowd control. Hockey game review: This was my first time at Toyota Arena and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it is. The arena itself is clean, well-kept, and definitely one of the better AHL venues I've been to especially compared to AHL team stadiums I've visited. However, the food options were terrible. I know arena food is pricey, but $38 for one beer and two cherry Cokes (no alcohol besides the beer) felt excessive. On top of that, the popcorn was stale with a really off taste, and the nachos were honestly horrific the cheese tasted like a watered-down Tostitos version. The game itself was fun and the atmosphere was great, but the concessions definitely need improvement. If you plan on visiting, enjoy the arena and the action but maybe grab food before you go. read more

This was my first time coming to the Toyota Arena for an Empire Strykers game. It was not my first time to the arena, but my first time needing ADA services. So, part of the review reflects that experience. Access to handicap parking was easy-peasy, with attendants directing us where to go. A few yards from parking is the elevator entrance. It's not marked as such, but as Administrative Offices. My husband had used this access before and knew where to go. Our bags were quickly and efficiently checked and we were directed to the elevator. There was an elevator operator inside the carriage. We asked a passing arena worker about swapping our tickets for ADA seating and this helpful person directed us to the box office. At the box office, the person swapped easily and quickly - same section - and directed us where to go. Upon getting to our seats, Manuel greeted us warmly and offered his assistance. Our seats were on the entry level, so no need to navigate stairs. Two folding, padded chairs were set off to the side, protected on all sides from bumps as spectators entered/exited. An electrical outlet was in the alcove, presumably for those needing to power medical devices. We were both impressed by the cleanliness of the arena. The floor, walkways, even tops of trash cans were sparkly clean. We also appreciated the air flow as it felt fresh and comfortable the entire time. The sound system and lighting effects generated enthusiasm, energy, and added to spectators' team spirit. The activities for kids were engaging and we could see how families enjoyed this. Not a single detractor here - every aspect of our experience was great! No doubt we'll be back to enjoy Toyota Arena again. read more

We saw Morrissey & Social D here and it was the easiest concert going experience we've had. Big Al's is located just north and walking distance to the venue and is open until midnight and it's a great place to get a drink or meal before a show and also after...so do whatever you want with that info. We sat in section 217 row A and it's really dark right there. There's no lighting on the floor or under the seats and I witnessed 3 people either fall or trip when they were coming down the TWO steps to the row. Please use your phone to shine a light on the floor and see how many steps are there. One lady straight up fell with a beer in her hand and spilled beer on me and I was two seats away from the steps. She thought she broke her ankle and she was coming over between sets to visit her friend who was sitting in row B. She sat down for a few minutes and said she was ok to walk. I think because it's a smaller venue, the traffic getting out of here and even into here is not nearly as bad as seeing a concert in Los Angeles. If you're local to the area it's even better. The venue is located off the 10 freeway so it's one or two street lights and you're on the freeway in no time. There are so many restaurants, fast food places, gas stations, hotels and stores that are walking distance from the venue. It's also 5 minutes from Ontario airport. I would come back to see a show here again, it's almost too easy since I'm familiar with the area. read more

I recently visited the Toyota Area for an event and it's much further eastbound than I thought. Traffic for weekend was unexpected bumper-to-bumper heading to inland. While the venue have vast parking and lots of food stall surrounding the stadium -- selling overpriced beers at $19 a can and other appetizers. The arena itself is fine overall, there are definitely some areas that could be improved. The space is clean, and the staff is friendly, which is always a plus. The steep staircases going to level-2 is narrow and could be dangerously hard when the crowd all wants to leave and some patrons had one too many drinks. The main complaint are the seats were a major drawback. They're quite small and uncomfortable, making it tough to enjoy the event for long periods. I found myself shifting around a lot, trying to get comfortable, which definitely deducts from the experience. The venue is great in terms of location and the events they hosted, but the seating really needs an upgrade. If you're attending a longer event, be prepared for some discomfort and if your neighbors like to swing his/her arms be knowing it's not intentional to rub elbows (good grief!) read more

Home of the Ontario Reign - a hockey team affiliated with the LA Kings. I'm not sure if this arena is used for anything else, but I came here to specifically watch a hockey game. The tickets were actually a gift and they were really great. They were pretty much one row behind the actual glass. Definitely a fun time to watch a game here. The crowds aren't as big and the space isn't as big as a Staples or something like that, but still a great time. I noticed that during the breaks people would actually walk laps around the arena for exercise in the common areas. Parking was pretty plentiful and easy to find close to the arena. We are pretty much able to park right away and have a short walk. As with all supporting events, leaving, got a little crowded so me and my buddy just went to a bar next-door or across the way to grab a drink to wait the traffic out. read more

Toyota arena is a nice cute venue with outside patios to hang before your event. What I have experienced there is a lot of sound issues. This weekend was my second time going through that. First time was with Jhene and second time was welcome to the west. For Jhene the side speakers did not work so we couldn't hear anything it sounded like I was listening to them outside. For welcome to the west floor seating the speakers had no bass at one point and there was a loud humming sound that was irritating. I love this venue but please fix the sound. read more

They got rid of their fountain drinks and sometimes the Jumbotron doesn't show the penalty minutes during the hockey game. Took a stroll around the arena to see what eateries were available. Game food, snacks, beer & coffee. Rugged coffee co serves up some great options. Stairs lead down to the floor seats. Suites don't have private entrances or restrooms, it's all on the same level as the food vendors and main seating areas. There is a vip lounge and outdoor courtyard. Parking fees are not included with your ticket. Pre pay for parking prior to arrival or at the gate. Friendly and helpful service by all the staff. read more

This arena is one of the worst venues I've ever been to and it was so bad it prompted me to write a review. The actual inside of the arena is dimly lit and the stairs are not lit up so you're risking rolling an ankle at a concert and you have to use your cell phone light to make your way down the path. The chairs on the floor level are just cheap fold up chairs and th row markings were written in chalk. All in all, this place felt extremely cheap. I would never want to attend another event here again. I emailed the arena through their website and never heard anything back so customer service does not seem to be their top priority. read more

We visited this arena on 1/19/25 because our girls were doing a dance performance with Diana's Dance Company. The girls were performing during the hockey halftime. This arena was nice and appeared new. The parking was $15 for the event we were attending (hockey game). Entrance was easy and finding our seats was pretty quick as well. Our seats had a great view, bathrooms were close and clean. Food was available nearby. Temperature was good even for watching a hockey game, not cold at all. Everything was great! read more

The arena is nice but again, pricey. Food and drink prices were definitely a gouge if you ask me. $19 +tax for a 20 oz Coors Light! Wow! I was there last weekend to see Disney on ice. I got there a little early and the parking was a breeze, I found parking so close to the entrance. Getting into the venue was nice and smooth. The restroom had a lot of stalls which was nice and they were nice and clean. My seats were in Section 215 row B seats 5-7, the view was great but the seats are so small, there's literally no space it feels so crowded, to get to our seats the people had to get out of the isle so that we can get through. read more

While in town visited this area to see Jon B, Christopher Williams, Rome, etc. perform live. Everyone had a great time! This was my first time at this specific arena for any sort of sporting event / live concert and I arrived hours early, as I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of crowds, security, lines, professionalism, etc. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised - everything went smoothly and we got in early enough to calmly located our seats and chill a bit before the concert. As far as the show itself, we had a grand time. Everyone put on a great show and each artist that performed has a nice catalog of music, so we enjoyed ourselves, listening to all the R&b hits from the 90s! read more

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of response regarding an incident involving a staff member and my five-year-old son during the LA Kings game on April 19th. While we were in the elevator, my son politely asked if he could press the button, and the staff member responded by slapping his hand. This behavior was completely inappropriate and unacceptable, especially toward a child. I have made multiple attempts to contact Toyota Arena regarding this matter and was informed that someone would be reaching out to me promptly. However, I have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication and follow-up regarding such a serious incident is very concerning. read more

This is a great alternative to catch an event if you don't want to go out to LA. Parking is easy. $35 general parking on day of event. I would suggest pre pay for parking for a lower price. I came to check out the 2025 edition of the Freestyle Festival. The view from any seat I believe is good here we sat in section 204 at the tip top. Not bad. The bad part was the sound. Just seemed muffled. You can tell there was in issue with some of the artist looking over at the sound board pointing at the mic. Lines were long for the concessions and the women's restroom. So bad the ladies were running intro he Men's restroom. I guess depending on the event this may not happen. Everyone was having a great time no matter the situation. Toyota Arena is a great venue I just hope next time the sound will be better. read more

Went for seats as opposed to standing room because we're not trying to mosh around with our old rickety bodies. #ineedacupholderformydrink THE FOOD. None for us, but noticed there were food concessions and even saw hot dog vendors hanging out in the parking lot after the show. THE DRUNK DRINKS. - The Dirty Glass | Jameson & gingerale with lime. Essentially, a no frills, straight up, 7 & 7 drink. THE VIBE. It's an arena, so seats are closely placed and somewhat (un)comfortable. I think the sound system could've been better though. Regardless, we had a really great time listening to music we grew up with. THE PARKING. Parking was $35. We pre-paid during the time we bought tickets online. Came here to the Toyota Arena for the first time to see Disney on Ice with my fam! The parking lot was huge and the exterior and interior of the place was new! The venue is a good size but smaller compared to the Honda Center of Anaheim. Men and women restrooms are located in the far right and left sides of the arena, I thought they should have made more restrooms! Also, parking was $35 which I find it steep. As of today, 10/31, I received a call from Management (after I called again yesterday) to be told this employee was not fired nor even reprimanded in fact the gentleman who contacted me stated he did nothing wrong and made me feel so sickened to think not only do they not care about the safety of their guests they also do not care about the aggressive behavior he handled me with, a woman. Ladies, please stay away from this venue. It is not safe and should something like this happen they WILL protect these aggressive men. I felt belittled on the telephone call today and made me feel like i wasn't being truthful. The man was so cold. Imagine it was his wife, daughter or mother?? I'm heartbroken and incredibly angry at the same time. We cannot allow this type of behavior to be accepted. I will follow through with my attorney. So sad it has come to this. I remind you, I went to get help twice!!! Twice and the security allowed another concert goer to assault me in front of them all while I was asking for help and claim they have no video proof but all other time / footage was captured.
