This is a mixed bag.... My first music concert at Intuit Dome after been here for 33 Clippers home games. The sound system and wireless mic had issues when it was Lionel Richie's performance. They fixed it after a period of using wired mic. The Earth Wind and Fire concert was fine...very high.... I only watched about half of Lionel Richie's performance. Because I was tired, and wanted to beat the tariff rush. I also went to look for Dan, the usher supervisor and Tiffany, one of the ushers. Did not find anyone. Went home. Got a T shirt for $5. Tip: the shirt has date on it. It is unsoldable after the day of the concert. They can still make money at $5, simply not much, but that is better than nothing. Now the parking...the cheapest parking is at Hollywood Park Casino at about $35. All the other parking is about $50.00 and up. I pay $62 for a parking space on Century Blvd. To my surprise it was a strip mall parking lot. A company rented one of the unit and then started to charge for parking for events at Intuit Dome. They do not own the property. There was not even an attendant. I guess they did not sold enough passes to justify hiring an attendant. At the site there is a QR code, which charges $50.00 for six hours of parking. The only worry is if they tow our car, so it is better to pay the $50.00. Towing and getting the car back can cost $300.00 and up. I had my rental car towed in Boston. It ended costing me $300.00. It SUCKS. Conclusion: everything was ok except the parking which costed me a lot of stress. Other than that the concert was enjoyable. The night average out to be a three stars experience. Ray out. read more

The Intuit Dome is generally a bad time. The "cheap seats" are so far from the court that we ended up staring at the screens. If I had known that, I would've opted to stay home. I paid for overpriced chicken tenders, fries, and a drink, and we were forced to use their pay-by-camera system. The system incorrectly charged me for two extra boxes of chicken tenders. I didn't realize it until I checked the app and noticed I had been overcharged. I spent 30 minutes at customer service, only to be told they would review the camera footage. I didn't receive a refund until two weeks later. I don't recommend this place. You're better off watching comfortably from home and ordering takeout. Happy watching. read more

I had a very upsetting experience at the Neyo and Akon concert that took place on August 21st. What was supposed to be a fun night at the concert turned into an absolute disaster. I was assaulted by another individual, and another person was hurt as well. What made the situation even worse was how poorly security handled the incident. Instead of taking immediate action and making sure everyone involved was safe, security failed to properly address the situation. We should have been able to enjoy the concert without having to worry about our safety. The entire night was ruined because of this incident and the lack of an appropriate response from security. I left feeling disappointed, unsafe, and extremely frustrated. Security needs to take responsibility for how this situation was handled and do better to protect concertgoers. read more

Place was decently clean, fairly orderly and ok destination. First time here for us but seems to be ok, so yeah. Parking nearby or other options like the Hollywood Park Casino or anywhere else nearby, use app parking like Park Hero for this. read more

First time being at the Intuit Dome for a concert. I've been to all the other surrounding stadiums/concert venues and can say that in comparison we overall had a great experience here as it was a much smoother flow. The parking structure was literally across the street and even connected to the dome with a bridge, making entering and leaving such a breeze. We had club seating which was nice because the bar, food, and restroom areas were all connected and near each other right before you enter the actual seating area for the concert. They also have this big screen outdoors where the basketball court is, which makes for nice pictures. read more

Intuit Dome in Inglewood, CA was quite the experience. Thought it was nicely designed outside and in. They have a designated Ride-share spot in one of their parking lots BUT you then have to walk a few blocks from there to the venue. As a crowd, we left from the Ride-share drop off/pickup and when we got to the venue it was packed. Not a lot of direction on where to go once you get past security. Folks were kinda wandering around aimlessly (asking one another) due to not knowing where to go. Once past security, there was live music outside before getting into the actual dome with HUGE merch lines and no guidance all in the same area. Extremely overstimulating! Folks had to ask each other are you in line? or are you enjoying the band on stage!? I was there for the Forrest Frank Concert, AND btw it was LIT! Now... back to the lack of crowd control... thankfully it wasn't rowdy cause with thousands of people like that people could've for sure got hurt not to mention children running around with no parental supervision. I liked the fact that if you did your game day ID in the app you could bypass the HUGE line into the dome it self. (So download the app - make an account - do the game Face ID before going - trust it will save you time and a headache) Escalators up to the second level which was super airy due to the dome being open at the top - loved that! Restrooms were very clean and sleek. I thought there would be ushers or some staff to help with seats... I saw no one guiding folks to seats or helping to find seats. Seats were not easy to locate in my opinion but once I did sit... man were they super comfortable! Food prices looked high but that's to be expected. So I didn't partake. I don't know if I'd be returning. I enjoyed my time there but I would suggest staffing be utilized better so it didn't feel so much like folks were totally on their own. I saw more staff standing around doing nothing than actually being utilized throughout the venue to lead, guide and direct crowds. Attended the EWF/Lionel Richie concert and had a blast. The concert was amazing. The sound was great. The production quality was great and best of all were our seats. We purchased tix in a suite and although we were high up, we still had a great view of the stage and no one standing in front of us. Also when we purchased our food, we were able to sit together at the table in the suite and enjoy our food while listening to the concert. The restroom was right outside our door and it was very clean. Purchasing in the suite is the only way I will attend concerts at intuit from now on. read more

Most people don't choose a theater or stadium because the place is good or bad, they go to a theater or stadium for the show/game. So this purpose of this review is provide some tips based on mine and my friends' experiences with the Intuit Dome. 1. TECHNOLOGY -- I applaud them for being at the forefront of technology but that also means we are all part of the beta test! Everything is tied to the app so you need to do a few things (not difficult but takes some work) to prepare and get ready. This includes down load the app, set up your profile (including selfies) and payment method. If you do that and the technology works well, it's great, you walk in easily without having to show your tickets. But OBVIOUSLY technology doesn't always work well; I saw many people having to use the line for visitors with problems ... and that can be frustrating. My friend was charged $15 for a pretzel that she never bought (could it be someone who looked like her?!) and she had to call later to have it taken off her credit card. 2. PROCESS -- way-finding can be a challenge as signage can be confusing if you don't know the place well (yes, often things are designed by people who know those things well). Be prepared to ask... 3. FOOD -- food and drinks are unreasonably expensive. If you buy floor (or more expensive) tickets you get to use the lounge where food is free (alas we did not know!) so find out your food options before you go. 4. PARKING -- parking at the stadium range from $50-150+ per vehicle. If you drive around the area, you may find private lots or people who open up their front yards for parking - these options are often cheaper. We found one for $30. A nice, brand new, and technology-infused venue with some minor issues. Hope they improve over time! read more

Always have the best time at Intuit Dome! I love the facial recognition entry system--it makes getting into the arena so quick and easy. The contactless payment at the gift shop is another great touch that makes the whole experience seamless. What really sets Intuit Dome apart is all the events they host. We've enjoyed everything from the 3-vs-3 kids' tournaments to NBA crossover evsbts and will soon be going to the draft viewing party. Some of our best memories have been made here, whether attending games or celebrating special events like the premiere of GOAT. The venue is always clean, spacious, and well-maintained. There's even an outdoor area where kids can play basketball before or after events. Every visit has been a great experience, and we always look forward to coming back. read more

Face ID and a identity pass tech is just plain STUPID. STUPID. We got in line after setting it up and it just goes back the line, we had to get on a new line to re-do it the Face ID. We were here for the Netflix Laugh show and was on the floor section. Getting to our seats was the fine, the lounge/dinning area wasn't handled well with separate long lines for the food and the drinks. Visited with my husband to watch a Clippers basketball game and we had an amazing experience. This is a unique, high tech arena and entertainment venue that offers great views and a very advanced arena-wide audio system. Our seats were pretty nice and comfortable with ample legroom and even some cool, immersive features. I was very impressed with the massive LED halo display. Because of the advanced technology implemented here, basically everything is tied to their LA Clippers + Intuit Dome app. Entry into the arena, purchasing food and merchandise, navigation, booking parking spots, and making payments are all done through the app. This makes the whole experience seamless, but I can see this being a nuisance for those who are not tech-savvy people. read more

The * * * * four stars is a Good Experience and what keeps it from being Great and * * * * * five stars in part is how it earned * * * * four... Having everything tied to APPS seems to be, becoming slaves to technology. If there's ever glitches, hacks or outages, there can be problems and sometimes printed tickets are simple, basic and best, for at least back-up purposes at minimum. I'm not totally convinced that the automated systems and style to enter by registering facial recognition identification isn't too intrusive and potentially flawed. It's a little too "big brother" with the potential of corrupt use of data or identify theft of some sort in the horizon. It's nice to go into a venue with a certain level of anonymity. Safety with metal detectors is one thing, and great, but the whole notion of making payments and being monitored might be a little too over the top. I think for ticket distribution, especially for high demand events such as concerts, the system might be good to minimize resellers hoarding tickets and scalping, where purchases and transfers can be policed. So, that's a potential positive. It's a nice venue overall for seat comfort and how it's laid out where there seems to be not a bad seat in the arena. Parking seems fairly easy with an opportunity for free street parking if you know the residential area and read the rules while willing to walk. It's not in the best neighborhoods, but isn't too congested and has easier access than anything in or towards Downtown Los Angeles like Crypto, LACC, Dodgers Stadium, USC, etc. The Clippers (a game I attended), the team and organization puts on a great show beyond the game itself, 'tho I did notice a huge absence of true "Cheerleading" on the sidelines by the Cheerleaders and/or Dance Squads being a part of the game. read more

Why 5 stars? Because this was NBA arena #14 for me and is my easy favorite. --- --- --- As of this writing, I don't know if I will ever get around to seeing all 30 venues for the other sports, especially because most NBA arenas are essentially a copy/paste of each other. Prior to visiting Intuit Dome, I don't know if I could even tell you that I had a favorite, as there is very little variance between the others I've been to. But now, it's Intuit Dome #1 and a giant gap to whatever #2 is. (I guess San Antonio?) But even in a world where I do visit all 30, I cannot see any of the others surpassing it. Let's get into it. I found a parking spot for $25 on SpotHero that was only a few blocks south of the arena. Coming from the south, it absolutely did not feel like I was about to come upon an NBA arena, as it just kind of felt like an older, somewhat rundown vibe with some auto shops. And then, all of the sudden, there is a giant spaceship where they play basketball. I always like to walk around the entire exterior of a new venue, before doing the same once inside. Note to anyone else interested in doing this: there are basically two main entrances. If you try to keep walking around the building, you eventually just find yourself walking through a neighborhood and it takes a bit to get back to the venue. Hopefully I saved you a trip. Ok, time to get the annoying thing out of the way. I bought my tickets 2-3 weeks before the game, and received approximately 632 emails reminding me to finish setting up my Intuit Dome account, which would be the only way I'd get access to the arena. Every time I tried doing so, I would get either an error message or a note about not being able to complete the task from my location. After like 7-8 failed attempts, I just started ignoring the emails. When I arrived in LA, I tried again, and it worked perfectly. Why you can't do this from another area is bizarre. But once that was done, I will say that the entry is pretty sweet. You literally walk in without even having to show your phone to anyone because they have Face ID technology. It definitely felt like something that will eventually be everywhere, but is way ahead of its time now. And once you're in the door, the first impression is amazing. The main entry area is absurdly tall (several stories) and has the biggest escalator you've ever seen that takes you to the upper level. But before I headed up there, I walked around the lower concourse. And let me tell you, they addressed something that's normally my biggest pet peeve: the concourse is WIDE. Granted, I was here an hour before tip off, but it felt wide enough to not cause a million bottlenecks like you usually experience at these venues. The coolest feature about the concourse are the local high school basketball jerseys that line the walls. Everything else has a nice modern look, but is fairly repetitive. There are plenty of "Pick & Roll" shops that cut down on concession wait times by being quick, self-serve areas. Once I moved to the upstairs concourse, I couldn't resist doing the shooting game, which is free. They have several hoops connected to machines that pass you the ball as soon as your previous shot is done. The only downside is that you have to put a ton of arc on your shot to get it over the netting, and I'm embarrassed to say I only made one shot in 45 seconds. I didn't need to admit that here, but I'm a truth teller. Also, it's really cool that this corner of the upper concourse is open air. When you're in LA and don't have to worry about rain or cold, I guess the rules are just different. Saving the best for last: the halo board. I used to create videos and animations for sports venues, so I was really nerding out hard here. Seeing this reminded me of when I first visited Cowboys Stadium when their massive center hung was new and so much bigger than any other video board. It is SHOCKING how massive this halo board is. Sitting in the upper bowl, you find yourself watching it, rather than looking down at the action on the court. It has so much real estate that they can simultaneously put up the live action video, box scores, a recent play log, sponsor graphics, and 3D player animations after big plays. On replay reviews, they show 4 angles at the same time. It's crazy. But my absolute favorite thing was the intro/open video. When I worked in the industry, this was my favorite thing to make, but also took an extraordinary amount of time/effort. If you don't know what I'm talking about, it's when the lights go out and they play a video right before the starting lineups. This was so much better than any other open I've ever seen that I want to go to another game here just for this. It was like something at The Sphere in Vegas, more than a video at an NBA game. The Intuit Dome is very innovative and futuristic as other reviews say! In order to attend any events, you must download their application and use their identity pass (ID confirmation) or their facial recognition in order to enter or pay for anything. Before purchasing tickets, the fine print/consent authorization says that you're agreeing to it, so I'm not sure why there are complaints if you're reading before buying. We had attended a LANY concert and saw the parking price was crazy. We need up buying at a nearby parking structure for more than less of the price, and walked to the venue. We only walked for about 6 minutes to get to our location. The venue is huge on the exterior. The interior is also big. We had terrace seat so we were seated at the top, overseeing the crowd. The music really resonates with the whole amphitheater. As stated, you use facial recognition to pay for items. It's confirmed with you before you walk out their little gates for concessions. It's not too bad, but it goes get wonky because the camera doesn't recognize your face right away. The staff here really enjoy themselves. They're all very friendly and smiley. They greeted all of us, and there was a lot of us. All in all, not a bad venue. Loved how new and clean it is, still. read more

First time attending the newly built arena in Inglewood and I'm MEGA impressed. My wife and I attended the Clipper vs Magic NBA game on a busy Sunday and it's just super seamless to enter the arena. Using the Intuit Dome app, everything is essentially paperless and even phoneless at times. From a simple scan of the phone and you're in essentially. No need to fuss to find tickets or have delays due to no signal, etc. This is a feature throughout the arena, including concession stands, food, drinks, and shops. Very impressed overall. Parking here is just like any other stadium/arena. You can pay for inside arena parking or offsite parking lots. I highly recommend looking at offsite parking structures as prices can be super expensive. A small walk to the arena can be the difference between $50-70 parking in the arena compared to offsite parking between $15-40. It varies of course depending on what type of event and the popularity of the event. This visit, we parked at the PS2 Garage ($23), a 5-10 minute walk which isn't bad at all. Signs of a high quality arena are certainly the view and the seats. Each seat in the arena has interactive features, and it was a nice addition to the NBA game as there were plenty of games to play with the host. Seats are cushioned nicely and the view of each seat is pretty standard. It's also quite roomy so you're not completely close to the person next to you. One of the selling points of the arena is the 360 degree screen. Quality is great, and it's bigger than the usual jumbotron. Because of this addition, this makes every seat in the arena very solid overall. Overall, the Intuit Dome is by far one of the most amazing arenas out there. Every other arena worldwide should look at the Intuit Dome for inspiration because the standard is HIGH. Looking forward to coming back here for various events. read more

This review is mostly about the food because i thought i could get a tour here today at the clippers draft party, according to their newsletter that they sent out to people who expressed interest in their season tickets previously, which just so happened to be false advertising. I got a hot dog here, which was $9. The quality of the hot dog was pretty good and tasty for stadium food and was reasonably priced for stadium food as well. The nachos were pretty reasonably priced too for $9.50. They even came with jalapenos and two cups of nacho cheese. You could debate that the nacho cheese could've came in one bigger container, but that's just like comparing tomatoes to tomatoes. All the packaging for the nachos was biodegradable so that's neat. The outside of this place is cool I suppose. I have no clue what it looks like inside, because when I went to enter, the guy told me I had to talk to a sales rep, so I did. The lady was like you have to buy season tickets to do a tour. I was like you want me to buy the season tickets today to do a tour? What if I don't like the stadium? She said yes. Then she told me I could look at what the stadium looks like online. Yeah I looked at it online but you know what doesn't look the same online and in person? A stadium... just like how Sofi Stadium doesn't look the same on the internet as it does in person... Like who in the world would ever want to be on the fourth or fifth story of that stadium as you can barely even see things on the third floor? So I said whatever and walked away. What a waste of time visiting. Why would I buy season tickets somewhere if I can't even get a tour to see what the stupid place looks like? When I wanted to buy chargers season tickets before the stadium was built, they walked me through the entire diagram. When I went on a tour at the staples center, they showed me the suites, the locker rooms and everything else. Here??? They don't even bother to show you what the stadium looks like! Anyway, back to the point. Get the hot dog it's pretty good. Or the nachos as they come in different colors. Oh at least I got a cool card of myself. That was really neat. The Intuit Dome is located south of the other major sports venues, like the SoFi Stadium and the Kia Forum, and it is the home venue of Clippers. The venue itself is new and equipped with modern technology, although navigation is not always clear. The venue requires all purchases of tickets, food, beverage, and merchandise to be made cashless and card less, which means you have to use phone wallet card or set up mobile payment through the Intuit Dome App. Honestly, the tapping system through the gate and getting into each vendor session is quite inconvenient, and it takes long time to process. Parking onsite is insanely expensive for events, expect $70 or more, get a ride share or nearby stand-alone parkings. The food was mediocre but reasonably priced for the venue. I've tried their birria stack quesadilla, and chicken tenders with waffle fries, fairly speaking decent quality for stadium meals, expect about $40 for two orders. read more

Definitely an experience. They are getting better with their app but it's still has A LOT of glitches. But don't fear, they have an entire team of workers onsite to help you with any problems and they get it done. Good energy, great employees with happy attitudes and are very welcoming. Ladies, take a very small purse or a see-thru plastic bag. You can even bring in your own water bottles, preferably not opened. Bring a credit card if you want to buy merchandise but for food and snacks the app automatically charges your credit card on file... I don't like that, but I guess it's convenient. The food is "ok" and pricey for what you get. $18 hotdogs and $22 steak (that was small and not that tasty). Sodas $9. (Thankfully I brought my own water) The stadium is designed well. I feel like every seat is a good seat... (I haven't been in the "nosebleed" area, but they look like they can see the game clearly). Not like the Crypto/Staples Center building. I sat in those nosebleed seats and it was soooo scary walking all the way up there, the players looked like dots! Just go for the experience. It's a great place to explore. read more

Intuit dome makes everyone download the app and sign up. Which is good and bad cause theres too many apps and its glitchy cause i didnt get badges. You can add your face so that you can just walk in. It was a little confusing buying stuff cause you just walk in and walk out without going through a checkout//cashier but you get charged. The chicken tenders were not bad and they gave alot of fries. Bathrooms were clean. Security was pretty good too. There was a fight outside and they stopped them and made sure noone would surround them. They have a basketball court outside and even hoops in the inside. read more

We attended for the Harlem Globetrotters recently and had a fun time. The venue is new and modern and seats were comfy. I was really impressed with the way the seats light up at certain points. We were seated in the club level and it was really nice to have food options and bathrooms nearby, and extra space to sit and eat. There weren't a lot of food options that night but we got burgers which were ok. We used the micro transit which is an amazing service. It was a little unclear how to book a return trip though. We found out from our driver that we couldn't book in advance and had to wait until after the event was over. From the arena, it was about a 10 min walk to the pickup point and we were able to get a ride right away. The biggest annoyance is that you're forced to download the intuit app and set up face passes etc, but then there were technical difficulties when we got there. read more

Finally made it to the new Intuit Dome for a Clippers game! There's something about a new stadium. Everything is new and high tech. From the seats with buttons to play a game/polls during the break to the grab and go food shops, it's been fun figuring out the new venue. The food is actually decent from the multiple grab and go areas. My friend had a sushi roll and she said that's the best thing here. We had the typical stadium foot - pizza, nachos and birria wrap. As with most of stadiums and sports venues, there's bag policy. We read it ahead of time and followed the rules to bring a clear bag that's within the specs that just need to go through a x ray machine. However, when we were going through security, the rude security lady kept saying we can't bring the bag in. It's too big. I said I read the rules and it's within the specs, but she kept saying we can't take it in. The other security lady came over and said yes the bag is fine. The rude lady really ruined it for me. Read your own rules and no need to be rude! Hope they train their security guards better. They are the first touch point and experience to Intuit Dome. read more

Started with being notified we needed to download an app even though I already have a ticket master app with tickets just to enter!. Then we gate to the gate and with thousands of people trying to get into a sold out concert, they are letting only a few at a time!! Then they tell us the other gate is faster, everyone starts racing to the other gate. Then we are told by a security guard, she's yelling "no cutting!". She makes you feel horrible and you're hoping she doesn't send you home! . We enjoyed the concert because the seating has good walk space and the large screens are surrounded so it gives you a great view...... But then you start to leave and there's a herd in a single file line trying to get to the escalator and there you find yourself in a huge crowd just to leave. We decided to take the stairs, seven stories down to avoid this mob. Then you get in line to buy a shirt and there are six workers for literally thousands of people.. standing they for a half hour and the crowd never moves! Never again, until security and functionality improves. Just ruins a night you've been looking forward to. You think it's all over, just to get in your car and see street down to one lane! Came to Intuit Dome for the Jingle Ball event. OMG so impressed with this Arena. They have AI who recognize your gamer face and allowed you to enter the arena without scanning ticket. All done pre entry in their app. Also when purchasing drinks or snacks you just go in the store grab and leave. AI will know who you are and what you grabbed to charge you all done pre set up in the app either your credit card. This was great because I would ran and grab my drink and walk out without waiting and missing anything. Really impressed with the new AI technology. Parking at the Dome was pretty pricey for this event. We paid $70 for parking. Over all everything was perfect. Loved this place!! read more

All of the advanced technology is great and all but it doesn't run smoothly because the majority has not had to deal with the system before. Everyone has to download the app and there a bunch of steps that everyone has to complete as well. Lines are slow because not everyone cares enough to set up all the app stuff on their phone ahead of time. The snack shop I went to inside was set up so you get charged automatically when you take items and leave the store with them. The system worked for me and I was accurately charged. My friend, however, couldn't even get the system to let him enter the snack shop. I can imagine everything being pretty nice in a few years. But right now, it's not smooth at all. read more

Intuit Dome is pretty Nice! It's a venue which occupies about 18,000 in seat capacity. I would come back here again to watch a concert or a game. We weren't quite sure about the parking situation. We decided to park in the nearby parking garage, which is the West Garage Parking. This is pricier than the other parking spots. But it's pretty secure & an easy walk to get across to the Intuit Dome. My friends wanted to check out the new Dome. So, we came for a Clipper game. We had awesome seats! I think anywhere you sit, would be good. Especially since they have a massive Jumbotron. Very beautiful & very High Tech. It was cool how we can be interactive in our seats. Love the Wall Section. IYKYK!! Make sure you download the Intuit Dome App. That's gonna be The way to get in. You will bypass the long Identity Line to get in, with the Game Face ID. Just need to fill out your info on the App & take your pic beforehand. Do that, & it will a Breeze to get in!!... Your Intuit Dome Identity Pass can be stored in your digital wallet on your Phone. This allows you to enter the small merchant stores & to grab food & drinks. This was super easy to pick up food & drinks fast without having to interact with anyone. (Heads up, you do have to store your credit card info beforehand as well). And, also be mindful of what you grab & take. It's easy & it will charge you when you walk away. Ofc there are bars that you still need to wait in line at, interact with someone & pay. As for the food, didn't try any... Just from the quick grab & go pick up... I tried a Chicken Tender & Waffle Fries that were very mid. I read other reviews to eat before coming here smh lols. I also did not see any of the food I was looking for. Overall great experience at Intuit Dome!! ProTip: If you are going to a game for a Promo night. Get here early! & give yourself an extra hour, in case you have to wait in a long line to pick up your promo gift(s). read more

Went to a basketball game yesterday and got to experience Intuit for the first time. The security checkpoint in the VIP garage was a little chaotic, but once we were past that it was smooth sailing. It was nice that there was a pedestrian bridge connecting the garage to the plaza. If you take the time to download the intuit app, the entire experience is really easy. Loved that there was Face ID so we never had to pull out our wallets. Doors opens and our cards were charged based on a quick scan. Event staff was super friendly and answered all of our questions as we navigated our way around. Grey goose lounge was spacious and had a decent food selection. The seats in the arena were comfortable. The only thing I didn't love was the placement of the cup holders. I'm a fan of them being in front of you. We kept hitting our drinks as we turned to talk to one another. Overall, fun night! read more

I've been attending events at the Intuit Dome since opening weekend with the Bruno Mars concert, and every visit since, whether for music or basketball, has been a pleasure. This brand new stadium is truly a fantastic addition to the city! The fan experience is top notch: all seats are cushiony, super comfortable, and every spot has a plug to charge your devices; such a welcome upgrade. We've sat everywhere from luxury suites to the upper levels ("up in the heavens"), and honestly, the views are solid from every section. The graphics and sound system are both state-of-the-art, making every event feel electric. Entry and shopping are streamlined too. Face recognition for entry and payments is a great innovation. While it's not perfect and can be hit or miss, I've seen it improve with each visit, already makes accessing the arena and paying at shops or concessions much faster. Parking is convenient, with several lots around the stadium. We usually use the plaza structure across the street and it's been easy every time. All around, the Intuit Dome is setting a new standard for event venues. Looking forward to many more concerts and games here! read more

Gorgeous stadium that feels like an amusement park. There are a ton of amenities to enjoy at Intuit Dome whether you're a basketball fan or not. I would recommend going to the stadium early so you can take your time and enjoy and see it all. We got there an hour early and it still wasn't enough time. I can appreciate how much hard work and commitment that the organization has put into this stadium. It is a master piece. It is a newer stadium that has its flaws however. The ticketing app is not great and can result in you not getting your ticket in time for game time. The customer service team on site and virtual are not up to speed on what to do nor do they try hard to help out. The virtual customer service did not get back to me until 30 mins before tip off. They sent me to a section in the stadium that did not help me with my ticketing issues. It was a bit of a damper on my experience however I know that my experience is probably 1 out of 10. Just be careful and try to get there early to address this problem as well. read more

Everyone out there who are hating on this Intuit Dome are either die-hard Laker fans or people who just don't know how to work their apps!!! LOL!!! Wake up! We live in the year 2025! We've BEEN overdue for such a kick ass arena like this! We've BEEN needing a place like this to carry on towards the FUTURE!! I've been here a couple of times already for everything from WWE's huge Netflix Monday Night RAW debut & red carpet, Slipknot AND Babymetal's 1st appearances here as well! This place is sooooooo clean and well-organized, it's damn near perfect of such a venue. Haters are just haters, man. Don't take their negative stars reviews on here seriously because they just don't know how to follow directions and enjoy this thing. Oh, Skynet .... Wanting our facial recognition and everything. There are ways around all that Terminator crap, but you gotta figure it out your own damn self! LOL! Their food and snack spots inside are so cool because you can just grab what you want like an Amazon GO store and they'll just charge it to your card. For some events, they even have specially made food like Slipknot had their own sweets!!! PARKING? Never ever a problem for me because since I know people in the music, entertainment and wrestling business.... I get parking for damn-near free, along with free/discounted tickets; so yeah! The parking structure is pretty cool & your car is definitely protected because of the cameras all around this venue. The whole production level all around at Intuit Dome makes for such a truly unique experience because it's not too big and it's not too small. It reminds me of a smaller and smarter version of the SoFi Stadium. Lights are all around the seats, so when WWE's in town, it makes all their wrestlers' entrances look cooler!!!!!!! Sounds are just phenomenal here, and their halo screen is dope depending if the act you came to see actually paid for it and/or the whole halo screens around for others to enjoy. Their restrooms stay clean throughout the shows because their staff is top notch and so damn professional while being nice and chill. Intuit Dome gets a 5 stars from me because it's such a one of a kind experience. The Clippers now need to decorate it with some championship banners already. read more

The concourse is soulless and has zero character. It feels like a mix between a hospital and airport terminal. Outside of the jerseys of CA teams on the walls, there's no history of the Clippers, LA, or anything that would give the arena some character. There's no local food vendors. There's just boring food like hot dogs, pizza, and chicken fingers at every concessions stand. As you walk around, it feels like Groundhog Day as you pass by the same concession stand over and over again. There's zero variety. They apparently have a ton of bathrooms there. They should shut a few of those down and convert them to local restaurants. Once you're in the arena, the LED lights at every seat are beyond overwhelming, and they don't stop. The positives are the halo video board and comfortable seats. The interactive buttons could be cool. when they're used. We went to MVP's MMA event and they didn't use them at all. That was a missed opportunity for them. I expected a lot but was underwhelmed. read more

I've had the chance to visit the Intuit Dome several times now, from opening weekend for Bruno Mars to a couple concerts and Clippers games, and overall it really is an impressive venue. Parking is plentiful, both on the property and through private lots nearby. The security checkpoint at the main gate is straightforward, and once you're through, you can hang out in the outdoor plaza before entering the main arena. Inside, there basically isn't a bad seat in the house thanks to the halo screen that wraps around the top. I've sat in a suite, on the floor, and in the upper bowl. Each vantage point was a great experience. The Dome promotes a cash-free purchasing system through their facial-recognition app. When it works, it's convenient. But unfortunately, every time I've visited, there's been a hiccup either with the system or the user side. I've even had to dispute charges afterward. Still, I can tell a lot of thought and money went into building this place. It aims to make every fan feel like they have a premium experience. Once they iron out those tech kinks, it'll be a top-tier venue for LA events. read more

I read the other reviews and yes I agree that there are many hoops to jump through to set up the Intuit App vs just having tickets & showing up. Once you get pass that, honestly its a state of the art technology that you may seen more arenas move towards. It's the best NBA arena I've seen & been too. The one thing I will say is the Pick & Roll food options get to be a bit lame with the same food upstairs & downstairs. So the variety needs attention. But overall, it is extremely futuristic and a nice experience. read more

Wow! Talk about state of the art! There are screens on top of screens in this building. You can see the curved building from the freeway lit up in blue and red (Clippers colors!) and it's huge! There's a bag and water bottle check to get inside the restaurant area then there's another line to check in for tickets (face recognition). These lines went fast. There's a huge escalator to go up to the nose bleeds and as you are ascending, fake snow (bubbles) is landing on you!! It was a festive touch! The bathrooms are immaculate, even by the end of the night, not one bit of toilet paper was on the ground and the sinks were spotless. The sinks look like quartzite, too! Such a splurge for a sports venue. The seats are small, but it's a stadium so it's expected. The chairs have a cool voting system set up. During time outs, you'll get to vote or take a quiz. In some cases, you can win a prize. I loved the interactive parts of the night. I wanted a Clippers cap ($48), so I went to one of the shops during the game and walked out without paying at the cashier. It's all face recognition! Super cool and also weird. We also had the churros, the pretzel, and got a water ($45). We were initially disappointed not having a cheese dip for the pretzel, but the pretzel was so deliciously salty and gooey, it was good by itself. The churros were also warm and soft! They came with a caramel dip! Overall, the experience was unbelievable. I love a clean bathroom, stadium, and kind employees. They did great! If you don't want to spend too much money, bring a reusable water bottle to fill with water in the building and have dinner before coming. Nothing is cheap here. read more

Intuit Dome. Home of the LA Clippers! We went here about a year ago when I got invited to tour the arena and there is nothing better than being here again to cheer on my team! I've been a fan since the Danny Manning/Doc Rivers days (iykyk) so it was super exciting to be part of the team's journey and have a place to call home. Now onto this amazing arena! First, make sure you download the Intuit app (trust me, it makes things much easier when you're there). I created my ID on the app so you basically just take a selfie; walking in was super easy and buying food and drinks were super easy since everything is on the app! Also, lots of restrooms so you don't wait in long lines which was great especially after a couple of beers. The view from the top level was surprisingly good. I was able to watch the game looking at the court instead of the big screen which tells you how much thought they put in when building this place. Parking tip: it is worth spending the extra money for VIP parking. You literally park and walk across the bridge and voila, you're at Intuit! Make sure to purchase your parking tix on the app before the event! Let's GO CLIPPERS! read more
