For a stadium this big, there needs to be better crowd and traffic control. There also needs to be active bag checks as well. I've came for two concerts already and both were terrible experiences. When I came for Chris brown, so many people were smoking cigarettes, vapes, and weed in my section (C200s) and as someone who gets headaches easily, I was unable to enjoy my show. For the amount of money the venues be charging, you would think bags would be thoroughly check to make sure no drugs were in the venue. Additionally, the restroom situation is so bad for the amount of people that the stadium can accommodate. Lines were insane and I was going to miss the artist. Parking was terrible as well since it took forever to get into the lot that I prepaid for which resulted in me missing both opening acts!! When the concert ended, I didn't think getting out of the venue was going to be a safety hazard!!! Why is only one elevator opened for the whole entire floor. No crowd control or nothing as everyone was squeezing to leave and all security did was watch! Same with getting out traffic wise as it took almost an hour to leave the venue/city. Things need to be handled better especially for the prices we're being charged for!!

I am so pleasantly surprised of this venue! I came here with my bf and his mom who has difficulty walking. We were able to park in the handicap spots that were pretty close to the main entrance and had a porta potty available. Once we walked in, they had an ADA station right there where we signed up for a wheelchair assistance that took us to our seat in the floor area. The staff were all super friendly and pushed her through the area taking us to the elevators and all the way to our seats. The venue had a porta potty city available and there were actual restrooms for the VIP areas and the front of the floor seats. I'm grateful that we had access to those since they were very clean! During the halftime there was a huge line, but even then they were clean. The bar inside of that area was very nice and well organized. The prices were a bit high but that's expected. My beer was ok, just not cold. I would've liked to know that it wasn't cold and I would've chosen a different one. At the end of the show we texted the number for someone to assist us with the wheelchair out of the venue. It was a 70k people event and the venue was pretty empty after 30 mins past the end of the show. An amazing experience and very welcoming for people with disabilities. I will definitely consider coming to another event here. Parking was $80 per car.

Just attended the first ever comedy show here at Sofi Stadium, starring Jokoy & Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias!!! I was worried I would not be able to hear them speak well at this venue because in concerts, it's sometimes hard to hear the artists when they speak to the crowd.. I'm happy to say that Sofi Stadium's sound quality delivered and my bestfriend and I were able to hear every comedian clearly as they did their acts!!! We were seated around the 100's section. The usage of the large screens were a plus and we also got treated to some music acts too. I should've known to bring my earplugs even for a comedy show, lol. The arena was sold out and it was LOUD!!! We paid for parking at a lot across from Sofi and it was minimum $60. I definitely want to say to expect that parking price. Also expect a ton of traffic on the way out from a sold-out show, especially if you leave at the end. We were stuck at the parking we got for 40 minutes+. Overall though, super glad to have experienced this show at this venue.

Aesthetically beautiful. Functionally terrible. There a decent amount of parking areas on site but not nearly enough for a venue this size. Additionally getting out of the small exit ways is pretty horrific and also limited, and they barely have anyone actually directing lanes of traffic out so everyone is going wherever they want lifting up ropes, etc. Venue itself is beautiful both outside and inside, but I have so many concerns with getting out of here in case of an emergency. Went recently to see Jo Koy and Gabriel Iglesias which was sold out. My friend and I were on the ground level, but they had so many sections on the upper levels blocked off that it was horrible trying to get to the field level. The food stations were little to none on the field level because that's where all the suites are, and the burger/pizza etc stands directly facing the stage were jam packed because that was really the only place to get food. I explore the bar/food area adjacent to the suites and field level experience but there was only one buffet station open for a sold out concert and their menu was extremely limited. You could either get carne asada nachos, nachos or some chicken dish. The upper levels mostly have ready to pour drinks like margaritas on tap which barely even tasted like alcohol at all and was $24 before tax and tip. Rip off! The bars on the floor level behind the suites at least had bartenders pouring and mixing actual drinks which I thought was a cheaper experience than the margarita out of a tap. The floor seats were also terrible. Plastic banquet chairs with no space next to each other and rows that were way too long. Given how obese the majority of society is, it was nearly impossible to sit back and relax to enjoy the show because the person on both sides was spilling over into your seat. And because there was absolutely no cushion on the seats, my butt was going numb from sitting in the same awkward position for so long in a very confined space. The thing I was most disgusted by is that they were moving the ADA porta potties on the floor level right before the main acts were about to go on. But also, why are there porta potties down on the field level and not a huge set of actual restrooms??? There were a few stalls behind the suites which I also used, but not nearly enough to accommodate the mass crowd on the field. Terrible for the size of the venue. Last but not least, to get out of the stadium from the field level was a nightmare as well because you traverse up like 4 levels of ramps to even get out of the stadium, with stadium staff who actually doesn't help to keep the flow of people moving at all. With LA28 coming up I sure hope they get it together here because it's going to be a mess with a bunch of foreigners and tourists. Even without the upcoming Olympics, I can't imagine what a regular season football game crowd experience feels like. Been to many events at Allegiant Stadium in Vegas and gotta say they do it much better there than at SoFi.

I'm honestly shocked to see the low reviews for this Stadium! This was by far the best concert experience I've ever had. In my opinion, there really isn't a bad seat in the house. I was in section 325, row 5. I wasn't super close, but I also wasn't all the way in the back and I loved EVERY SINGLE MINUTE OF IT. The view, the sound, the vibe everything was just so well done. The venue itself is amazing it's super clean, modern, and organized. It really elevated the whole experience. Only downside is the parking. Day of parking price was insane. I'm pretty sure it was over $100 ! Maybe even closer to $150 when I went to see Ed Sheeran (can't remember exact price, but it was definitely in the hundreds) That part was super wild. Aside from that, everything else was top tier. I would 100% book another concert or event here anytime.

03.21.2026 One of the best Entertainment Venue in the city of Los Angeles and maybe even world! Home of the LA Rams and LA Chargers. This place does not have AC, it was built for the Breeze to cool this place down. It can get Hot in the summer which is all pending on the time of Event. So it may come as a hit and miss. I attended the Fluffy and Jokoy Comedy event. This place did not dissapoint. All was modern and brand new. The staff is friendly and the concession stands has alot to choose from. Prices are expensive but everyone already knows that. Overall, this place has the amenities to enjoy your sporting event or concert. The sound system can use some work. They need to figure out on how to cancel the noise echo. When it gets loud the sound reverb the echo. I will keep coming back to this location for Entertainment. Unique updated venue. Surrounding ambiance is nice. I want everyone to know, everything is expensive here. Dont be shocked. Tickets, $100 parking, 25 drinks, Food, and merchandise. This is what Venues do. The 2028 Los Angeles Olympics will be held here for some of its events.

Went to SOFI for the Canva Create event that was organized super well. Not sure if it is the same for sports games or other events, but parking was free! They had a few different food options for the event (again not sure if it is always the same food for other events). I had a chicken burrito and water and it was only like $18, which for stadium food didn't seem that bad to me.

Nice event. I wish it had more activities but I guess I can't expect much for the price that they charge. Glad to have an event like this in the community.

First time at this venue and I was so pleasantly impressed with the design, views, customer service, and staff! My friend bought tickets for Jo Koy and Gabriel Iglesias One Night Only last year April almost a year before the show and before my ankle surgery. We were both so excited for the show but we were both nervous about parking and entry because of my mobility issues; I'm in a boot and on crutches. We arrived early as recommended by the website and a local friend. Best decision ever! Parking was a breeze. There didn't seem to be many handicap spots in the "brown" lot but we found a good spot close to the entry point. They had multiple entry points with ticket scanning and security and handicap access lines at each. Entering was easy and security was helpful. We asked for a wheelchair to be brought to gate 1 and we sat and waited about 13 minutes and another security person asked if we needed anything. She went and checked on the chair and Angel showed up with a wheelchair moments later. He was such a lovely guy. I felt like I was on a chair tour of the venue. We got to our section and saw the steps down and remembered we forgot to ask if there was a possibility of moving to accessible seats. He wheeled me over the Guest Services which was near our section and they were awesome and so accommodating! NOTE: if you get seats in Section 200 the steps down are a little steep and while yes I could have made it down the steps it would have been a feat to get back up. Our seats were moved to the accessible seating in section 228. It was right by the concession stand and the bathroom. Security constantly checked on us to make sure we were good. The sound system for the opening acts wasn't great. The reverb created a lot of echo and made it extremely hard to hear what they were saying but when Jeff Dunham, Gabriel Iglesias, and Jo Koy came on stage their mics were set perfectly. It was only here and there that we couldn't hear some words. SOFI has a text procedure for accessibility which allowed us to text for a person to come and pick me up. Angel our wonderful service person let us know that it would be better to text a little early. We text at 10:05 (the show was over at 10:30-10:45) a young woman arrived about 10:20 with a chair. We considered staying but didn't want to deal with me in a wheelchair and 70,000 people leaving the stadium. There was a bit miscommunication with the controls and the elevators but got it sorted quickly. The young woman escorting us and wheeling me out even stopped for us to get a last minute hoodie for Jo Koy at an open merch booth and wheeled me right to the exit. This was the best experience I've ever had a stadium or event center especially while injured. After a horrible experience at BMO while injured I will never return to that venue. I'm excited to come back to SOFI when I can walk and explore all of the areas. Thank you so much SOFI for the best customer service and extraordinary venue!

We came to SoFi Stadium to watch an LA Rams football game because I had rooting interest in the visiting team, and my friend wanted to tag along to check out the facility. After doing some research, we decided to take the free shuttle bus from the LAX/Metro Center Transit Station which was 2.5 miles west of the stadium. The bus departed from Bay 8 and headed east on Arbor Vitae St that was a straight shot to the venue. Along the way, it was interesting to see how some Inglewood neighborhood homes were within a short walking distance to SoFi. From afar, the stadium looked like a hybrid between an airplane hangar and a long spaceship with sleek curvy lines. It's an open air setup with lots of natural sunlight coming in from the sides and top of the dome. It didn't seem as tall as some of the other newer football stadiums I have visited around the country. We came in through the Entry 1 gate which was in the northeast corner. Our seats were on Level 5 that was the highest available deck. The sightlines to the field were terrific. You could easily see the plays develop without any obstructions. The scoreboard was a multi-functional display that was like a giant TV ribbon which hung above the field in an oval shape. I wasn't as impressed with this aspect because I felt it could have been taller in height to capture even better angles of the action. It was rather humorous that the home team needed a deejay and hype man to keep the energy of the crowd going. Real football towns don't need this kind of manufactured noise in their stadiums. There was even a mariachi band that played live tunes during the pregame and halftime. Although my squad lost, I still enjoyed the game day experience. Yeah, it took a while to leave the premises even with the well-organized shuttle bus lines. I can't imagine paying $100 to park nearby and then getting stuck in the traffic gridlock afterwards. I will be curious to see which events of the 2028 Olympic Games will be held here. I imagine the Opening Ceremonies will be at the LA Coliseum because of its Olympic history and the legendary torch. I would definitely return for another major event at SoFi Stadium.

Plenty of parking, but slightly confusing as which area to enter through and navigate for seating. The stadium is huge, but staff are fortunately friendly enough to help.

Parking here is truly hell. Upward of $70 and will take you at least an hour to exit. Pricey food and beverage. $21 for a canned Coors Lite is ridiculous. The staff here have never been helpful when I've needed them. Many of the bathrooms are a disaster. But I have to say, the infinity screen is incredible. Perfect for football games and concerts. I've sat in sections 200, 300, and 400, and all have been good angles for the screen. I would imagine there's some slight blocking of your view in section 500, but I cannot confirm.

The second Kanye concert at SoFi was a noticeable upgrade from the first night, but it still started off on a frustrating note. Gates were supposed to open at 5 PM, but Gate 5 (where I was) didn't start letting people in until about 5:20 PM with zero communication or updates from staff. We were just standing there in the heat with no idea what was going on. Meanwhile, it sounded like other gates had opened on time, so a lot of people got a 20-minute head start on finding their seats and settling in. That lack of information and fairness at the gates cost this show a full star for me. Once inside, though, the experience was much better. The sound quality was significantly improved, the stage setup and visuals felt more polished, and the overall production felt like an actual concert rather than a rehearsal (which is honestly how the first night came across). For those who paid full price during the early presale, the first show felt like we were basically beta testing the production -- not cool. Security and lines moved a lot faster this time. In my section (300 level), the staff did a solid job keeping things under control and making sure people weren't sneaking into seats that weren't theirs. Overall, the second night delivered a much stronger experience compared to the first. If they had just kept fans properly informed at the gates and opened on time across all entrances, this easily could have been a 5-star night. Still a solid improvement and worth going if you have tickets for any remaining shows. Would I go again? Yes -- but only if they fix the gate operations next time. PS: the prices are ridiculous seeing how people are already stretched on money. Tickets + $100 parking + merch and then you want to charge $20 a drink= customers who will come less to these events. Ease up on the food and drinks at least the non alcoholic ones.

SoFi Stadium Reviews in Other Languages

Ask the Community - SoFi Stadium

Which parking zone is best for getting out of the area?

Orange and Brown lots get painfully backed up, but if you beat the crowd it's pretty easy to exit on Pincay and choose either Prairie or Crenshaw.

    Hotel recommendations in the area?

Stay near the airport. Tons of choices. Stay away from the cheap ones in Inglewood.

Are there people outside the stadium selling tickets?

No ! Its 2023 and everything is all digital now !

    Are there lots of fights?

I went to the pre-season game vs. The Raiders and there were two girl fights on level 2 and a guy skirmish on level 1. I think it depends on the team playing and their fan base...

Is there any airflow in the stadium, was it hot sitting in the 500 section? Is there any Fans or AC?

I sat in section 516, row 19 and it got really humid once the concert started, had to sit down many times halfway through due to almost passing out

Do they have a box office to purchase show tickets?

Yes, at the front entrance off Prairie.

Can you see from section 512? From SoFi stadium?

Depends on what venue. Soon as you get above 200 everything looks super small but they usually have a wrap around screen and you can see that everywhere

    Address for Uber/Lyft drop off?

Across the street from the forum...

I know you can get stadium tour tickets through ticket master. Going there to buy game tickets anyway. Curious if you can buy stadium tour tickets in advance from the box office?

The box office was closed during the time of our tour so I am not sure. We got our tickets online, but directly through www.sofistadium.com so the service charge was considerably less than Ticket Master. Enjoy your game and your tour!

Do they offer Stadium tours? If so how much?

We bought "anytime tickets" so we could choose a date for our tour at a later time. Now we can't get a reservation. The website shows we have purchased tickets but won't show us available dates for scheduling a tour. We've called multiple times and… Read more

Hi, I'm excited to go to sofi for the first time. There is no parking available to purchase. Stub hub is reselling for 200$... for parking not a ticket. Is there parking near by (non sofi)? Or is there a shuttle process? Recommendations appreciated…

As you drive closer to the stadium, you will see there are spots to park in business and residential areas. As far as I know, the parking at Sofi is Parking Pass only.

How's the share ride area (such as uber, lift, or towncar services) at the stadium? Is it a long wait or not clearly marked?

Well yes is very easy and good price for huber from our hotel was Only $8.00 dollars it wS 8 miles away really close he left un in the seven eleven just across from the stadium do tgat is very convenient very close you just walk like 100… Read more

Which seats/sections include private entrance and all inclusive food? What is the difference between the Club and VIP section?

The lower levels are for VIP. The food is horrible everywhere at Sofi. The worst stadium/event food in the world. It's bad and expensive. Amazing 5 billion for a stadium that sells food from AM/PM

If I buy tickets at their box office do they charge the same fees as Ticketmaster ($30 per ticket)?

Not sure about that but definitely make sure to arrange your parking and/or transportation to and from the stadium in advance. The parking situation is not good, long lines to get to your lot and high prices if you wait too long.

Do they charge for parking to take the tour?

YES!! It's expensive and they don't take cash!!

So this purpose of this review is provide some tips based on mine and my friends' experiences with the Intuit Dome. 1. TECHNOLOGY -- I applaud them for being at the forefront of technology but that also means we are all part of the beta test! Everything is tied to the app so you need to do a few things (not difficult but takes some work) to prepare and get ready. This includes down load the app, set up your profile (including selfies) and payment method. If you do that and the technology works well, it's great, you walk in easily without having to show your tickets. But OBVIOUSLY technology doesn't always work well; I saw many people having to use the line for visitors with problems ... and that can be frustrating. My friend was charged $15 for a pretzel that she never bought (could it be someone who looked like her?!) and she had to call later to have it taken off her credit card. 2. PROCESS -- way-finding can be a challenge as signage can be confusing if you don't know the place well (yes, often things are designed by people who know those things well). Be prepared to ask... 3. FOOD -- food and drinks are unreasonably expensive. If you buy floor (or more expensive) tickets you get to use the lounge where food is free (alas we did not know!) so find out your food options before you go. 4. PARKING -- parking at the stadium range from $50-150+ per vehicle. If you drive around the area, you may find private lots or people who open up their front yards for parking - these options are often cheaper. We found one for $30. A nice, brand new, and technology-infused venue with some minor issues. Hope they improve over time!

Every single person in my party had to download the app just so I could transfer their tickets. It requires an uncomfortable amount of personal data (major data-mining vibes). We had to call Support multiple times for a known glitch they haven't fixed. * Food & Drinks (1/10): An absolute embarrassment for a state-of-the-art facility. Unlike Crypto or Dodger Stadium, there are no restaurant options. Every single concession stand sells the same dry hot dogs, basic burgers, and chicken tenders. It felt like they just mass-distributed food from a 7-Eleven. * Parking (10/10): I bought VIP parking and it was worth every penny. Incredibly easy in and out. * The Arena & Show (10/10): The arena itself is gorgeous. The seats and the massive "Halo Board" are highly impressive. Nate Bargatze and the other comedians were absolutely awesome. Bottom line: Unless they fix the app and the food options, I'd rather drive farther away to another venue than return to the Intuit Dome.

You will walk forever and if you handicapped they use those spaces for VIP parking and merch areas. The staff has no clue what they are doing or where to send you. They really don't care at all. Now, the place itself has a great sound system and all but the top section has good seating. The staff there knows little and will send you to the wrong area for seating. They have great outdoor food from vendors, the inside has horrid food. The seats are okay, but getting to them is a real pain. The stage area is great and they put on some great concerts. It is the best place to see a concert of all the other places around. If they could just get it together and hire people and train them that would be great.

They designate lot H as the drop off and pick up location, but when we were leaving and waiting for our ride, they wouldn't let the driver into the lot. It was confusing because there were signs set up to designate ride share, it wasted time, and was very inconvenient. We didn't get any food, but it was pizza, popcorn, etc that was pricey. The venue itself was fine. It was nice and cool (temp) inside.

The staff was extremely attentive making sure I received a full V.I.P, experience. We rented the trailer for my sisters 21st birthday, we just wanted to have something extra, something we thought would wow our guest and we did just that. Everyone wanted to know where we found this super flashy trailer and they were so jealous we brought it out first. They book all kind of events but we used it strictly for entertainment. The onsite bars were fully stocked, the catered food was delicious ( bacon stuffed sliders, too die for) and the music kept our guests dancing. We had an indoor outdoor party, but everyone of course ended up outside at this amazing trailer. Book with Gladiator if you want the real V.I.P customer service experience and want to have the ultimate party extravaganza on wheels. My guests are still talking about my party, it was definitely something to be remembered.

Loud music bumping but it wasn't disturbing. Eventually made it inside. It's very spacious. Another bar located inside. A lot of TVs and chairs. A great hangout spot for drinks and to watch some sports. Great service at the bar. Both bartenders were real cool. And the drinks were about average price for a bar with no happy hour. Paid $33 or $34 including $2 tip for a Cinépolis Old Fashioned and Mango Rita. Couldn't take pics of the room cuz they collected our phones before going inside. However, it's big with a lot of comfortable seats. And it was clean. There was popcorn already placed at every seat for the guest. There could've been better communication regarding the reserved seats. Whereas just about every seat had a sign reading "reserved". Parking is free for the first 3 hrs with validation. There are 2 machines available from what I saw. One near the front desk and entering. Then another near the bar. Parking was free for the first 3 hrs.

I was actually looking forward to going, as it was my anniversary and my partner has never been. The night started off great, but quickly went downhill as soon as we walked in the door. 2 of the ticketing machines were inoperable. But, I was able to figure it out. So, no big deal. Once we got inside the actual theater, the floor was sticky and the entire room didn't seem like it was cleaned that day. There was trash on the floor, my seat didn't fully recline, and much of the leather was pealed off on the seat. On top of that, the restrooms were just as unkempt, my reward for signing up for their membership club was unavailable, and my partner's drink was totally forgotten with the delivery of their food. I tried fixing it by looking on their website, QR code on the tray... something. But, couldn't find a reasonable way to contact anyone without leaving the theater and missing the movie. My partner also brought up a very valid point of the popcorn being served in metal bowls, that might share the same hygiene habits as the floors and seats. To which, I could neither argue nor defend, because at that point anything is possible. Overall, I felt embarrassed for suggesting we go here and always giving rave reviews, as our experience turned out to be terrible. Thankfully I have an understanding partner, or this would totally not be OK.

The seats were very plush and comfortable. The screen and sound system were state of the art. The problem was that there were roughly 6 rows of seats that were so close to the screen that it was impossible to enjoy the film. Audience members were actually getting nauseous during various scenes. If you are forced to see a film here, be sure to use the back row, but it still may not be far enough away.

Being very unfamiliar with this area, it seems like a rather remote location with a bunch of luxury apartments where most likely the tenants work from home, and the corporate buildings would be something such as google, etc. IMAX seemed to fit right in. Since it was a Saturday, I was a little hesitant since the parking arm was down, and there wasn't a booth. Finally after seeing it open for a delayed time, I drove on in and found a spot out front, although the garage visitor entrance was right in front. After checking in with a human at a table setup, I had to check in on an ipad which takes your photo (which I'm not a fan of) but the security/desk lady was really nice and helpful, directing us where to go. Up a flight of stairs, the theater was to the right, and it was a nice one. I know the middle seats are ideal for this kind of place, but I stayed off to the end as I prefer and it was still easy to view. This was the kind of theater where you can feel the floor shake in certain scenes which added to the experience. Not the fault of this theater by any means, this movie was long, but I'm glad I go to see it on IMAX (and free). Unfortunately, there was zero food/beverage as other people experienced a spread at their screenings; that was not the case here and I was starving and unprepared. Thanks to the desk lady, she gave me a bottle of water so I had something. Never assume! If you get a chance to watch something, go just to say you did.
