They had me on hold for 20 minutes in the parts department and no one answered. I called several times and no one ever answered. Union City Toyota told me they had the part in south Toyota . I kept calling so I wouldn't have to drive 45 mts and they never answered. I came to the location and the only answer was that they don't have the part and I don't know who put you i on hold. 2 people in the department and no one could answer the phone and there wasn't even a single "sorry" answer. They acted like they don't care.

    Evidence of accident

I purchased a used Tacoma from this dealership about two years ago, and it's been a nightmare ever since. The truck already had slight scratches on the bumper, and the bumper retainer clip was missing when they sold it to me. The salesman assured me that buying a new clip would fix everything, but over time, the bumper began to sag, gaps in the panels grew larger, and the headlight brackets cracked. Recently, I brought the truck to a body shop for repairs, and they informed me that the vehicle had been in an accident and was patched up to look otherwise (see attached photos). VIN MATCHED CARFAX SAID 0 accidents. I realize now I should have looked into it sooner, but at 24/25 years old and slightly naive, I trusted that buying a used Toyota from an official dealership meant I was getting a quality vehicle. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I have strong reasons to believe they knew about the vehicle's true condition and sold it to me at a premium during the height of the COVID-19 used car market. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I highly recommend staying away from this dealership due to their shady practices.

We purchased a 2023 Prius from Toyota South Atlanta last week and were surprised at the last minute to learn that we would be given only a single key. The other key, we were told, would arrive in the mail. To our surprise, we learned only after questioning the salesperson yesterday that the key might be MONTHS in coming . . . and no 3rd party keys seem to be available. This is a major inconvenience, enough so that we would not have purchased the car if we had known. Not the dealer's fault exactly, but I have just learned that Toyota provides a warning sticker that the dealer should have left on the vehicle for the test drive, and I never saw the thing. Consumer fraud?

2018 Camry Brakes failed on highway at 65 miles per hour

The brakes on my 2018 Camry failed as I was driving down 20 at 65 miles per hour in the middle lane with my daughter. The alert said to safely pull over and check owners manual which (all praises to the Most High) I did. The manual said to call the dealership immediately, so I did, only to be met with so much unprofessionalism it was ridiculous. The first lady to answer the phone did not give a flip about what I had just experienced. Kayla the second time I called was just as uncaring and would not allow me to speak with a manager or service supervisor or anyone and actually kept telling me to calm down or there's nothing she would do. No assistance was provided. What a disgusting way to treat someone who has just had a very traumatic experience.

I had contacted the dealership in Cumming to see if they could show me a car from the Covington location that I wanted to purchase outright. I had already been quoted a price from a previous call to a sister dealership. I was transfered to a sales manager who indicated that they do not give prices over the phone. From the start the manager was abusive, impertinent, bad-mannered, impolite, inconsiderate, discourteous, unmannered, graceless, curt, gruff, loutish, peremptory, short, uncivil, uncouth, unpolished, and insulting. A tall order to fill. And this is a manager, someone who is responsible for the leadership of others.

I do not like dealerships so, no matter how mean I got he stayed calm and did what he had to do to get me into the 2010 charger in black. It was nice. It had only one owner and was taken care of. It has been customized to my liking however, i did not like being told I could trade my vehicle after paying on time and paying my payments. I did receive payment arrangements when I fell behind. So, overall my experience was pretty good. I did not know many people was having these type of issues. Customer Service at its best: Chris Yem. I bought Brenda a…read morenew Honda CRV EXL for her 65th birthday. This is only the second new car she has ever owned, and she loves it. This will more than likely be her car forever, so she wants to take good care of it and keep it safe. Her car only has 33,282 miles on it; yes, the Granny who only drives to the store and back and t visit family. I would like to commend Chris Yem, Service Advisor, for his excellent customer service at Honda South in Morrow GA. My wife had scheduled a call back on her 2019 Honda CRV along with an oil change. I ended up in the hospital for three weeks. Grammy B was running back and forth to Emory, taking care of the bills, getting the lawn mowed. That is when Grammy B met Chris Yem. Chris done a great job working her oil change in and rescheduled the recalled fuel pump replacement until she could leave her car with Honda for a few hours. When I returned home from the hospital we wanted to go ahead and schedule the recall work. Chris told us to clear the back seat area and only have about 1/3 or less of the gas in the tank. He had to order the part, then called back to say that he had the part and could do it as early as 2 days. He also offered to do a free multi-point inspection while they had the CRV. They offer a shuttle service so when Brenda brought her Honda CRV to the dealer, Chris wrote the work order and drove her home. A few hours later Chris called and told her the CRV is ready. He printed out and prioritized what was needed along with a predicted timeline each would be needed. Chris delivered the Honda to Grammy B and went over the inspection: (1) Battery Chris pointed out that this is the original battery in her 2019 Honda CRV. The battery is 6 years old, so instead of waiting until it fails replace it now and not worry about where you are when that battery finally dies. In my opinion, great advice so we will have Honda South do that first. (2) Tires: Although her tires have plenty of tread, they are 6 years old and are beginning to show cracks. Over 6 years or more tires will start to rot and can cause blow outs. Chris recommended replacing the tires very soon if not immediately to prevent any problems. Honda will have a good selection of tires for her car and it will be at a good price. If the tires she wants go on sale purchase them. (3) Drive Belts The drive belts do show some wear, small cracks, so this is a good time to take care of that. Possibly when the tires or battery is replaced. (4) Water Pump. The water pump has a small leak. Engine coolant Exchange: Over time engine coolant becomes corrosive and if not changed can cause pe-mature wear on the cooling system. Chris's recommendation was to do both at the same time. He will keep an eye on the leak. If this service goes on sale soon go ahead and do both. I totally agree with Chris. Brake Fluid exchange. Chris said that over time deposits build up and fluid breaks down. This shortens the life of your brake parts such s your calipers. Of course, Honda will inspect the brakes and if they are worn replace them along with the fluid exchange. Transmission Fluid Exchange In near future, before 50k miles When I met Chris, he is one of the politest young men I have ever met. He is a family man. He really cares about his customers and treats them like family. We will be getting all our work at Honda with Chris as our Service advisor. If you have a daughter, wife, family or friend and you drive a Honda I highly recommend taking your car to Chris Yem at Honda South in Morrow.

Now I have to get out of my car and make someone acknowledgement me...Because the lack of customer service I received from the 2 young men was evident and LOUD. I was just sitting there, looking at 2 young people just shuffling papers and desk hopping back and forth to look busy. All I was looking for was an acknowledgement that I was SEEN...a simple hand gesture to pull forward or walk over to "check me in". Now there were 2 cars next to me and i can understand a backup or delay but, they kept jumping in and out of them too! One after the other...like a jungle gym! They finally pull those cars out and not im just getting blatantly ignored....at least 10 min.... Luckily, a young lady saw the distress and annoyance on my face. It's too damn hot to make a scene...so I thought id write it out while i wait for my car to be serviced. The service manager was somehow made aware. I did not asked to speak to him but he acknowledged i had a slight issue. Face must've said it all. I've been told I cant hide my emotion!! I just dont like being disregarded. I had such a great experience last time, with Stephanie...but this time not so good. I hope this was a day off for Stephanie and the next appt I make, she's here!

Then just 8 minutes after signing the papers and driving out, it over heated. The car was labeled as "well maintained " but it clearly was not. They never said anything about overheating issues otherwise I would have never financed the mustang. Nearly 3 weeks of them trying to fix the car but nothing worked. Then on top of that when I asked for papers of what they did to "fix" the problem on the mustang they would give me a attitude and just string me along say, they will give it to me then never did. When they say "I will call you back in a bit" don't expect them to. When I tried to cancel the deal they kept telling me I wanted the car in the first place, YEAH NO DUH! BEFORE I SIGNED THE PAPERS! They also kept speaking to my fiance about the issues and not confirming things with me first even though the deal was with me. At first we thought it was just the coolant and spark plugs being old but it didn't fix the issue and it was much deeper than we thought. We took it back and they had it in the shop for a long time, however the THIRD TIME IT WAS WORSE! HOW DOES SOMETHING GET WORSE IF YOU ARE FIXING IT! On top of that they resent the mustang a fourth time without speaking about it first. At the end they never were able to fix the issue. Mostly everyone there has a very nasty attitude after you sign papers and are only nice before you sign any papers. Most of the cars there are "as-is" even the Chevrolet ones. I should have just financed a car somewhere else with better attitude and saved my self the stress.
