I purchased a 2023 Toyota Corolla from Krause Toyota South Atlanta dealership in June 2026 and…read morebrought the vehicle back in July to service after noticing that the left side of the bumper was coming apart. I immediately contacted my salesperson, provided pictures of the issue, and called the dealership approximately five to six times a day for nearly a week in an effort to get the matter addressed. I was eventually informed by the Service Department that the entire bumper needed to be replaced. During this time, I learned that the dealership had gone through an ownership change effective July 1. I was told that because I purchased the vehicle under the previous ownership, the new owners were not willing to cover the cost of replacing the bumper. I have continued to follow up with both the Sales and Service teams, but I have received what feels like a continuous runaround. I was also told that the dealership would "make it right" by trading me out of the vehicle and providing me with the same terms. However, that option has not materialized. I invested approximately $11,000 as a down payment for this vehicle, and I believe it is reasonable to expect assistance in resolving a significant issue that arose shortly after my purchase. I understand that the dealership changed ownership; however, the vehicle I purchased came from the same inventory that remains associated with the location. I was also made aware that other customers who purchased vehicles under similar circumstances have had their concerns addressed by the dealership, yet my issue remains unresolved. I even took the vehicle to an independent collision repair facility and obtained a repair estimate, but despite my continued efforts, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. Given how soon after the purchase the bumper issue occurred, along with the fact that I promptly notified the dealership and provided documentation of the problem, I have concerns that the issue may have existed prior to the sale. My intention is not to make an unsupported accusation, but I believe the circumstances warrant serious consideration and accountability. I value integrity, accountability, and, most importantly, following through on commitments. While the new owner has been pleasant and appears to be a nice person, that does not negate the fact that my issue remains unresolved. I was given assurances that the dealership would make the situation right, including the possibility of trading me out of the vehicle under the same terms, but those commitments were never fulfilled. At this point, I cannot, in good conscience, refer others to or return to this dealership for future business. My concern is about the cost of the bumper; it is about how the situation was handled and the lack of follow-through to immediately resolve the problem after I made a significant purchase and made every effort to address the issue appropriately.

Instead of taking responsibility and apologizing for how their sales associate spoke to me, the…read moreresponse was exactly what I expected--excuses. If the pre-purchase inspection had checked out, the vehicle would have been purchased. No one spends $225 on an inspection without serious intent to buy. I also never attempted to haggle or submit a lowball offer. This business mentions I never put down a deposit but Aina clearly stated they do not accept deposits when I requested to place one. They are correct that I did not visit the location, because the interaction with their sales associate, Aina, made it VERY clear I would NEVER want to do business there. Being spoken to in a dismissive and condescending manner, including statements like "if you want the car, come and get it" and "we have many customers," is unacceptable and conveyed that my business did not matter. Considering the vehicle has been listed since November 2025, one would expect a more professional and motivated approach to selling it. The vehicle also has condensation inside the headlights and they claim the car had no warning lights or issues but there is adaptive headlight malfunction error on the dashboard shown in the video they sent me. They are not honest. Professionalism matters at every stage of a transaction, whether through social media (where they advertise), in person, or over the phone. Based on that interaction alone, I chose not to proceed, and I stand by that decision. They don't care about their customers end of story.
