I wanted to let people know that they did follow up with me with a very heart felt apology and did want to let us know that they were correcting the issue that happened. I also wanted to let you know that over the last 20 years they have always been nothing but professional toward us and very caring when we had to do this in the past. We had to take our little girl (4 year old cat) in to see the doc. She wasn't eating or drinking…read moreand was lethargic. Everyone was fantastic! We thought she had hurt a hind leg and was just in pain. Doctors did X-rays and blood work. X-rays were good but the blood work showed an infection along with a fever. Docs put her on fluids for her dehydration and gave her IV antibiotics. After a couple of days in the hospital her fever was down and her blood work looked closer to normal, but she still wouldn't eat. We went out on Saturday night and spent about an hour with her trying to calm her and get her to eat. When we got there she had a petrified look and was scared to death. We were able to talk to her and pet her but still couldn't get her to eat. Doc said she might not eat there because she was so scared. We left her one more night for the fluids and antibiotic IV and a recheck of her blood work on Sunday morning. Temp was down and blood work was close to normal so we brought her home. After checking out the backyard and house she and our other cats all relaxed. She's eating and drinking like crazy now and just demanding attention. Everyone at VCA was great! From the receptionists to the technicians and doctors! Thank you for the wonderful care our little girl got! You all are fantastic!!

Do not come in this place !!! this place has no care about your dog at all! I took my golden doodle there couple of times, first one was just a shampoo and light trim, was ok, besides, the lady who is a owner , used sharped clippers on my dog and his lips was swollen for a week and red, I have told her about and warn her not to do this anymore, after second my visit my dog couldn't stop shaking his head for a week, she used harsh tools on trimming, after 3rd my appointment it was completely insane, when I asked her full body trim, she destroyed his long fur I was growing for a years, absolutely ruined his face shaped, I asked her slightly trim and do not cut much face , but trimmed years, she did opposite, like she doesn't speak English or what ? All over his body I saw patches, like something textured and removed fullness, later I took him to another groomer and they said , it's from tools she used , which chopped his hair from the roots, you don't see it right away, because it's fresh and fluffy , but 2-3 days after I noticed uneven depth into his fur and start notice uneven cut and it takes so much time to grow it back and I have told cut all over his body now to bring balance in length, horrible experience. And one thing, my dog after last appointment had throat issues, like she was choking him so hard and don't give a water or something, he was making weird nice when he was walking next to me , like something injured into his throat, month after it is gone , thx god .. GUYS, this place needs to be closed at some point , the way she treats animals... I'm not telling you how my dog was shaking when we walked in into that place, which I barely saw my well trained service dog, we never had that problem and all groomers always said how well behaved my dog and calm ! We sent email pictures everyday and stayed in touch daily. After a few days he started swelling up. Still made contact with them. They said it was fine. Then one morning he couldn't even walk on his leg. We sent videos and called them. He said he would come in the morning when it was not as hot. He said he needed different antibiotics and it to be cleaned out. They said they are learning that smz don't work on all horses. About 10 pm that night we called again and the doctor said to come get a shot of penicillin. My husband and daughter rushed over there and on returning to our house the horse was dead!! After calling and calling trying to get them to come out now my 10 year old daughter's horse is dead! 15k gone! I wish I would never called them. They sent it to their insurance which said we should have trailered our horse over there for care. We don't have a trailer that's why they were called for a house call. We are still devastated and traumatized from this whole ordeal. Please find a different vet and save your animals!

We needed somewhere reliable and appropriate for our dogs. This place is awesome. Like many others said, we came and took a tour of the facility and didn't even have to make an appointment. Everyone of the staff was amazing and Kiwi seemed to like it (she is cranky at times). We will be using these folks for a long time to come. They can also groom the dogs while they are there so our husky is going to be going real soon. Thank you Fur & Feathers!
