This place the only vet spot that could see us the earliest. We have a new 4 mos old puppy Took him to get his shots. Well at The 2nd appt we took him in bc he was really scratching at his ears. Thought I'd be an ear infection or allergies So one shot or meds and we're off. No they showed us the estimated bill $846. We said huh?!.... Then they came bk at $500+ they're a sham! Ended paying for an allergy shot and antibiotics. Paying abt $300+ *If ur gullible, they Will Milk you! Found another Vet

Download this app just to write a review. I've been going to this place for YEARS! never had a problem until now. My cat was seen about 2 months ago. He has no fleas but is itchy and won't stop scratching. I got lab works done and other stuff they offered. They gave him a shot and some flea meds. Which I told them I already had... that was their solution. The shot helped for a bit but unfortunately the itching came back, and it's not fleas since he's consistently on meds and he's indoor cat only. With no other pets in the house. Now I'm trying to get him scheduled in again. Yet they are now saying they don't do afternoon appointments. Because afternoon appointments are reserved for revisits. I explained this is a revisit and they have all the information in his chart. They said no that my cat would need a reevaluation. That can only be done in the mornings. I explained that I only have afternoons available since I work. Yet they had no accommodations. Unfortunately I have heard of this place scamming to get money out of their patients and I never felt that way until today. My chart with them goes back 6yrs! They want me to call out of work, aka lose a day of money and on top of that they want to do a "reevaluation" aka charge me bullcrap and run other unnecessary test that he most likely already took! And they have all that information in his chart. I just wish they would accommodate and help based on the Information already provided. I just know if I take him in for the "reevaluation" they're just going to do the same thing as last time. I don't have a day of work to lose just to be scammed. So disappointed.

Where do I start? We have two dogs that we take here. My five lb poodle we've taken twice now to have teeth extracted. The first time was fine, the second time she came back home and was very tender everywhere and would not allow us to touch her back for months and also had three prominent bumps on her back that eventually went away. There was no explanation from the office when questioned. My boxer we take for check ups and find out that she has hypothyroidism. Fine, we start her on the medication but every time we go to pick up the medication the prices go up every month and the amount of pills is wrong every single time so we begin ordering from 1 800 per meds. This office takes their time in approving the requests and usually by the time we get them my dog has been out of medication for a week and we have to buy directly from the vet and the pills are at least twice as expensive and like I said, the price changes every time. I get that being a veterinarian may have not been your first choice doc, but your office is staffed with half wits, you are negligent with my dogs, and overall your clinic is untrustworthy and taking my animals that cannot say what went wrong is sad enough, and for them to come home with a hurt back after a dental procedure is very concerning. Lastly, when my husband brought up our concerns and frustrations we were met with "we will not be servicing your animals here anymore". Wonderful customer service and empathy.

PROOF I'M NOT A LIAR SINCE "MANAGER" HALLE SADLY CLAIMED I WAS. STAY AWAY FROM HER AND THIS PLACE.

My initial review I referred to Brooke M. as that's the original lady who originally responded but now her name is "Marie M." I STAND BY MY ORIGINAL REVIEW.

am actively trying to make people aware of this place! Please please look for any other vet! Keep your animals far away from this place. The front desk is rude. When I called to complain. This lady asked me "what do I want her to do" I don't know. Do better. Give me back my money, stop the malpractice. That was a pretty dumb question! If you have experienced any malpractice, please report it to the board. It's a simple complaint. You can file quickly online the California veterinary board! They will investigate this place if enough people come forward and I will not stop! Even if I have to call the board every single day and ask about the investigation, I will do so! I have absolutely nothing better to be doing when it comes to the health and well-being of my pets. Until now, I will continue to share on all social media platforms report to the board every single day if I have to! no problem at all! this place has been sued in the past and has multiple instances of vets having their license revoked! I think it's time this place gets revoked for the final time and stays closed.

Just so they can't comment and say I must be "leaving a review on the wrong page" as I've seen them do with others.

Please don't bring your pets here. Last year, I experienced a horrible experience. They overcharge you and rip you off.

I called around 8:30 a.m. this morning to establish care for my two French Bulldogs and was told that they were accepting new patients but it would be a month out. The receptionist began collecting my information to create patient charts, discussed scheduling appointments for June, and was in the process of preparing the required $40 per pet appointment hold fee when the call was disconnected. When I called back later, a different receptionist informed me that the clinic was not accepting new patients and that I would not be able to establish care there. When I explained that another staff member had literally begun the intake process and was preparing to collect payment for appointments, I was simply told, "I don't know, but we're not taking new patients." The complete lack of communication and consistency was incredibly frustrating. Based on the glowing reviews, I expected a much more professional and organized experience. While I cannot speak to the quality of the veterinary care itself, the customer service and handling of front-office communication left a very poor first impression.

If you are looking for a vet center, as much as I'd like to gatekeep them, this is the place to be. Highly recommend them!

A Truly Exceptional Dog Daycare!…read more Intro: We have been taking Maximus (Pomeranian mix) to Dogtopia for over 3 months and we can't say enough great things about Dogtopia! From the moment we walked in, I knew Maximus was in good hands. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about every dog that comes through the door. They take the time to learn each dog's personality and make sure they feel comfortable, included, and engaged. They treat Maximus like family, and it shows in how excited he is to come back. Story: Before Dogtopia, my sister and I would take Maximus to the dog park where he would get scared and attacked by big dogs. So when my sister heard about them on Instagram, she convinced me to take a tour of the facility. Overall, the facility was great and massive. I had doubts at first but the staff, Mr. Giesick and Jensen, were able to answer all of our questions so we decided to enroll Maximus. Health (Vaccination): They take safety seriously, so every dog is evaluated before joining playgroups, and they make sure all vaccinations are up to date. That level of care gives me total peace of mind. Cleanliness: Their commitment to cleanliness is outstanding. The staff is constantly cleaning the floors, promptly picking up any poop, mopping up the pee, and wiping down the crates to keep everything fresh and sanitary. It's clear they work hard to maintain a healthy, comfortable environment for all the dogs. Schedule: They also follow a great daily schedule that keeps the dogs happy and well-balanced. From Monday through Fridays: 7am-12pm, it's all playtime; 12pm-2pm is lunch and nap time so the pups can rest and recharge; then from 2pm-7pm, it's back to playtime until closing. It's a perfect routine that helps Maximus stay active but also gives him the downtime he needs. Cameras: One of my favorite features are the cameras. They let me peek into the playroom throughout the day to see how Maximus is doing. It's such a comfort to watch him having fun, playing with other dogs, and getting all his energy out in a safe, supervised environment. I notice he loves sitting on the orange steps in the toy room and sometimes likes to play with Dixie, Honey, Bruno and Charlie. App: We can view the cameras through their dogtopia app, and the login process is simple and quick with no hassle at all. On the app, we can also update Maximus's daycare schedule, add bath time, or even schedule an overnight stay for an additional cost, which is perfect for when we travel and our fur baby can't come with us. Being able to manage everything so easily is incredible. Staff: The staff deserves a special shout-out. Jensen is bubbly, sweet, and always greets Maximus with genuine enthusiasm. Quinn is incredibly kind and has a calm presence that puts both dogs and owners at ease. Some mornings, Mr. Giesick greets us with a wave and a warm smile, he's always happy to take Maximus. They always tell us what a good boy he is when we pick him up, and that means so much. Their dedication and positivity make all the difference. Rooms: The facility is clean, safe, and full of fun activities that keep the dogs active and happy throughout the day. I love that they separate playgroups by size and temperament, it gives me peace of mind knowing Maximus is playing with well-matched buddies. The three dedicated rooms are Toy, Romper, and Gym. Each designed for different sizes and play styles of dogs. Maximus is a small Pomeranian so he is in the Toy room surrounded by compatible playmates, which makes his experience even better. They also make sure each room has two bowls of fresh water, so the dogs can stay hydrated throughout the day. Instagram: The regular updates and photos on Instagram are a huge bonus and always brighten my day! They even gave us a report card for Maximus, which was such a thoughtful touch. It highlighted how he played, who he made friends with, and how he behaved. Something every dog parent appreciates. Summary: Maximus comes home tired, happy, and excited to go back every single time. Finding a place you can trust with your furry family member is priceless, and this daycare delivers above and beyond. If you're looking for a daycare where your dog will be loved, carefully monitored, and cared for in an exceptionally clean and well-structured environment, this is the place. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and fun environment for their dog!

My pup Kevin Costner LOVES going daily. He's making friends with the other pups and staff and it's really helped him calm down around my cats at home. I could go on forever about how rad this spot is, but you'll have to check it out for yourself! Kevins got the weekly membership and they got so many great services that you can request. This is worth the investment and will give your pup a safe and fun space to play. They also have video cameras so you can see what the pups are getting into, so fun.
