I would give ZERO stars if I could! I've given this place three chances, and each time the experience has gotten worse. The last two times were particularly bad! On my most recent visit, I brought in a beautiful white blazer for dry cleaning and two more blazers for a simple tailoring request--a small slit in the back of each jacket. When I returned to pick up the white blazer that was being dry cleaned, it was no longer white but a faded washed out blueish white. It looked like someone mopped floors with it. The man working there, Tuong, blamed the discoloration on the blazer from the blazer being "old", which was absurd since it was in perfect condition with only a minor makeup stain on the shoulder when I dropped it off to him. I left it there, told him to trash it, and he didn't charge me for the ruined dry cleaning. Despite this, I had already given him the two blazers for tailoring thinking it's only simply tailoring (4 inch slit in the bottom center of the back of the blazer) "what could go wrong". When I came back to pick them up, he tried to charge me without having done any work! NO TAILORING WAS MADE TO THE JACKETS. When I pointed this out, he rudely snatched the jackets from me and told me to return tomorrow. His aggressive and rude attitude was unacceptable. When I decided to take my business elsewhere and asked for my jackets back, he threw them onto the table towards me. Upon closer inspection at home, I found one of the blazers looked worn and stained, with both jackets missing their brand new tags!!!!! Tuong's service is disgustingly rude, and the quality of work is the worst I have ever encountered in my adult life. Avoid this place at all costs! read more

I'm so glad that I stumbled upon TP Tailor. I had to have a few pairs of pants tailored. When I walked in, I didn't expect the dry cleaners to be as large as it was. The racks were filled with clothes which made me feel comfortable because that means that he has a lot of business come through. I tried on my pants and I asked him to hem my pants to a point that I would be able to wear heels and flats. I work in commercial real estate so having those options help from being in an office meeting to showing properties. My pants were hemmed to perfection! Love this place! The owner is always so kind, greeting you as you enter. He is very professional & has done tailoring for the football player, Cam Newton. I've always had a great experience here even when the other guy is covering the shop. I primarily use the dry cleaning service for my clothes, but have also gotten some pants taken up as well. The service I received from TP Tailor was superb. TP is a wonderful young man with many years of experience having worked as a tailor at both Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus before opening his own service location. He expertly guides you through the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. When I took my 3 vintage Ralph Lauren over-sized cable knit Polo Bear sweaters in to be taken-in, the fitting process really ensured a perfect end result. On the big day the sweaters looked great and I had many positive comments - I would certainly use TP Tailor & Dry Clean in South Fulton, Georgia again in the future. read more

I came in after calling to make sure they would still be open. Got there 15 minutes before they closed and the man was clearly ready to go. He didn't give me a chance to explain what I was trying to get done and was so much in a rush he was poking me with the pins as he was fitting the dress for me. I work in customer service so I GET IT.... and try to give everyone a chance. But he was rude and nasty for no reason. When I was trying to explain to him the way my mother and I figured out how the dress could be altered he said "well go have your mother do it." PLEASE DON'T go there! Horrible treatment. read more

BEYOND Rude! I left my stuff here to get cleaned and noticed he closed at 6pm. I arrived at 5:55pm and he had already closed...so I walked around the back to see if maybe he was in the back and he was gone. I called the next day and I understand sometimes business need to close slightly early and all he did was scream at me when I asked him about closing early and he said "it's his business he can do whatever he wants" and hung up on me. Truong is a little guy but he is the best at what he does. He has a gift for tailoring. He has hemmed my pants, and dresses perfectly. I also recently had my wedding dress cleaned there. We have our dry cleaning done every month and can expect our clothes to be done in a very timely manner. He has also done work for celebrities and professional athletes in the Atlanta area. I was so happy to find a tailor in the neighborhood! Before Truong arrived, I would have to go into town to find a decent tailor, but never again! He is the nicest man and always greets me with a smile, so it's a pleasure doing business with him. His work is phenomenal and of the highest quality. Agree friendly guy! But work was not on time as promised and pants were made too long even though he measured them. Contrary to the prior reviewer who sounds like a friend promoting his business. This is the real review. Be aware the hemming came apart very quickly- on several garments-- as if it was NOT fixed right, I probably could have done a better job myself, but who has the time. He fixed it again for free and then it came apart still twice; either cheap thread or not sewn right ! Who wants that?? My wife had to bring the stuff back to him. Unless you do not care about the quality of the work or have unlimited time, go elsewhere to someone who knows how to sew. read more
