Not only did they get that done quickly, but they also checked my tires, and the whole visit took about 40 minutes -- even with them having to go grab the parts. The best surprise? Not to long ago I had went in and was quoted as a whole with a part that was on the way, they even made the appointment past the day of arrival for the part due to I was quoted also for that part being put on. I get there after all day of not having my truck and I noticed the people working there, where now acting weird, i immediately felt the vibe, so I decided to ask what's wrong with my car? The lady said her boyfriend would be right in to talk to me (in the office) whose name is James. Then I was like "well now I'm worried, I felt it when I walked in, like what's going on?" She immediately gave me attitude for wanting to know right then and there and with a crabby attitude proceeded to tell me "well the part u ordered couldn't be put on due to a pieace I could have went and got" like literally told me "I could have went and got" and it was a major thing I needed done the original reason I was even there! I even asked why I wasn't called I could have easily went and got that pieace who I turns out was a tiny gasket that's it! I got no answer and was walked out, left there wondering what the price would be now? Should be cheaper right? NOPE WAS $100 MORE!!!! AND I had to make another appointment on top of that and pay $200 MORE FOR THE WHOLE REASON I JUST BLEW $800 MORE there. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The live band and party the owners put on was really nice. However, the site we reserved was rented out (there was a particular reason for reserving that site) so they placed us elsewhere. Would've been ok, but, we were next to long term campers that were not maintained and all of their stuff was strung out. We stayed there for 4 days and no one showed up. The grass was overgrown underneath their rig, allowing mice but they were kept at bay by the snakes we found slithering in the tall grass under the camper. The service truck that those neighbors had was parked in the roadway and on our site which made parking, pulling in, and pulling out difficult. Again, it too didn't move so thankfully the campsite was cleared out by the time we left. The campground is also on a slope and the way that the sites are positioned, septic lines will be dumping uphill. This won't be a problem if your dump station is in the front of your RV. Access to the river is limited unless you're of the mindset of no campsite etiquette, which there was plenty of (not the fault really of the owner). There are, however, DEC access points to fish the Salmon relatively nearby which was nice. If this was a $25-30/nite site then ok, whatever, but it's not.
