The office personnel in this office are the WORST EVER. Rude and not organized. Both my husband and I were given written appointment sheets for a certain date for a virtual appointment and when they did not initiate the call, we had to call them. They insisted that the computer said a different date even when WE HAD THE WRITTEN APPOINTMENT IN HAND. Like we were the confused and stupid ones. No apology for their ineptitude. I go to Joyce Danter at Radford & Associates and she is just wonderful! It took me a while to find a doctor that I liked in Dallas, and I finally found one! She is personable and helpful and is always available. However... her office NEVER answers my calls. When I need to refill a prescription, they never answer. I would call once every couple of days for 3 weeks, leave messages, and nobody ever returned my calls. Until I went in person and talked to them. I have since changed doctors. read more

I called to set an appointment and the staff was very rude. She said she called and left a message however I never received a call. I was also told that it would take a week to get swabbed for strep and get the results back. There is no way that's true, they can get results within minutes. If you're looking for a doctor in the DFW area, keep looking!! read more

My visit with Traci Redford was great - she read the paperwork in advance. I really like her as a doctor, although I think she could be a little more personally engaged (instead of typing notes in the system during the entire visit). I've been going to Dr. Radford for years and love her. At one point, I had to leave her because of an insurance change. The moment my insurance changed again, I went back to her. She's not quick to prescribe a drug when diet, lifestyle or supplements could be the answer. Really appreciate that. She is always prepared and has pre-reviewed my charts before I arrive. She cares. Listens. And is easy to communicate with. Highly recommend her. (I saw earlier reviews about the front staff being rude. That was once the case, but she's corrected it -- that I've seen/felt.) read more

After coming here for several years, I have left and will never come back. I was completely betrayed by this staff. Every year they change labs and every year it's an issue. Usually nothing major, but the last time I got a bill for $1200 for routine annual bloodwork. Apparently, it was because the doctor was ordering drug tests to be done on all patients WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT!! When I tried to get to the bottom of what was going on the doctor wouldn't talk to me, the front desk wouldn't help me, and their billing manager basically gave me the metaphorical middle finger for even inquiring. My insurance company and I left several messages trying to figure out what was going on. It wasn't until my insurance company sent the claim to their fraud dept that the CEO finally "took care" of the bill. This issue took over 2 months, dozens of calls, me showing up in person, and the claim being sent to the Insurance's fraudulent department for it to get resolved. Highly recommend you stay far away from here. read more

Run don't walk from this place. If you want the bare minimum service at maximum costs to you and lots of upsell, this is the place to go. Otherwise, I managed through it for almost 20 years while young and mostly healthy but there is no patient consideration despite years of going there. The main desk receptionist has attitude and lacks communication skills. I've fought the badly run organization too long and have changed doctors. I had forgotten what it feels like to have a doctor team that I now have. Just wanted to warn any considering that there are definitely better alternatives. read more

Poor medical practice with abominable customer service. Spare yourself. There are many wonderful and competent doctors and practices out there that actually return phone calls, are sensitive to patients' privacy and actually care about the customer service they provide. I got new insurance this year with the healthcare marketplace. I checked with the insurance company and Dr. Radford accepted my plan. I then called her office and was told she was accepting no new patients but I could see her P.A. so I made an appointment for the second week of January. I had to change my appointment to a later date so I could have her changed as my P.C.P. and wait for a new insurance card. The new appointment was for February 6th. I called at the end of January to ask some questions about how much my office visit would be and was told someone would get back with me...they never did so I called back on February 4th to check on the information. I was placed on hold and when the young lady got back on the line she informed me they had just decided not to take any new patients with my insurance plan. I asked her " if I had not called when would you have told me this"? She said they check insurance status 24 hrs. before an appointment and they would have told me then. So to recap...after over a month of staying in touch and jumping through hoops to change her to my P.C.P. they refused to honor my appointment. I am astounded by the blatant un- professionalism and the clearly prejudicial stance they have taken over "Obama-care" insured patients. Don't sign up to be on the plan if you don't intend to take it. I believe that doctors must get something for signing up to accept the plan...whether compensatory or something akin to it. To be able to then recend that acceptance is unconscionable. I am tired of being treated as less-than because I am insured through the marketplace. You should be ashamed of yourselves as upholders of the Hypocratic Oath. read more

I had a terrible experience with this office. Dr. Radford is nice enough, however, I only saw her one time. All other follow up calls were done by her nurse. Phone calls were not returned timely, her nurse told me to "split" a pill if I thought they may have prescribed too high a dosage. It was ridiculous. I will never go back. I was one session into my BioTE hormone replacement therapy, but I will find another doctor to continue this with. read more

Dr Radford has been my doctor for over 10 years. She actually listens and really cares. Her medical assistants are great as well as Joyce. The reception staff is frustrating but worth pushing through to get to a great doctor. read more

I saw Dr. Radford for the first time, yesterday. I'm so pleased! I just moved to Dallas from Atlanta and was in a hurry to find a new internist. The business office staff was pleasant and organized. The nurses were sweet and funny. Making an appointment was easy and I got in quickly. There is paperwork to complete and it is due 48 hours prior to the first appointment. This is very important because Dr. Radford reviews your health history in advance of your appointment. So when she walks in to the examining room, she knows quite a bit about you already. I also brought in notes from my previous internist and she examined them closely. She is very professional and listens carefully. I'm so thankful for Yelp for matching me with a great doctor! read more

This was the worst Dr. Office I've ever been to. The Doctor was extremely unprofessional and had horrible bed side manners. She came in with baggy jeans and a tank top...not very professional looking. She did not make me feel comfortable either, she had horrible communication skills. She kept on interrupting me, kept on trying to sell me vitamins, etc. I needed a prescription refilled that I've been on. Well either her or her incredibly rude nurse called it in wrong....twice! I called several times regarding it, and neither of them called me back. They were incredibly unresponsive, and when I finally did reach her nurse, her nurse was extremely rude and not friendly. I never got my prescription correctly refilled through them. I had to go get established by another Dr. Office. Also- I requested blood work, and she told me they would get my lab results to me within a week. NO ONE told me about how they post results on an online profile. I finally called asking for my results, and they were like "oh, you didn't get the e-mail with the pin number to log in and see it?" No I did not! My previous Dr always called and spoke with me about my results. Online is fine, but no one told me this was the case. She said she'd call me. Whatever - I finally log in to see my results, and I'm not a freaking Dr. I finally saw my results and had no idea what it meant. I called back wanting to have someone explain my results, since you know - I paid for it all, I'd like to know that's the whole reason I went. Never called me back...I went through all this unprofessional, rude, unresponsive, uncomfortable crap with this lousy office and staff, and never even got what I went in for...I still don't understand my results even though I finally did get them, and my prescription issue never got resolved. I found a new Dr. But Traci Radford And associates was a horrible experience. I don't recommend it at all. I'll never go back. read more

Most unprofessional office in Dallas. Her business/office manager, Edward, is the rudest person I've spoken with in ages. They cancelled my appointment 5 hours before by having a receptionist call and say Edward would call me in the afternoon, apparently he was working his other job this morning because he does come in until 3 pm. Told me there was a legal conflict of interest, wouldn't explain and told me to call my former employer. I hadn't been to Dr. Radford in 4 years, nor had I worked for that employer for 4 years. I informed him that I had that appointment for almost 2 weeks and thought the last minute cancel without adequate explanation was unprofessional and if I'd done that they would bill me $25 for the cancelled appointment. Edward told me to quit being elementary and that if I were in a car wreck 30 minutes before my appointment they'd be understanding and besides the receptionist was new and didn't look at my chart. Big difference in circumstances and time! Would not recommend this practice at all. Just think, if the office manager acts like this, and passes the buck off to the receptionist what kind of care are you really going to get. Who's going to get blamed, the nurse, the receptionist. I'm sending them an invoice for my co-pay, not that they will pay it, just the point of it. Run and run fast from this obvious sinking practice! read more
