DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY Extremely Disappointed with This Service…read more This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've ever had. I paid over $3,000 expecting real support with job applications and networking but instead, I was left doing everything myself. They kept giving me tasks: build your LinkedIn, grow your network, search for jobs. But no one was actually helping me. I was told what to do, not supported. I had to look for jobs myself, send them the links, and then wait and even then, they were often late to apply, and I lost real opportunities because of it. The worst part? After I got no results! They later told me the networking service "hasn't started yet." After I did all the work and followed everything they said they still said it hasn't started, but they charged me anyway. And when I finally canceled, they refunded only $750, which doesn't even come close to what I paid. Yes, the resume writing was solid. But let's be honest: that's the bare minimum when someone pays thousands. What followed was a total lack of support, slow communication, and a feeling that I was completely on my own. I thought I'd be treated with care and integrity, and instead I feel scammed. I don't recommend this to anyone. I'm walking away with no interviews, no support, and a huge regret.

I started with Emplicity 2 years ago , the start was rocky but we gave it a try to make it easier on my employees to get direct deposit etc. During an audit from my accountant, we realized that the FUTA and SUTA calculated by Emplicity was incorrect. They Overcharged me by more than $120,000 As you can imagine this was very shocking , I hired a PEO company to make a sure all the calculations were accurate and help with payroll and this is what I ended up with. Not to mention , to date I have not heard anything for Vic, the owner of the company or anyone else explaining why there was a miscalculation , or if the money was even sent to the proper tax authority. It's become apparent that the money was sitting in their account, as after I brought it to their attention they quickly sent a check to me without having to deal with the hoops it would take to get the funds back from the tax authorities. After inquiring about the miscalculations and asking for evidence that the funds were in fact submitted to the proper tax authorities they terminated my contract! JUST LIKE THAT! No consideration to the fact that it's the holiday season, which makes finding another payroll company more difficult. The expense it takes to begin again with another company and the burden this places on my employees and other damages. I don't know how many other companies were affected by this little "miscalculation" of theirs but I would urge you to stay vigilant.
