I visit this store almost every week to get feed for the flock and occasionally bring my pup. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful and I love to look at the baby chicks and ducks when it's the season. I shop for duck, wild bird, cat and dog food and they always have a large selection and my preferred brands. I also enjoy looking at all the seasonal items and have made a fair share of impulse buys. If you are a frequent shopper they have a rewards program and I have received several bonuses using it which is a nice kickback. My pup would like to add that she loves it when the cashier gives her a treat. read more

Very good place to go to for what you need. Staff is friendly, but I will say some know quite less about the items in the store than others so it helps to do your own research before entering. The clothing section is very good, much better than something Cabellos provide. Overall good place. read more

This is a good example of what a 2020 company is. Drove 35 minutes to this place in the pouring rain because I ordered eye drops for my cat that has a bad eye infection. Get inside the store, give them my order number. They take 10 minutes to look everywhere. They came back to me and said they cancelled my order 10 mins ago because they don't have my item in stock because IT GETS STOLEN ALL THE TIME. What a waste of time. And if the item gets stolen, YOU WOULD THINK SOMEONE WOULD USE THERE BRAIN TO PUT IT IN THE BACK SO IT DOESNT GETS STOLEN BUT NOOOOOOOO. This was a busy Memorial Day weekend, everyone racing around, people crazy like animals being let out of their COVID cages. I stopped in to fill my BBQ tank with propane because Tractor Sipply has the best propane prices & as the cashier rang up my $13 propane fee, my worst nightmare....the words INSUFFICIENT FUNDS came across the bank card machine! I knew I had made a deposit the day before so rayher than panic,, I said 'Let me call my bank.' Then realizing it was a holiday weekend, I went out to my car & grabbed my phone, tried looking at my account to see if there was a FRAUD alert. The bank (which shall remain un-named) was not cooperating. Every time I tried to get online to look at my account the screen locked up, spinning circles...., you know what I mean! After several minutes of getting nowhere I looked up & there was a store clerk standing next to my car. BUSTED! I thought. I could see myself trying to explain this to the store Manager who BTW was named Jackson. Instead I was pleasantly surprised to hear the clerk say, 'Miss, we understand it's a busy weekend & the bank systems are probably on overload. My Manager says no worries. We will just write your propane tank fill off... as a Promo. How awesome is that? Thank you Jackson! Now THATS good customer service. I will be patronizing Tractor Supply again soon. We bought a new tow behind tractor tiller from the Arlington store. When we got it home the drive line was too long. Dave Harrington brought the shortest drive line he could get up to our place. So I went into the smokie point branch on a Friday evening and came across an ingersol&rand compressor they had that was on sale from $1,500 down to $700 because it had bent a pulley during transport. I asked the gal if I could put it on hold for a couple of days while I did some research to see if it was worth buying and fixing.She said no problem and wrote my name down on a hold ticket and we went and placed it on the unit.By Saturday I decided it was worth it so I set out clearing some space in my garage and gathering the electrical equipment I would need for the install. Then Sunday around 1:30,about a day and a half later I went to pick it up only to find it was gone. I found the same gal and asked where the compressor was. She just looked at me flat with no nothing on her face and said I "I sold it," isaid ur kidding me right and with the same blank emotionless face said"no". No explanation or nothing. I was furious so I left befor I caused a scene. I waited an hour or so to calm down and then called to speak to someone. The same gal answered the phone and I asked to speak to a manager. A gentleman named Dave got on the phone and I could tell from then that this was going to go nowhere bit I decided to tell Dave my story anyway. He had obviously already been briefed about the incident. And had a very condescending tone and attitude about him and all he had to say was a little condescending chuckle and"look it was a clearance item and somebody else bought it,what fo u want me to fo about it". I said how about stick to your guys word and he started to interrupt me that it wasn't his word. So I interrupted him right back and told him thanks for nothing and handling the situation exactly like I figured he would. So basically long story short I shopped in this story on the average of I'd say once a week and I can say without a doubt they will never see another penny from me and I will be sure to tell EVERYONE I know how they like to treat there customers. Very impressed with the prices, great prices and great selection. I now go there before head to the hardware store, the trailer supply store or the pet store and usually have what I need. One employee told me if they don't have it they can get it in for me also. I was checking out today and the coupon I had was not working for the denim overalls I wanted and I was ok with it but the clerk went out of her way to make sure I got the discount. Probably the worst customer service in Marysville, which is a bold statement as customer service in Marysvilke is overall horrendous. Ordered online because the web says the Arlington store doesn't stock what I want. Went in today to pick up my order, waited a good 10 minutes AFTER assistance was requested to the CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE counter. I go find my items, then go get a cart to out them in, toss them in the cart and head for the front. I ask the girl at the front if I can leave and she tells me I need to sign for them to prove I picked them up. Not a problem, but I told her I've been waiting for 10 + minutes already and need to go. Well, the assistance fellow shows up and takes another 10 minutes trying to find the order in the computer. Patience is already shot at this point, but I keep it together. Assistance fellow finally finds the order and prints the paper to sign, and it's printed on name tag stickers or something similar. Not once, but twice this happens. Let me sign the sticker page and y'all can figure it out later, because I need to GO! Not happening. After 30 minutes of waiting, I get to sign for my already paid for shit and can leave. What did I learn? Buy from Amazon next time, less aggravating. TSC is expensive and has crappy customer service, though the girl at the front on the register was quick, polite and willing to help. read more

The guy said he would get them then had a ADD moment and decided to help someone else and play with a dog. We asked again and he was surprised that we didn't have them (hello we are waiting for you). The store is fine. Plenty of outdoor supplies. Customer service Needs Help! HORRIBLE! I had a simple return With my receipt. I paid with debit card. I do not return items often and never at this store. I was told the amount would be put back on card. I thought it was odd for a DEBIT not credit card? So the Very polite clerk said he would get a manager to explain. Patty an older women came up and said, Its our policy, She was SO Rude. I said I thought it was odd, I don't know. it was fine put it on my card. But why are you being SO rude to me? She stepped out between the registers and said What nobody else has a problem with the way I am talking? and then smirked. I was Shocked and embarrassed. Then the customer behind me said I was holding him up. I said I just want to leave. As I was leaving Patty found her way to the customer behind me to apologize. Why because I had a question was I treated So rudely? I had a receipt, I was not out to get anything from the store I just did not know their return policy. Worst customer service ever. I own 2 agricultural businesses, I'm a local farmer and beekeeper, and I will never go in this store again. After being yelled at by an employee for literally wanting to shop 10 minutes before close, getting bullied, having her point in my face, yell at my husband, and tell me I had 5 minutes to get what I wanted and go I will not be in again. I contacted the corporate office, district manager, and local manager and nothing was done. If I'm being verbally assaulted and feeling threatened it apparently warrants a slap on the wrist, and no repercussions. The employee Patti is still a lead, still rude, still ruining business for this location. And it's worth it to them. My customer loyalty means nothing to them. They do not care about their customers. They couldn't care less in fact. After not receiving a call back for an update on the matter (AGAIN) I called the manager, he didn't even remember who I was or why i was calling. After a reminder he said, oh right! And asked me what product I was looking for. This place is a disgrace. Wish I was a valued customer, but no my thousands of dollars spent mean literally nothing to this establishment. Will not be back. This store doesn't even deserve 1 star. read more
