It has now been over two months, and Hugo Boss has effectively kept my money. We're talking about nearly $3,000 just gone. This isn't a mistake anymore; it feels like theft. When I called customer service, someone with very broken English answered, offered zero help, and refused to transfer me to a manager. I also submitted a support ticket four days ago, and the only response I got was, "Please wait five business days." Seriously? You've had my returns for months, and that's your answer? I was asking them if there's any backup cloth in their storage room, one staff asked another staff to check and we were left waiting there for almost 5 minutes. Turned out they both thought others will inform us that they don't have any backup. Also to avoid any awkwardness and to respect your customers, staff should always carefully check or ask if there's anyone in the fitting room before open the curtain and found out there's someone in there.
