When I called customer service, someone with very broken English answered, offered zero help, and refused to transfer me to a manager. I was asking them if there's any backup cloth in their storage room, one staff asked another staff to check and we were left waiting there for almost 5 minutes. Turned out they both thought others will inform us that they don't have any backup. Also to avoid any awkwardness and to respect your customers, staff should always carefully check or ask if there's anyone in the fitting room before open the curtain and found out there's someone in there.
