I like this store just because it has so much to offer here. I've noticed that they have great prices on dog food and lots of toys for all your animals. The only complaint I have is there so much stuff in the isles it's kinda hard to walk around the store without bumping into things. Great selection of garden tools and seeds as well. read more

I never thought I would be stepping foot in a "tractor supply" business haha. I'm a California beach girl, now living in Arkansas (which I love living here). I had some friends mention to me that they sell high quality dog food that is inexpensive. So, to the tractor supple store I went.... LOCATION/PARKING: Located off of Walton just north of "rainbow curve". They have their own parking lot out front with plenty of parking. PRODUCTS: They have all sorts of products, such as products for: dogs, horses, farms, gardening, fencing, and much more. They also had some decor and kids toys. I went for the dog food and was impressed with the high quality brands they had and at their relatively inexpensive prices, compared to Petco and even Walmart. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Overall, it was good, nothing fancy. The only person I interacted with was at the check out cashier and she was friendly. read more

I called today and was put on hold. Not a bad situation...It happens a lot. The difference is the music played while on hold with the Bentonville, Arkansas store was so grating and terrible that I ended up hanging up! I made my purchase at my second choice store. Well i have been a long time shopper of this store,,,,And im done,first it was some molded feed that madey animals sick,.then yesterday it was below zero outside,and they had attitude when i ask why they were out of propane, only 3 bales of hay and the feed truck "hasent shown up",,,im done me and my animals deserve better,i usually drop 3 to 6 hundred each week there,DONE read more

Inadequate staffing on a busy Saturday in the spring busy season season created a long line and wait times with inly a single register open. And when a female customer asked for help loading, was told she would need to request a male volunteer from the line to help her. The management team at the Bentonville Store needs to get engaged and lead from the front. read more

Tractor supply is a good place to buy stuff for a farm or trailer. Lots of misc. items like dog food and blacktop. Also toys and clothes. easy in and easy out for the most part, but few options on a lot of stuff. read more

I frequent TSC in many cities/states. They are pretty decent value. Just moved here, so I go to buy what I always do there. Service is ok. Then, my husband bought a small trailer there. NOT ok. He had some issues with it, and it turned out they did not provide him with proper paperwork to license it, among a few choice other things. The store manger was not accommodating and my husband had to argue his point many times before his issue was settled. Now when I go in there to shop, I'm not looked at the same any longer. I wish I could go to another store, but it's over 30 minute drive one way to do so. And yes, lines are long, never more than one cashier. Never carts either. Have to look through the store to get one. Looking around to find my supplies elsewhere locally. read more
