I quite literally saw a person tossing a hamster with no interjections from the staff and I saw a handful of people crowing the birds- all of them were reaching their hands into their enclosure. I'm not sure how this glorified puppy mill is still In business but it's absolutely appalling, don't support this business, consider a local shelter or ethical breeder instead!
