I just used the Pet Wash station. It was amazing. It had towels, a dryer, grooming table and shampoos of all kinds. I did not find the apron and I sure could have used it. My 7 month old Aussie Labradoodle really put me through my paces. Getting any photos was not happening as I had to have one hand on her at all times to keep her still. Dave and I love going to Tractor Supply. So does Freckles and somebody always has a treat ready for her! Yesterday we took Freckles for a bath. Maybe Dave had one too, because he refused to wear the special apron that would keep him dry. Moo was being her stubborn self, refusing to walk into the tub willingly. I call it the gang plank! Once she's in, she really enjoys being washed with all the lovely shampoos they offer. But rinsing her off and drying her with the blower is always a challenge. First we use the towels then the hair dryer. She's ready to escape and jump out if she had a chance. The $9.99 fee includes, washing. drying, and there are nail clippers and brushes to use too! Well Freckles looked and smelled wonderful when she was done. The white part of her coat looked really clean! Moo had no problem walking down the gang plank when we were ready to go! We then went down all the aisles and bought some Suet for the birds in our backyard! Thank you Tractor Supply for making it so easy to wash Freckles ( aka Moo!)! read more

Purchased a pair of Ridge Cut work shoes on Feb 9, 2025. recently the heal on the inside of the shoe began breaking down and exposing the foam. I went in and spoke with the clerk who called her manager up to the counter. I spoke with Chris, he refused to do anything stating it was past the 30 days return time. He then proceeded to tell me that some stores only return items up to 72 hours. Just wanted to make consumers aware that TSC doesn't stand behind there products they sell. read more

Today was their soft opening. Everything is fresh and tidy. Their location along SW Pine Island Road is conveniently located within our stomping grounds. They carry things your might need for pets or livestock, along with other gear you might need for gardening, grilling or simply spending time outside. We came looking for seeds or seedlings because I suddenly decided I wanted to grow things to eat. I blame being at home a lot more because this isn't something I've attempted before. It will be a grand adventure or a complete disaster - only time will tell. We found an area with planting gear but came up empty on the seeds. A very helpful staff member let us know that they had not yet arrived. They hope to have both the seeds and seedlings next Saturday for their Grand Opening, along with other things to finish stocking the last portion of store space. And the stop was a success because I walked out with a pretty blue watering can. read more

Stopped in to look at the garden center. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of products in the store. Unfortunately, the next surprise was NOT pleasant... 90% of the plants in the garden center were dead or dying. They looked like they hadn't been watered in a long time. The garden center is covered and does not get rain. I told an employee and her response was "yep". That's it, just "yep". How hard is it to water plants? read more

Love that I can take my Dogs for baths at our local tractor supply here in Cape Coral. It was fabulous they had everything we needed except I brought a washcloth and wash your face and ears. They have towels forced air to get all the water out of their coats they are so clean and shiny. Thank you for coming to the the hood ! North west Cape!!! Wow, amazing, unbelievable...Only a few words to preface the best customer service experience I have EVER had in my 25ish years of being a consumer! I stopped by this store for what was supposed to be a quick in-and-out for a few things, but upon returning back to my truck-found it dead as can be. The employees must have overheard my phone conversation with a friend, as they initiated conversation and offered to help and try and jump my vehicle. After a long attempt, the employee (I do not recall her name, but she had a red truck) and I both knew jumping would not work. I decided to stop trying and purchase a new battery from inside. After I went in and selected a new battery to put in, I looked for a few tools to swap them out. Employee Aimee walked by, and upon realizing my dilemma, kindly went and grabbed tools from the back, followed by some time spent in the parking lot trying our best to get my old battery off (pic for reference for difficulty). Fast forward a bit and myself, Aimee, and now asst. manager Ryan are in the parking lot working on my(strangely rigged) old battery. Something with my old battery was not functional with the new battery (something from old mechanic, not TSC), and the specialty part was not something TSC sold. Leave it to Ryan to head back into the store (it is raining at this point), and find the perfect part (Marine grade) to fix the missing piece problem-perfectly may I add. I am not sure of the exact time that passed during this, but it was enough for the frozen food items in my car to be fully defrosted... Of which the entire time I had the generous assistance of Aimee and Ryan. I tried to get them to take some cash, offered to buy them beer, a cold beverage from inside the store (we are all sweating at this point)...They would not take a penny, "No worries", "It's no big deal", "Just working". So, not only did TSC employees initiate our 1st chat and help attempt a jump, they then offered tools to remove the battery, replace it (not a simple battery replacement), and would not take anything but a thank you for all of their effort. Wow. This experience led me to try and get any and all supplies I may need from TSC, rather than other stores I frequented such as Home Depot or Lowes. Being a homeowner on 4 acres with nearly 100 animals, I have always been a patron of your stores- since this dead battery, I will go out of my way to go to TSC Cape Coral. Besides being extremely helpful, they were efficient with their tools and knew about the products we were using. All the way around fantastic experience. Quick side note: the store is always clean and well organized, I love this place! read more
