Customer service is on point smooth reception easy thing's to find very happy with expertise

Went here for landscape rocks/mulch... Gardening section is terrible. Plants dying and trees look sick. Need to go back to Depot or Lowe's.

Ive been coming to this store since opening. Buying supplies and other large items . Everyone was always nice and helpful except for today .It started because Diane needed change trying to get it from the other girl , she was counting it and Diane was yelling at her while she was counting saying we have customers.Trying to trip her up from counting it or not counting it at all .Yelling and acting so rude . The cashier named Diane continued verbally abusing the other cashier the tall young lady. Telling her she wanted to hit her . I said to Diane thats not professional to talk to someone like that . You shouldn't talk to her like that . She was very aggressive yelling and with a fighting stance said to me shut up and mind your own business to me . I was with my daughter we both moved out of her line to the poor sweet girls line . This woman should be fired she will eventually mouth off to the wrong person. The other girl could sue tractor supply for workplace harassment as well . I was upset after leaving and will not go there again until she is fired.Completely unacceptable unprofessional and trashy! read more

4 times they have tried to take money out of my bank account and i have no idea why. Tractor Supply is a connected to them ( YELP) Not sure why. Why do they keep charging me when i haven't bought anything from them?? They finally sent my one order and that is all i have bought from them. I will be closing my account for sure. Several times having the same issue, no propane available one or two days prior a mayor hurricane coming this way. The manager needs to be replaced, fired, very disappointed. This is unacceptable and corporate needs to be aware of these issues, when we need it the most. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTING I ordered a lawn cart to attach to my mower. I placed the order but didn't receive the item for 10 days AND it was missing the packets that had all the nuts, bolts, etc. Not 1. I called the distributor on Monday morning, as I needed this item to do some landscaping after Ian. Well, it's been 12 days and no screws. I had to go to Home Depot and spend $50.00 on the screws, etc. However, I posted this exact information and Tractor Supply has rejected it and will not print my concerns. How messed up is this? We were so glad to see a TSC pop up near us in North Fort Myers! Great selection of livestock and agricultural supplies - essentially anything you'd need for raising livestock, maintaining a ranch or farm, gardening, even grilling and domestic pet products. Oh I came in with my friends right to tractor supply and I wanted to buy baby chicks and I was of age for them to and they were being rude as fuck and they were making no excuse for me not to be able to buy them and they told me to my face that they didn't want to sell them to me what kind of shit is that. There is a cashier who works here named Ed. Ed needs some serious customer service training. My fiancé and I came in to spend and few hundred dollars on gates for horses. We got in line and finally get to meet Ed. Ed told us that it would take a long time to look up the price for the gates we wanted. So he told us to get out of line so he could help the two people behind us. Ed then decided to keep helping other people who got in line after we got out including a person returning items which took a long time. After helping additional customers he started to cash out an employee buying a drink. At this point it's been over 15 minutes and I get back in line because Ed isn't helping us. He finally tell another employee to help us. This employee Chris has us follow him to a employee only area in the back of the store and starts looking for a book. He tell us it will be a minute and we start browsing the store. Now we've been here for over an hour and he hands us a piece of paper telling us this is what we need and the price. We head back to the cash registers and Ed closes his aisle and leaves as we approach. We got to the next check out isle and the lady there had no clue what we wanted. She tracked down Ed and he told us that it was a rain check receipt and we would have to come back because they were out of stock. I wasted over an hour for a cashier to tell me they were out of stock when the computer said they were not. I asked to speak with a manager and Ed said none were in today so we left very unsatisfied. I have shopped at TSC for years for my family horse farm and I will NEVER return to this one in Fort Myers. Rude employees who have no idea what's going on and don't care about their customers. I'm pretty sure the boss or owners would love to know Ed cost them thousands of dollars a year because I'm now getting all my farm and horse supplies elsewhere. read more

Always polite employees. Always very helpful. Will go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. Clean, organized, great prices, huge selection--a little bit of everything!! Groceries, clothes, shoes, toys, household goods, anything for your pet and livestock, electric and plumbing parts you can't even find at Home Depot or Lowes.
